When we checked out, the price was $2,030. For two tickets to Peru. I chose no seats that cost money. After I paid, the price went up to $2,082. Without telling me that before I checked out. They waited until after I checked to tell me I bought seats that cost money. Then when I called back to tell them the problem, they simply said we don't refund money - period. So I opened a dispute with my Citibank credit card company.
If I could give zero stars I would. There was a changed circumstance and my boyfriend was willing to pay the difference to change a name on a flight ticket and was declined. So now he is going on a trip ALONE with two seats because fly far refused to change the name on the other purchased ticket. No refund was requested, he just wanted to change the name. No money lost for fly far regardless and zero effort in making a customer happy. All they care about is a quick dollar and could care less about their customers. I will never recommend them to anyone.
I've tried to book 3 times and they never let my ticket go thru and they do not send you a email saying your flight ticket didn't go thru. Never use this company!

This was my first experience with flyfar. Great job. Great deal. I would recommend them in the future. My only suggestion is I would like to see all fees and charges up front so I don't need to find changes in the expected total cost.
Needed to change flights in Rome to NY. Apparently I didn't understand it would take 6-8 hours to disembark a ship and get to the airport.! Was assisted in cancelling my reservation and scheduling a new one with a different airline. What a relief, Thanks.

I bought a round-trip overseas for my daughter.
One segment of the return ticket after a connection was cancelled by an airline.
The Flyfar did not notify me about it and just charged the full amount of $1260 and did not issue the segment of the connecting flight.
We did not know and my daughter was stuck all alone in China because of that.
It was a nightmare.

Listen to the negative reviews, not the positive. I put my card information in for a $91 dollar flight and once it was processed it told me the charge is $191. I don't know how this is even legal. I fly budget airlines (Spirit and Frontier) a lot and get by without paying the extra charges, so this should not be the case. Very dissapointed - should have listened to my gut.

After my tickets were confirmed over a day later they were canceled and we were told they were no longer available for the published price. There were other more expensive options available even though they still had the same fare listed on their website. Total bait and switch scam. You have been warned.

Had a hard time finding a decent flight. Flyfar gave me exactly what I was looking for. All my emails with my ticket info was on par, called with a couple quest and they assisted me in a very timely manner.
FlyFar failed to send the customer the cancellation of flight booking until the customer called their office one day before departure. Upon the customer request, the customer service tried to make up a story. The incident has caused the customer an extra of over $2000 CAD on last-minute booking of the same flight. A legal action is in process to sue their unreliable and untrustworthy business practice!
I made a mistake when booking flights which resulted in about an extra $180.00 charge. Called costumer service with in five minutes of completing the booking and the extra charge was refunded. The agent was so helpful and did all he could do without me getting frustrated. I will use FlyFar again.

As a previous review mentioned there was no summary of charges and I had no idea that what my costs actually were! Called immediately after and was told they could not help with anything. Tried emailing and got no response. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Their prices aren't even cheaper than the airlines!

Absolutely untrustworthy and fraudulent! Their website is incorrigible and when I selected the flight ticket, it kept me waiting forever and never confirmed it. And yet, they later on charged my credit card even after I had cancelled the transaction and deleted my credit card number. This simply means that they collect your credit card number and fraudulently charge it. When I called the customer service to complain, they were rude and terrible in responding to any of my questions! Never trust them and such things should be immediately notified to BBB for fraudulent activities!
The site was very easy to use and price was great. I planned the trip to fo by myself and then my grandson decided he wanted to go after I had booked my flight. So I had to find the same flight as me and I found it on your site with a great price which eased my mind knowing that we could fly together.
