Alrighty so me and my sister ordered 10 items in total and i've been waiting for 2 weeks by now and yet they still added +8 more days. There's so many forever 21 stores near me still they picked it from Los Angeles. I lived really far away there. And it's ridiculous when they said the shipping days would be "5-10 days." BRUH it's been two weeks by now. My friend also complained because she order their clothes and it came a month later. Forever 21 needs to literally check the reviews and fix the shipping and returns. If they want a good review for their store, they have to fix it and earn it!
I ordered some items online for church Easter sunday, first the item was late getting to me and when it got their the shoes that I ordered and the shoes that I received was completely different. I called customer service and was told that I cannot return the item because there was no tags on the shoes, I explained that the shoes did not have any tags when I received them. I don't understand how this was OK because they send me the incorrect shoe, my receipt description says one thing and the shoe that I received is a different order number. I will never order anything from this store again, that was unacceptable, now I am stuck with a shoe I would have never order in the first place and its not even my shoe size. Furious.

I got my first order in 3 days. My second order, they changed the delivery date two times. When I tracked my package they actually came to my state, but then went to another state the next day. The first order USPS delivered, but my second one FedEx is delivering. This is just terrible. I bet they are going to change the date again.
It has been a month since I returned my product. Haven't received the refund yet. When I placed the order, it got delivered in three days. When I asked them that I didn't wish to keep the product, they collected it the very next day. In the mail which they srnt, they said that i'll receive the refund in 10-15 working days.
I am not shopping from this site ever again.
I did submit an order which they claim it was delivered. I have not received the order and they refuse to issue refund or replacement. Placed on hold by jacey to talk to supervisor ian both were not helpful
The customer service was terrible especially the lady with the accent and when I called again the man was rude. I was suppose to get a refund because my order got cancel and I even had the email stating that I would receive my refund. I called several time and request to speak to the manager. I was on hold for over a hour and never got to speak to the manager I will not spend my hard earn money on this website anymore since I their are other websites that I can buy clothes from I use to love this store but now itS clothes are poor quality and customer service is very rude. I will tell everybody I know to stay away. I will put it on my social media accounts and my YouTube. Horrible company!
I don't know why most of the online shopping website not care about the products users order I simply order blue skirt for my girlfriend but when I got delivery skirt was in red color. What the $#*! was, tell me how people trust on this kind of company.

New website but latest trendy dresses at very low price and customer support is awesome with 365 days return policy. And I was placed again but now on robecart.com and unbelievable service fast delivery and more important they deliver same dress which I was salect. Thanks Robecart and goodbye forever21.
I ordered online and put my apartment address (which is not hard to find at all). Yes, I live in an apartment complex, but all doors are clearly marked. Apparently it was an undeliverable address (which I was notified of after the fact that it was sent all the way back to the warehouse in LA). The only reason I found out about the status of my order was because I called Forever21 to see what was going on– no emails were sent to me. I was then informed that it would take another 9 days to re-process the package and in addition to the days it takes to ship. On top of this, I would have to pay for shipping again and wait another week. I ultimately decided to cancel my order (no shipping cost refund). This company is bull$#*!.
I don't understand all the bad reviews on this place this just has to be the best shopping place ever. If I could live in forever 21 I would. Everytime I go there is something that I want. They deliver everything on time. It's the best. They have the best clothes and shoes and plus they always have a sale on something.
Ordered from forever 21. Standard shipping. 8 days later still have not received my order. And no estimated delivery time. Ridiculous. Ordered from Victoria secret same day had it in my hands 2 days later same standard shipping. Last time I will purchase from forever 21.
My top is breezy and fitted enough to appreciate my figure without sticking to my body. The fabric is thin yet not see-through, and the mesh at the top of the back and shoulders is soft and unnoticeable to the skin. The perfect black shirt to wear in hot weather, it lets the air flow though without trapping the heat. Love it.
I ordered a pair of shoes and they were sent in the wrong size. I called customer service and they said to email photos and the item number. I emailed customer service about them and they said email pictures. I had already sent the photos but I did as they said and emailed them the photos again. Then they tell me I can't return them cause it's been to long and showed me the receipt. It was a completely different order without any shoes on it! I emailed back and again they said send a picture of the shoes and tags. I did so again and am getting very frustrated. I mentioned in every email that I attached photos of the shoes, do they not read the emails? They still have yet to respond and it's been a week.
I bought few stuffs online, when I received my items I tried it on they didn't fit me properly. So I went to the store to exchange or return they didn't accept it that is because it is a final sale. At least I asked them can I change it to a different size they didn't even allow me to do that. They could have at least let me exchange it to a different size or a gift card.
The worst of the worst! Purchased clothing online for my teenage daughter. Apparently the teens love the look of the clothing. However the quality is "shabby", Wal-mart makes better clothes. I went to return the items, only to be surprised by the fact that I have to paid for return shipping and will not get my original shipping costs or return shipping refunded. In fact, I won't get a refund on anything, just a store credit! I can't return the items to the items to the store either! The CS rep kept saying "I understand"... you understand What!?, that your store is a scam! She wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor and when I asked for the corporate number, she hesitated. I looked it up and called the number several times, pressed every department and each line automatically disconnected me. Is this store legit? Who has such policies and what major business does not answer their phones. I think they are a big scam!
Why does forever 21 not have clothes for people plus size and up! Big people like to look cute to! Now I gotta go shop at sears! Stupid store! I spend hundreds of dollars and I find out outradegous that I can't fit anything in the store and was told it was because I was to big!
Be very careful to read ALL of the print and details when you are ordering from this company. A good company would be sure to let you know before you click to continue a payment if an item was a final sale. I used a sale code and did not realize that made it a final sale until I received the items I ordered. It took me multiethnic calls and very long wait times to finally get through to a person and that person was not willing to help me in any way.
As far as customer service this company is not concerned about making their customers happy and wanting to come back to spend their money at their store.
Terrible experience. Ordered a coat. Colour was completely different to how it looked online. Have to pay to return... Would have cost more than the coat. Customer service was awful. Would not recommend shopping here at all. New Look are a much better website and provide a much better service
I ordered a hoodie and received one update 2 weeks ago that it was shipped. Since then, I haven't received any further updates and when I try to check the order status, it still only states that it was shipped from CA and that it's "on its way" (clearly it isn't). I decided to look at the reviews and now see that a lot of people have had the same issue as me. It's upsetting that I probably won't get my item at all. PLEASE listen to the reviews and don't order from Forever 21! No one deserves to be scammed like this!
Now Im stuck with 450 $ worth of cloths that dont fit and these guys dont want to take back because it is 7 days past the return time (that i didnt know about). They are still selling these goods.
I arrived to the US 1 day ago and thought it would not be any problem to return it in forever 21 like it was in the other stores that I shopped in online. I shop online alot and I this has never been a problem before until I shopped at forever 21.
I will never spend my money in this shop again and this service is below everything that I have experience so far.
Note that this hidden return policy is made to make extra money out of people that shop online and dont live in the country. Also dont spend your time by calling these guys they dont do anything for you.
Normally I love forever 21 to get casual clothes, but today was totally different. I bought these black jeans from forever 21 and when I got home and tried them on again, there was a hole where the belt strap was ripped off and a hole was there. I was extremely disappointed because I live far away from a mall so I couldn't even go back to return them.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
