These clothes have great style. Very affordable. Not always the best quality but depending on what I'm buying, I'm ok with that. Cute stuff, jewelry too. I like the stores and the website. I even like that they have all size models on the website. Not many (if any) young stores do that.
This is the first time I purchase items online and I have to say that here is really a good source for online shopping... The items I bought are exactly the same like what I saw from the website and even better quality than I expected! Thumbs up and I will come again next time!

Ill admit, there are some pieces i get from forever21, that seem to be really well made, but they have upped their prices A LOT in the last couple of years... a lot of their clothes are still really sh*tty and have super thin fabric or shrink when they're not suppose to. Their genuine materials collections (leather, suede, etc) are very well made and beautiful, but that doesn't mean they should start charging the same prices for the cheaper versions. Overall, I would say, if you want forever 21 prices with better quality clothes, go to H&M. They are 500X better.
Customer service is horrible. Store reps are even worse, if you have a problem, they will not help you. They do not care, and will inconvenience you in every way, when they made a mistake, and refuse to correct it, apologize for it, or take any responsibility for it, they will hang up on you, call you names, and try to twist it back on the customer, tried to take it up the chain, management does not care or take responsibility either, the company should not be able to do business, I hope they go out of business for horrible customer service and treatment to the people responsible for their paycheck, their customers. Btw you will never get your money back, they owe me over 100 dollars.

Still weren't delivered after 4 days! Of course, they sucked the debit out of my credit card instantaneously. Now, how long does it take to send an email? I could have had the card SHIPPED in that time.
When I called to follow-up, the customer service wench was rude, impatient, and had no explanation... except that "sometimes it takes a while to process and ship"

Cheap clothing with fair quality. But what can you expect for a dress that is the price of a slurpee? Great stuff online and it is even cheaper than the store. Most of the stores have clothing that is ripped up and torn with lipstick all over them. I find it is better to just go to the store and try on the clothes and then realize they don't have your size. Then just buy what you want online and you get it often cheaper with free shipping minus lipstick stains.
Pkg was never delivered to me. Lasership tracking showed picture of someone else's door. Contacted lasership and forever on the same day pkg was supposedly delivered. Both companies are unreliable and useless. Called forever twice but reps are of no help and later received an email saying they are not responsible for stolen pkgs but the problem is my pkg was never even delivered to me. I was home all day. Contacted paypal to get my money back but case is denied bc they received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered. Even though i submitted evidence that the pic in the tracking is not my door. So frustrating. Was just trying to buy some basics for the fam(leggings, tanks shorts etc). Please avoid no matter how affordable their clothing might be. Not worth the stress. And now im down $50+
I love shopping online at forever 21 because of the great prices and great fashion. The deliveries do take quite long to arrive and the best products are always online which I don't mind but the fact that you can not return certain items like the LOVE 21 range in store is quite a downfall because it takes really long to return the item and wait for it to be sent.
I've wasted 2 days trying to find in the local stores one of the products they advertise on the website. Employees don't have training to support clients properly and their network system doesn't provide accurate inventory information. It was a waste of time on the phone and running from one store to another hoping that I would actually find in store what they have online. Be aware that if you buy their products online and it turns out that you don't like it, you can't return it in the store and you need to pay for shipping it back to their warehouse.
Love this store/site. The clothes are fairly cheap to good quality, and the prices are cheap. Pretty good, since there are always things going in and out of style! Speaking as an employee of XXI, careful with the seams and buttons, as they can rip easily.
I bought a shirt for my daughter there because she likes france. (It had french citys on the back) I forgot that she had a similar shirt, so i went to return it. They refused to give me my money back, stating that store credit was the only option they had. The staff was rude, inconsiderate, and obviously didn't know their manners. (they laughed when i told them i didn't want credit because i don't usually shop here) Now i am stuck with $25 of there shop card i am forced to use to buy some of their cheap, trashy, horrible clothing. I will never shop here again and i hope they start giving refunds so no one else has to go through their horrible service. Come on forever 21, it doesn't get trashier than this stare.
It's not normal that I'd complain about fever 21 clothing and products because I am a very big fan and have purchased a lot from their stores and online too.
Today I received a parcel in which I ordered a yellow/black baseball jersey, when I opened the package i was utterly suprised to see that it was not at all what I'd ordered from the website!
It was meant to be a black and yellow baseball jersey when in fact it was orange and no where near the colour yellow so I'd say not to advertise clothing on your website if it is not its true colour or style as it is in the picture!
I purchased some items on black Friday for some of my daughters Christmas presents. It was a total of 4 items. When I checked my order the next day, it was sitting in my shopping cart. Thought that was weird and resubmitted my order. When I received my order, only 3 items shipped. Checked my email and 1 item was canceled for being out of stock. Checked my Amazon Pay and my bank statement, the full amount was withdrawn. I also saw on Amazon Pay that this charge was placed 3 times and canceled and on the 4th attempt went through. The first time I talked to CS, they apologized and said that the refund could take up to 3 weeks. The second time I chatted with CS, they apologized and said that the refund is in process. The third time I chatted with CS, they told me to check with my bank about the charge and that they only charged for the 3 items. The original charge was $82.24 and they swear up and down that they only charged me $55.20. Customer service would not give me a fax or email so I can show them my proof of the over charge. This is a lot of hassle to go through for $27. But the point is that they initially charged for an item they knew they didn't have and now are refusing to reimburse for their error. $27,1 month of waiting, roughly about 2 hours of phone and chat time, a lot of gas lighting. I am uploading my statement and the invoice that CS emailed me right after our chat today.
I bought a dress online for my daughter, the dress did not fit. So, when I took it to the store for a return the sales clerk said she could only give me $10 for the dress as it had just gone on sale. She then told me if I shipped it back to the company I would get a full refund. Even with the return shipping I would have still received more than the $10, so I shipped the dress back. I then received an email from the company saying not only would they not give me any money for the dress, if I wanted it back I would have to send them another $5.95. I have called and emailed them but to no avail and the customer service rep was incredibly rude. I will never shop with this company again!
Long Story Short:
Ordered Sunday, Delivery Date Saturday, Today Is Saturday (the "delivery" date) and all they have done is made a label so not expected to come until about 2 weeks. Never order online from them. I officially hate this store.
I ordered through online bunch of dresses and I was highly disappointed to see the quality of dresses. They were of so cheap quality with no way matching with the images what were displayed in the website. Complete disappointment and I would recommend not to waste your money on this.
I ordered seven pieces when I received my order 3 pieces were missing. I am being asked to sign an affidavit and then I will receive a refund!
I can't speak with a supervisor because "they always on a call" I told a rep I don't want a refund I want the pieces and they refuse to ship me the missing pieces.

They've wasted over a month, and have yet to refund me the money for a product, which they don't have in stock. I, being a customer, took about 5 minutes to make the payment. They, being a corporation, have taken more than a month, to return the money! Are they actually trying to steal customer's cash?! I'm stumped.
So I ordered some leggings from them and I haven't gotten the leggings...for 6 months now, I've called them multiple time, I've went in store multiple times, and yet have not received my leggings.
Answer: Yes, its horrible customer service and if you return items purchased online to the return address provided. The items disappear even with postal tracking to say it was delivered. I return 8 pair of jeans in the same box original box. Forever 21 warehouse said i rerurn 1 item. Does not make sense to pay $20.00 delivery confirmation to return 1 pair of $8.00 jeans. Be aware, someone in the warehouse does not scanning the return items and keep it for their own use or sale. Which makes it bad for honest customers that want to return items for exchange. Customer service was no help and basically said nothing was return but 1 pair of jeans. I ask for warehouse contact information, i was told its confidential. Do not purchase!

I mailed them 100 times they only send auto generated message nothing else nd I have already paid money for the pant... I called customer service no response. No refund they cheated me. I hate forever 21 its not trustworthy its fraud
