IF YOU LIKE GETTING RIPPED OFF THIS IS THE STORE FOR YOU!

Their clothes on the racks are all damaged. This is suppose to be the North Dallas Galleria one of the best malls in the country and I couldn't believe how poorly made the pieces are! Rips on this, rips on that. Beads and sequins falling off all the garments.

I recently had bought a dress for a Rhianna concert and before I even wore it she cancelled! I took it back to Arden B and politely asked for a return. She was the manager and quickly pointed to "missing sequins" and said she couldn't return it. You should have seen my face! Better yet my brothers! There were NO MISSING SEQUINS! I tried the dress on and NEVER EVEN WORE IT! Returned it within 3 days! I told her that was not damage! That was how it is made. She turned it inside out and said "Yea see there's a stain and a rip. Im not gonna be able to return it" I quickly went to get the same dress off the rack and set it down. My brother was furious! The manager should have known she worked at a store with all these rips and pieces falling apart and she blamed HER poorly made dress on us? My brother said "Look at this! Look at this! Look at this!" Pointing to the sequins on the dress that were in fact NOT missing. That's just how it was made. He pulled the dress inside out and THE EXACT SAME RIP! THE EXACT SAME STAIN IN THE SAME PLACE! He said "Look at that!" She didn't know what to say next. She smelled both the dresses. YES one smelled like the manufacturer, the return smelt different. I don't even know what it smelt like but it WAS NOT my smell! My car is clean! My house is clean! And I am always clean! Working in retail I know the factory smell when you open a box to put out on the racks. After a few days those items smell wear off. And after certain girls try them on in the dressing room they can smell like BO, nasty hair, smoke, or even dirty private parts! So she said I could exchange it that day and only that day! I was disappointed. That was HER dress and she didn't own up to her poorly made dress. I only bought accessories, to avoid having one of their $100 cheap dresses shred to pieces! I bought 2 hats, shades, and undies. Why buy their $100 dresses that already have holes then Forever 21 $15 dress that lasts longer!

I rest my case!

WHERE DO I START!
Bottom line THEY TRIED TAKING MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNTS WITHOUT ME EVEN HAVING AN ORDER WITH THEM COSTING ME $70!

1) I have had many orders with them thinking they're stuff is really cute. It is!
However when I order a pink dress and it turns out purple, it's disappointing. I got my daughter brown boots that came in this awful off white color. I didn't even want her wearing them!

2) "Ships within 5-12 days" BS! I had 3 orders take over a month before they even processed it! This was September 1-10th I placed the orders, did not receive any until October 20. I have no problem waiting but do not advertise that kind of shipping.

3) When the website was down (no problem! I understand it happens!) I politely called and placed my order over the phone :) got a confirmation number and was excited for my husbands birthday present to come in the mail! Until I got the email. The woman used an old outdated bank card on my account NOT the one I gave her and she even read it back to me! It was sold out at that point and that was the one thing I wanted to get him, it was rare to come by, and I did not find a replacement for his birthday. I was disappointed. But they did credit my Zulily account. I thought maybe I would get him something for Christmas from there.

4) I placed an order with my store credit and got an email that the order was placed charged to my bank account not the store credit. I patiently call in and the man helped me cancel my order and place it with my store credit.

5) With that order placed I then had free shipping until Sunday at midnight, right? WRONG! It even said "Free shipping" on my account but it was no where to be found when I was checking out!

6)! Since I NEVER placed that "free shipping" order, I thought I was dodging a huge bullet if I never shipped there again! WRONG! WITH NO ORDERS PLACED, I found my bank account in the negative. I have a bank statement showing all kinds of attempts from ZULILY> :( for amounts from $15 to $8 to $2! I never imagined zulily would have 10 attempts of collecting all kinds of amounts from me for NO ORDER! In the end this costed me $70! That's $70 I do not have! That's $70 I have nothing to show for! ZULILY IS A RIP OFF!

I love their prices! Some of the things are super cute but I have bought with cheaper paper thin material that rips easy. You get what you pay for but but some of the clothes are a REALLY good deal :)

I ordered a red double breasted trench coat back in October. I emailed them asking if they could mail it ASAP because their post said it would be sent within 24 hours and (I had a photo shoot) however 2 days later my payment had just gone through and it wasn't going to be received for weeks! The woman replied saying it was being sent THAT day. I was nervous. But it made it on time! It fit perfectly! It was exactly how it was pictured on the website and I couldn't have been happier!

But the reason I give it a 3 star for now is because I put in an order of 18 items, and after looking at these reviews I'm anxious to see what I get... or what I DO NOT get.:/
I should get them in a month I suppose and will give my story. Hearing these reviews has already changed my mind about them and I will never buy multiple items at once again.
