With as big as this store is in Lakewood, CA... and the amount of people in the store... a person would think check out would take ten minutes at most... NO, thirty minutes later the six people innfront of us FINALLY got thru! No one to assist with finding certain items either!
My daughter paid almost $20 for 2 day shipping and then didn't receive the package until almost a week later. When we called to ask for a refund of the difference between 2 day and regular shipping, they refused to give it to us stating that it actually arrived on time. Beware of their shipping policies. Apparently they can take 2 days before they consider your order "processed" and then 2 day shipping is actually 2-3 day shipping and only on weekdays, so Saturdays do not count even though all shipping agencies deliver on Saturdays.
Then, the customer service rep couldn't even put a supervisor on the phone because she said they were all on the phone helping other customers and I would have to wait so long for a return call that they couldn't place me on hold. Sheesh. Really? Don't order online from Forever 21, and, while you're at it, stop supporting them at all.
So my daughter purchased items that was never delivered. First she did not get tracking information, package was to be delivered with a signature. Filed a claim, representative assured me an investigation will be done and with 8-10 business days a full refund. I called after 14 business days, I was told another investigation needs to be done, because they hav not heard from the carrier, which is Fedex, do understand what that has to do with me the customer. Now I was told I Amy have to wait another 8-10 business days and then if no response from fedex they will have to send to upper management to decide whether or not the customer should receive a refund for a purchase they did not receive,? Poor LUDACROUS
Forever 21 online order... I haven't received my package although it was scanned and said to be delivered 6 days ago, to my front doorstep. I have tried to contact customer service and they have done absolutely nothing to help and they keep trying to get me to contact them again and again. They have been rude and not understanding. Will not order online again.
This was my first time ordering clothes online so I was a tad worried. My clothes were shipped in two orders which I was emailed about when I ordered. I bought 8 items- 2 pairs of pants, 1 jumper, 1 pair of shorts, 1 shirt and 2 dresses. The first half of the order was late because of the holiday weekend and the second one arrived a week after the first because of the storm on the east coast. Because my items were later than anticipated they gave me a free item in my order! The shirt and one of the dresses didn't fit me the way I thought they would but overall I enjoyed the other garments and this has encouraged me to buy again. I would definitely recommend shopping online at www.Forever21plusize.com.
Watch out for their v-neck tees. The price is low (around $5) but it's usually asymmetrical. Low prices, large selection, trendy clothes. Just be careful of the quality. The cheaper their stuff is, the worst their quality. Their clothes for $15 and up usually has better quality.
The store was clean and the sales clerks were friendly and helpful. The clothing was attractive and well organized with colors that I like. My purchase was smooth and wait time was short. The clothing has held up fine after being washed and has not faded, the clothing still looks new after the first wash.
WRONG PRODUCT. Store ran out of item, sent a different one without asking. Hideous dress. Now wants me to spend money printing shipping labels, waiting to get money back, and doesn't have correct item anymore. Offered free shipping, when shipping was free anyway.
I now have to find a new wedding dress with only a week. I've literally spent thousands of dollars at forever 21, but when there's a problem, they do NOTHING TO HELP!
Everything was as it was on the website. The only thing about the item I purchased that was a concern was the top to the swim suit. I believe that you have to be careful if you have large breast as my friend did for this particular swimsuit I ordered for her.
Stay away from this company. I received the wrong order and I still haven't received a refund... It's been 2 months. I returned the wrong package as advised and was told that once they received the package I would receive my refund. The package was received and still no refund. I've talked to customer service several times and they keep telling me it will take another week because they have to talk to UPS... what a joke! What does UPS have to do with this. Forever21 sent the wrong package to me not UPS. I asked to talk to a supervisor and of course no supervisor is ever available. At this point I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Buyers beware Forever21 are LIARS, CHEATS & THIEVES!
My order never came and when I emailed customer service they said it shipped. When it didn't arrive I called and they said they never even received it so they lied to me telling me it shipped when it never did. Customer service didn't try to find my order they just gave me a refund which I would rather just receive my items. They didn't offer me compensation and when I asked they only offered me a 10% coupon which doesn't help because I can find one online anytime. Unacceptable.
Listen, until i had to call customer service i was very happy shopping here. But you guys make it nearly impossible to return: what i have to go buy a printer now just cuz YOU gave me the wrong color and it was stained?
Im not blaming customer service workers i just want whoever provided return options to know theyre doing a bad job and theyre customers customers. I dont know about everyone else but im not ready to risk my money knowing i cant return it.
And i think its rude that they have to review you review before it can be placed, im never ordering from them again!
Need to stop letting store associates pressure people for emails and credit card it is very annoying and most times employees dont want to ask cause they know it is annoying if they were in the costumer position
I bought a $24 set of makeup brushes in a bucket of $2 items next to the cashier. I realized while exiting that the price wasn't the one presented on the board. It was very misleading and disappointing.
If there is a zero star I would give it to them and their bank Comenity capital bank that issued my Forever 21 credit card. They sent me a $277 bill and asked me to pay it back, the transaction occurred in Ohio, and I live in San Jose, CA. I told them that was fraud or someone used my Forever 21 credit card, they apologize but when the due payment past they sent me a late charge fee and now the amount of the bill jumped to $311. Again I told them that bill, not mine, so they cancelled my credit card and sent me another one, which I didn't ask for and still want me to pay for something not mine. I will never ever purchase anything from Forever 21 neither online nor at the store. And they keep bothering me in order to pay the bill and if they don't stop that harassment, I will report them.
I love their prices! Some of the things are super cute but I have bought with cheaper paper thin material that rips easy. You get what you pay for but but some of the clothes are a REALLY good deal :)
They have some good basics like simple dresses, tops, and pants but have recently gotten more expensive without a rise in quality. I can usually find good things on the website that don't cost that much, but it is a bit like playing Russian Roulette with the fit. I have shirts that are a small, a medium, and a few larges that all fit the same way on me, so if I go online I just guess if it'll fit based on how tit looks on the model. Sometimes that's a bit too risky with crop tops or rompers so i won't get them. Jeans are pretty standard (for me at least) I know I fit a 27 and if I want a looser fit a 28/29. I've never had an issue with shipping and I order a lot: most orders take 3-5 business days to get to me. So it's not awful and most women's clothing stores don't have standard sizes but if they want to charge $58 for a pair of ripped jeans they better fit.
I never received the 2 items I purchased online. When I called, the representative would not help resolve the issue. I asked to speak to a manager. She said the manger will call you. I received no call.
I recently placed an order that took 16 days to arrive. The clothing was for a special occasion which came and went without the order arrival. It was supposed to arrive in half the time it took. I attempted to cancel the order with no response. Then when j called to request comped shipping to return the order was denied. Customer service support was useless and apparently there are no supervisors or managers available ever. Clothes aren't the best quality but you pay for what you get.
I ordered on line 11/16 2 boots 1 pair of shoes. I have still have not gotten my money back for the lost items. It is now 1/17. I have emailed 7 times been told so many different things like put the amount one thing next no put the amount another amount... so many foreign people handing my order that I still have not gotten my money. This can not be that complicated! I get it forever 21 wants go make their jobs much easier and less money to pay to so this but customers are being inconvient withe first language barrier next produces are nice but like me I will Never ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN!
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
