Hello,

We have the same problem, today the have call us to say that we should be happy that the will transfer the money!

But now i would like to let you know the following!

For the ASTA or STAR logos on the website. ASTA is the Association of Secondary Ticket Agents (asta-uk.org), whose 48 members subscribe to a "code of ethics" which includes a promise of a refund of 150% if a ticket doesn't arrive. STAR is the Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers (s-t-a-r.org.uk), and its members are also required to comply with a code of practice.

SO LET REFUND 150%
