My sister tried ordering $60 worth of things online and there was a message saying there was an error processing the information. Even though it said error, it charged her credit card multiple times. We tried using my mother's card and it did the same thing. We live chatted with them and they said that we should have just refreshed the page and that it wasnt their websites fault. They didnt bother helping us or even acknowledging the fact that it was their fault. Never ordering online again.
Love the clothes. Horrible customer service. Not very accommodating. They didn't care about their website having issues and their phone disconnecting when you call it- telling you it's Sunday and they are closed on a monday. They told me that I was lying because no one else had reported issues with the Web and therefore they couldn't help me. I love to spend money. Lol obviously this is not the company to do it with. Beware they love to take your money without working for it. Not very accommodating when their own web/phone service malfucntion. Time to spend my money elsewhere.
They sent me the wrong order through the mail. I have called four times now, trying to get a refund and a prepaid shipping label to return the wrong items. It's been a week now and they have not contacted me back. I use to be a loyal customer, but now I will never shop here again.
Bought my daughter an adorable shirt. Washed it according to directions, seams ravelled out and srunk in cold water. Took back to a he store with receipt. Was told they will not take back ANYTHING that has been washed no mater how much it falls apart! My 13 yr old will NEVER shop there again! Horrible policy!
I submitted my order and immediately noticed the shipping address was wrong when the email confirmation came to me. I called twice and was put on hold, no manager came to the phone. I submitted four emails, not one response back. Needless to say, I never received my order and have not received a credit or a response to any of my emails. They keep sending me surveys, I keep filling them out and nothing. Ridiculous experience. Will never order from them again.
I made a purchase using a giftcard. As soon as I paid I was given an order number that I took a screenshot of. The next day I hadn't received my confirmation email yet so I contacted them. Thats when I found out that a "glitch" had lost my order but the money was gone off the gift card. I have contacted them 5 times now, each time I'm told to wait 48 hours for a response that never comes. I've even asked them to look up the transaction history of the giftcard and thats when she verified there was only $1.83 on the card. The card started out with $67 and I let her know that was the correct change from my $65.17 order. She told me the money would be refunded in 48 hours but it wasn't. Instead that remaining $1.83 turned to $0.00. They have zero interest in getting my order or my money to me. I am appalled by this scam of a company.
I ordered almost $700 worth of clothes on Nov 28th (cyber monday) and still haven't received my parcel. When I look online to track my package all it says is label created and so i call customer service which happens to be a nightmare. The representatives barely speak English and they all seem to be reading from a script. I've told 3 times that they don't know where my package is and the first thing they want to offer is a refund... ABSOLUTELY NOT! I'm not about to go through the headache with dealing with forms and people that can hardly understand me, I want my items because I got them at a special rate because of cyber monday. Now im trying to get ahold of corporate and the line stays busy. This is absolutely ridiculous!
Bad cutomer service and no refund for broken product. The zip on my jeans broke after 2 months, unfortunatly they don't refund after 28 days, which doesn't seem to comply with EU law, but they don't care... The other items were also of very bad quality.
I ordered over $50 worth of clothing and it's shipping to the wrong address that is over 3 hours away. I am reading there is nothing they can do after it ships and they can't even give you a refund. So I called *******827 (their customer service) and someone picked up and argued with me that I wasn't 21 and I shouldn't even be speaking on the phone. I asked multiple times if this was forever 21 customer service and he kept telling me I wasn't old enough? I am completely raged and upset.
This store and its website have the worst customer service policies I have ever seen! I ordered my daughter a sweater that was her size (small) but when it came it was way too big on her. It was on sale for $10. When I went to exchange it for something that fits, they told me that I couldn't exchange it because it was purchased on sale. Any other store would have allowed me to do the exchange. I will never shop at a Forever 21 again!
I wish there was a zero option for the review. Are used to order from the site all the time and my last two orders have been horrible! They have been taking 10 days for shipping in the same state! I live in Northern California and they ship from Southern California and their tracking info is horrible. They will send you an expected delivery date and it's always a couple of days after! That is ridiculous to me. Your tracking information isn't even correct! I called to add an item to an order and had the worst experience with customer service as well. It's more trouble than it's worth - horrible customer service, slowwwwww shipping, and mediocre products. Bye f21
I have ordered from the European site several times and each item was exactly as described and was of good quality. The parcels arrived quickly and tracking was accurate. On the occasion when I had to return something I was fully refunded. Very pleased with the site.
Me and my sister ordered two shirts, I ordered the "Classic Pinstriped Shirt" and my sis ordered "Cream Lace Top" or something like that. We ordered the two shirts 2 weeks ago and it just got here yesterday at night. We were both tired so we decided to open the package the next day. Now that we woke up, we opened the package, and shockingly my sister got the shirt she asked for, as for me I got the wrong shirt. Funny part is that my big genius brother ripped all the papers that came with the package, so now I can't return the shirt, great right? I don't think so.
Do not ask for the Credit Card of this store, in 2020 I forgot to pay it and they exonerated the late fee, we are in 2021 and I forgot to pay it again and they could not exonerate the late fee because it is a lifetime, no bank exonerates 1 time for life. I will not use it again

I purchased about 6 items including a bikini top from forever21.com They sent me a bottom instead of sending me the top. The customer service department tried to make me pay to ship the incorrect item back to them. (as if it was my fault) and they would refund me for the shipping when they received it. I was not taking that so after much back and forth they offered to send me a free shipping label to send the item back. The label can take up to 48 hours to get to me and I have to wait for them to receive the item in order to ship my item. I am going on vacation on 6/30 this is not a possible fix in time for my vacation. I asked multiple times to speak to supervisor and no one is available. They took my cell number and said a supervisor will call me back. I guess we shall see what happens from here.
I think my biggest problem is that I have to pay for return shipping if I order online. I can't return items to a store of I ordered them online, which isn't standard. So there's no way to get a full refund.
I called for something so simple. To check if an item is sold in that particular store or if it was just online. I was told to call back in 10-15 mins. I called again and was told that the computer was taking long to load so to call back in five mins. I called back and was told to hold, I was put on hold for 5 mins and when I finally think I'm going to get an answer someone picks up the phone and hangs up. They were nice but thats not just what customer service entails.
I have been standing in a line for nearly 40 minutes so far to check out. Not only have I been standing here but the people working here have no urgency in checking people out and talk to each other constantly while meanwhile they have a line weaving through the entire store. Its also very hot and disorganized throughout the store. Its hard to find what youre looking for and theres stuff all over the floors everywhere I look. The only good thing about this store is the prices but the service is terrible and they need to consider more registers. Ive had plenty of time in this long line to write this review... I could really write an entire book about this place. So if youre in a hurry or dont like waiting or disorganization this is definitely not the store for you.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
