I flew into London for New Year's Eve and my tickets were waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived!

Although I had some issues getting this tickets that was my fault as I had the incorrect name on the hotel delivery point. Your team was extremely helpful resolving the issue so I received the tickets in plenty of time. All very good thanks -- even got the result we wanted!

Basically, if you get your tickets, you're happy. If you don't get your tickets or there are problems, you're not happy.

To date, on this webpage, there are 184 reviews and 46 are 1 star -- 25% of the customers are SERIOUSLY unsatisfied.

I am one of them. I had all the problems other people describe. The tickets were expensive with club lounge access. They were a Christmas present for my 11 year old son. At the opening of the game, we still did not have our tickets. When they showed up, the seats were not together. The customer service was atrocious -- rude attitude, wrong information, and then radio silence.

Not to trust

We purchase 4 tickets for the Real Madrid game in Madrid. We bought the tickets 3 weeks before the match, it said they will ship to a Spanish address only which is fine, we put down our address in Spain and by the time we got there the tickets hadn't arrived yet nor I had any news about them. I called to find out what happened and they told me that they didn't have the tickets yet and that they won't deliver to my address because I was not staying in Madrid downtown. A day before the match I got an email saying that I had to pick up the tickets from a random guy near by the stadium an hour before the match and because they were not tickets they were season passes I had to bring them back to the guy afterwards. So here we go to pick them up and the seats were not together. I had purchases 4 tickets and they were not on the same row. And not even behind or in front of each other. We couldn't do anything as it was too late at that point the match was starting in 30 min. I emailed them afterwards about that and just kept sending me emails with excuses as why they were not together and how they dont assure tickets together. Total scam!

It is very important, however, to correct the information you are giving: you bought and got 2 pairs of tickets, they were offered in pairs, selected by you in pairs, confirmed by us in pairs and delivered to you in pairs. That you were willing to get all four tickets seated together is easy to understand but to add a public review calling our site a scam after getting exactly what you bought is, to put it in a nice way, not fair. This company is 100% legit and everything about the tickets I purchase from them was great from the start to the finish.

The tickets arrived to our hotel in London as promised 2 days before the game. We got very good seats in the stadium & prices were (I think) fare compering to other websites we checked. Well done. We will for sure buy from this company again in the future.

Please do yourself a favor and go to the main team website to buy your tickets. This company is a scam. I flew from United States with four of my family members to Madrid for one reason only and that is to watch Real Madrid vs. Atletico Madrid. This trip costed me thousands of dollars. The game was on November 19.
On November 9 I received this after calling and voicing my concerns Please, do not worry, tickets will be delivered in time Please contact us should you have further questions.
Four days before the game November 15 I received this Dear xxxxx, Regarding your above mentioned order for Atletico Madrid vs Real Madrid, we regret to inform but we have been let down by the seller of your tickets. After trying our best up to this very moment, we couldnt find any replacement tickets to fulfil your order so we are cancelling and refunding it right now, in accordance with our 100% guarantee. Not to mention when I was refunded I lost close to $50 due to the exchange rate. I called them for 2 days straight in hope they can do something or make it up to my family somehow and that never happened. They were rude and arrogant and I was told this is the first time this has ever happened Ya Right. I escalated frustration and complaints to senior management and senior management was actually worse. NEVER AGAIN, save yourself the headache and embarrassment.

We knew that this fixture would be a sell out but it was my mates birthday so I was willing to pay over the odds for three tickets behind the goal! Ok they were over 4x face value but outside touts were charging as much. My main worry was that having paid I'd misread the terms and had thought tickets were mailed to your home address. The tickets, as stated on the website terms and conditions, are delivered to you 1-2 days before the match at an address you supply to them. My second worry was we were in an apartment with no reception desk or means of collecting the post! On our arrival the tickets had been left for us and placed in our apartment and all communications with ticketnet were great, questions answered and we even had a FaceTime conversation with the delivery guy in Portugal. The match was electric sat near the away fans! High up behind the goal but still a great view. Thanks you topped off a great three day visit to Lisbon and Benfica won A+++++

Don't buy from this site

I purchased a 177e ticket for the Lyon Sevilla game. The category I selected was lower central longside (first or second tier). I could have selected upper central longside for less than half the price but I wanted to be in the lower bowl. When I received the ticket, I noticed immediately it was in the upper bowl (actually 12 rows from the roof of the stadium). When I contacted them (before the match), this is the response I received:
"I have checked the issue with the management: the ticket you have received is within the category ordered. Parc Olympique Lyonnais has two tiers, the lower tier composed of two levels. You can see on the map on the ticket itself that the gold and blue sections are connected and that both can access the pier zone. The red section is separated entirely from the other two. Your block 413 is well within the penalty boxes on the second tier and therefore within the category ordered"
The fact that they would justify a ticket with 55e face value as being in the same category as a gold or blue tier ticket is ridiculous (when they specifically have 2 categories on their website to select - upper and lower). This is the type of behaviour that gives resellers a bad name. If they can't get the ticket category they advertise, they should offer the one they can get at an appropriate price point and refund the difference. Don't end up in disappointed, there are other sites out there that will tell you if they can't provide the premium seats you are looking for. Don't trust this site.

Like answered to you by email already, these tickets were described as long side, first of second tier, between penalty boxes and the block you got is on the side, second tier, between penalty boxes so exactly as described, exactly as you selected and exactly as we confirmed and delivered. That you dont like the selection you made I understand but to blame us for delivering you exactly what you bought is, at least, unfair.
This is the type of behaviour that keep us at the top among all brokers in Europe: to deliver what we are selling and, if not, to admit and to compensate; to give prompt answers to all our customers and to keep answering them, even when customers already got answers.
Last but not least, I am happy to have this public opportunity to, once again, answer you, and to register one more time that we, sometimes, like any other co decent company, commit mistakes but we do fix them by replacing tickets or, if the time is not enough, by compensating our customers BUT we do it for wrong tickets delivered and not under a threat of publishing bad reviews everywhere.

My husband is a HUGE Man United fan, so what can be better than taking him to a Man U- Arsenal match at the Traff? Problem is this is of course a high demand match with many ticket requests, but lucky for us, we found Football Ticket Net via a Google search.

Their site is maybe the best I saw very user friendly and simple even to people like me.
I was not sure at first of how ordering tickets online via a secondary ticket company was going to be and sure -prices were not cheap, but the seats were great as we got the tickets to our Manchester hotel 2 days prior to the match date.

Final result was a 1-1 draw, but for Football Ticket Net this a fine W in the victory column - well done lads, well done.

Better than all the rest

If there is a ticket company you can trust for football tickets is definitely football ticket net. We had smooth and clear transaction with these guys.

Very simple to order and user friendly website, very nice customer service reps and most important we got (I think) a free upgrade to our seats better than our former experience with other rival companies that ask for much higher prices or give you tickets in a wrong category.

First time at a soccer match in Europe and for sure not my last. At first I didn't know what to expect, because we never bought tickets to a game via a broker site, but it all turn just great!
The workers at this company are very professional, they contacted me about my order a few times via mail and phone to make sure of our hotel address in Italy, and about our details so they can put the correct names on the tickets.
Tickets were delivered by their supplier a day before the match and the game itself was great with many goals and thanks to the category we choose we saw all the action very clearly!

I ordered from Football Ticket Net several times including a month ago when we went to see FC Barcelona at the Camp Nou.

As always, their service was great. We got the e-tickets 2 days before the match, downloaded them with no problem and entered to the stadium with no worries.

The seats were as described and the price? Fair enough in my opinion. I will use them again&again.

But now i would like to let you know the following!

For the ASTA or STAR logos on the website. ASTA is the Association of Secondary Ticket Agents (asta-uk.org), whose 48 members subscribe to a "code of ethics" which includes a promise of a refund of 150% if a ticket doesn't arrive. STAR is the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (s-t-a-r.org.uk), and its members are also required to comply with a code of practice.

If I were a criminal, I would model my behavior, website, and business after football ticket net. Mine is a mirror image of what others have posted, they charge my credit card three months ago for four tickets to a Rial Madrid game. This morning, the day before we fly from Oregon to Madrid and four days before the so-called soccer game, we received an email stating they do not have our tickets. This was a major highlight for my son 13th birthday. Well played Football ticket net, you got me! The sad thing is, you got my 13-year-old son on his birthday as well.

CHEATERS! NEVER BUY HERE!

Hello, my name is Frank Van Driessche

We bought and payed 2 tickets for Atletico Madrid-Real Madrid. They've sent several mails that the order was succesful and they guaranteed 100% delivery of the tickets. A week before the match, I got a mail that they will refund the tickets without any reason! I've never asked for a refund, I just want my tickets.

I think they are cheating, they use our money to buy the tickets and sell the tickets for much more money to other buyers.

They didn't come with a solution, they didn't want to help you at all.

I've booked a hotel and airplane tickets for this match (555), this is all lost money because of this cheating company!

Never buy here, it's a total scam!

Me and my family planed this trip 3 months ago to watch our favorite football team-Real Madrid- we paid for ait tickets, hotel and only 1 week before the derby the say: "Sorry" They kept our money 3 months in this time we coud find the other seller. The same thing happen to me as the review of Alena E. We ordered three tickets 3! Months before the match. We planned and paid everything (hotel, flights). One week before the match..."Sorry our seller let us down...". As you can imagine a week before a derby like Atletico - Real there isn't a single ticket available anymore or at least not near the same price. The only available tickets were VIP tickets around 500-600 euros each.
They ruined our trip completely and the only thing they offered was to refund the money for the tickets in 21 working days!
The bottom line is - DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!
P.s. They do not deserve even 1 star!

Failed Madrid trip

My husband is a real football fan and it will be his 30th birthday, I wanted to make him a dream trip to see his favorite team Real Madrid playing. I bought this tickets on the 22nd of August, organized the whole trip only to visit this match. Last week the team of Footballticketnet ask my address in Spain to deliver the tickets for the match there. Everything was confirmed and 100% guaranteed as they say on there site. But yesterday I got an email where they apologized and told me that they can't provide me with the tickets I bought and paid. They just ruined my present and the whole trip. Air tickets and the hotel are 100% non refund. I understand that it's my own tragedy and they just don't care, but it's really look like a financial fraud, that you pay money (the tickets cost less when there is a lot time prior to the match) and then they just use your money for months and sold your already bought tickets to other persons for higher price. It looks really horrible

Long time football fan, first I approach the clubs official websites, can find tickets there? My go to secondary market website is Football Ticket Net.

Sure the prices are more than face value, but this is what happens in all secondary market websites when its a big match and hard to get tickets. Their customer service is second to none.

The website is very user friendly and most important the delivery of the tickets and the seats in the stadium (tried them already for 3 different matches) are always the best in the category you choose.

Very BAD follow ups!

We ordered 2 x tickets (Man u vs Fenerbahce) to watch at old trafford in Oct 2016. We got the tickets confirmed early Oct by this company including the mailing address in England after some long waited reply by them...

Unfortunately, we need to change the mailing address in England due to unforesee circumtances one week before the match. Sent several emails to the support team to informed them and they only replied after days... and claimed that they will change the mailing address. Two days before the match, no confirmation email and login portal not updated! I sent my chasers again (at least 3 emails)... No response!

Match day, the delivery man called me and he was at the OLD address! I told him the story, he was nice enough and sent it over to me at the new address (thank god!)

One day after the match, the support team replied my email and informed me that they just updated the mailing address?!

All I can say is the support team really need to wake up their idea and know what they are doing. They need to be VERY efficient since they are charging 3 times or more comparing to the actual tickets (got to know this when we met a fan there). Thanks to the delivery man to save my day and my $$$!
