I had an issue with my payment, by mistake I had added the seat selection which didn't care about I checked my transaction and noticed the mistake.
I called immediately the girl answered right away and fixed the problem within 30 seconds. I was really grateful for her help and her kindness I will definitely book my flight with you again.

I booked a flight with them which later on changed, meaning I couldn't take the flight anymore, and I called up the airlines directly to cancel, who were nice enough to process the cancellation directly. When I called Flyfar - not only did they take a month more to process the refund but also take $30 as cancellation processing, despite the fact that I had called the airlines and done the work of cancellation and all they had to do was refund me my money. The person I spoke to was rude and simply said it's in our policy. There is also often an issue trying to find their customer care number and the number also doesn't easily connect you to a person to speak. No matter how cheap they are in the future, they are not worth the hassle even a little bit. I am never using their services again.
I booked a flight to Paris today with the help of a customer service rep and can honestly say it was a completely delightful experience. I called the number noted on the Flyfar website because I was having trouble buying my tickets on line--the search kept reverting to 1 adult even though I kept changing the number of passengers to 4. I was lucky enough to get the best rep I have ever talked to in any industry. Varun was thorough, patient and so personable, by the end of our conversation I felt like he was a friend (almost)! He was so patient--waiting while I texted my friends to get their birthdays, explaining every option in detail--I felt a little guilty taking up so much of his time. And I ended up with a great deal! I would absolutely use this service again.
For a flight of 1080 MOP, from Cebu Pacific, you charged me 400 MOP extra. For what? I could have bought it directly on the Cebu website. I used your company because I looked for a flight at Momondo and followed through, but I was not aware of your extra charges. What a terrible mistake!

No complaints! Used momondo.com and flyfare came up as having the quickest direct flights to and from Europe. They were even cheaper than any others including those with layovers. Check out was easy and smooth too! So far would totally use them again to buy airfare.
Will not refund mistakes made due to there website ie. Told I was buying to economy fares and the codes state I only have luggage one way! (my booking PPFFDG).

Bought tix to London this AM at an AMAZING price - on a major carrier - only add-on was seat selection for 2 of 3 seats, which is expected these days (unfortunately). All extras are mentioned up front. Received an instant email when transaction went through, and a few hours later received the etickets! Tomorrow I will log on to the airline and check that our names are listed on the correct seats. Once that happens all should be good! Thank you FlyFar.ca!
Booked a flight thru flyfar after i was redirected from the momundo app. Got email confirmation with the total charge. My son shows up at the aiport ready to fly and spirit airlines which is also a nightmare has no record of him being a passenger. Had to purchase entire new ticket for the next day. They refuse to refund my money.
Very dishonest. They charged me $45 as a checked bag fee, while the fee from the airline is actually $30. Flyfar takes $15 dollars as a cut and doesn't want to admit it, so they hide the fee as a checked baggage cost from the airline.
Calling Flyfar confirmed this and they did nothing to resolve the situation. Never booking with them again and warning others of them as well.

Do to covid-19 my wife and friends trip was canceled. It took over 2 months to get a refund and the for some reason kept 30 dollars. I still haven't received an answer on why I didn't receive a full refund. Dealing with this company was a joke. You had to send multiple emails just to get a reply to one. The customer service sucks. I know for damn sure I'll never use their services again. I would rather pay double then deal with company in the future. I wish I would of read all the other reviews first. Shame on me for that one. I was surprised how clear the layout was and easy it was to get through to the payment. However, the only complaint is the hidden seat fare. It was NOT obvious. It was asked as a preference and then the price was not listed, so I also got charged for a seat. Thankfully, they were wonderful on the phone, and got the charge rebuked without any fees or need to cancel the flight. I would say this was one of my best flight booking experiences, and if they take this advice about the hidden seat fee and make it straightforward, their amazing flight prices and layout could get them very popular on the internet!
I was disappointed to find out that I have to pay extra to reserve a seat and for meal. When I was booking the flight, the only additional charges it showed was for checked in bag, which I selected as 1 bag and it added the amount to my total. But after the reservation went through, I got the email from Norwegian airlines, which provided links to reserve seat and order meal, each of which is going to cost additional $. This was not made clear when I was booking through FlyFar.ca, which is disappointing. Just like the additional for baggage, it should have shown me options to reserve a seat, order a meal and how much all that would cost. I would have then decided whether or not to go through the booking or not. Now that I have already booked the flight, I am finding out from the confirmation email from the airlines (Norwegian) that I have to pay extra for reserving a seat and order meal. Your website should have made that clear while booking the flight.
I accidentally chose seats which ended on a charge of over 100 dollars extra for the flights. I was annoyed by this but it was my mistake. I called to fix this thinking I would spend a long time on the phone explaining this. To my surprise, the gentleman I spoke to was super nice and fixed the issue very quickly!
This agency displays fees that make you think you have to pay for baggage that the airline does not charge for. Norwegian works with them. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do not use this agency.
Don't book through FlyFar. They let you book a low price, just to send you an email 1h later saying the price is higher with excuse that their system was not updated at the moment of booking. Not true. The prices are still the same after several hours. Exactly as described by other people here: they are useless plus problematic. They take your money immediately, but to get it back to book a decent flight you need to wait 24-48h. If you want to avoid problems avoid FlyFar. They really should get closed down.

I booked flights through you and normally whenever I've purchased something online, there is a summary of the items purchased so I can confirm what I've purchased prior to completing the purchase. This was not the case. I completed the purchase only to discover cancelation insurance had been purchased which I did not want. Your website was very confusing and I have no idea how I ended up buying this but it certainly was not my intention. I immediately phoned and granted, your colleague managed to get the insurance company to refund some of this purchase but as far as I'm concerned, I'm still out $148 for something I did not intend to purchase and I will not be using your service again until or unless I am compensated for it.
