Not too happy after finding out after I booked saw that am additional $119.00 was added for seating. I was on hold with Spirit Airlines for 1.25 hours and now with FlyFar for 40+ minutes. I've already cancelled my reservation completely,

I booked 5 tickets to go to Europe on June 5th 2020 through FlyFar around $2500. The airline cancelled our flight because of Covid pandemic. I have been trying to contact Flyfar many times. They will not respond any of my emails. They were unable to even find my ticket for some reason and hang up on me twice because they do not know what to say!
They are the worst company ever! An scam! I will never work with them again.

The worse thing than the pandemic is booking a flight from this website. The airline changes their schedule and cancelled my flight. At first, I was told by the customer service that I should contact the airline for the refund. The airline agreed to cancel the booking however my refund request has to be made by this website. The nightmare started from this point. The first call was put on hold for more than an hour and disconnected immediately when some real person was about to talk. The guy in the second call honestly told me that the entire service department is in India and the ppl for refund only work between Pacific Time 11 pm and 10 am next day. So I called within that time and still nobody answered. The guy in the third call tried to put me on another long hold and I was about to confirm how long will be the waiting time. Then he hanged up on me. I will strongly recommend that anyone should dispute the cc charge and avoid the hassle from this website.

I accidentally booked my RoundTrip a week too soon at the same times. And when I called the number FlyFar.ca sent me with their confirmation e-mail, Egyptian Air was able to refund amount of the incorrect booking and book the correct RoundTrip a week later for almost same amount. Thank you for your excellent service.

Great experience, had to make an adjustment, effortless. When applying for airfare, you're forced to give a passport number even if you don't have a passport. Took a while to figure this out. I just put "0."

Your flight booking browser automatically added a flight cancellation fee of $65. I called the travel agency only to talk to customer service agents with thick Indian accents. They didn't want to give me my money. I had to cancel the flight. They charged me $50 just cancellation fee. And, made me wait 3 - 5 business days. I needed to meet with a sick family member they passed away. Because, I had to wait so long for a refund. The travel agents aren't very helpful either. They don't listen or give the customer a chance to explain their story. This travel agency sucks. Try to avoid this travel agency if you can.

Be careful - do not book through this site! They will process your credit card, then issue you with emails either to ask you to confirm/validate emails and they operate based on EST (Canada) time (note, I am in Perth, WA), or that the flights are no longer available by the airlines and within hours of "not receiving response/confirmation", they cancel the bookings. Then there consultants either give you misinformation, or hangs up on you when you challenged them on their processes.

Bogus marketing

Beware of Flyfar travel insurance. It is advertised as costing $10, but when I looked at my receipt, it turned out I was billed $143. Turns out it is $10/day. I called the company to cancel it, but was told I could only do that within the first 24 hours, before I was even aware of the charge. This is deliberate, false advertising that should not be allowed.

Unfortunately, I have bought my airfare ticket through this agent!
Now, due to situation with COVID-19 I cannot get in contact with them. Last night I was waiting for 80 minutes and my battery was drained out. Today the same thing... I do not know how someone like this company has a permit to work as a Tourist Agency?
I cannot cancel my ticket through their web site. Total amateurism...
Never again!

It was very easy and hassle free to book a flight. The search is narrowed down for you to the cheapest flight and gives you the options to choose from others if that flight does not suite your needs. Overall I was happy to get in and out so quickly. After my flight was chosen, it took me about 2 minutes to complete the transaction, all the information for the flight choice was available in seperate links.

Hidden prices

The price for additional charges is misrepresented. I was not able to see the itemized charges until I clicked "complete booking now" I called the 1800 number right away to cancel the additional charges because my fare increased a lot and I was told that I can't cancel that charge and I can only get 50% discount off the cancellation trip insurance. I travel a lot myself and buy tickets for my family. I am always very careful on additional charges, but this time I made a big mistake.

The worst travel agency. They try to fool people by showing low rates. The moment you click on the book option, you'll see a message saying the flight charges have gone up by 200%. The ticket they initially showed for 350 Dirhams will then be 1100 Dirhams. Big Time Cheats

Purchased a bereavement ticket for my 71 yo handicap mother in law to pay final respects to her husband in Manila. Scheduled her to leave Monday evening. To my dismay, I see she arrives on Thursday night. There's a 12 and a 22 hour layover. Sick old woman to spend a 22 hour layover in a wheelchair. Just wrong, but that's how they do business. Will never book with them again. Horrible

I have been emailing them for weeks now to get my money back for 2 flights from Aug. No reply
I have read receipts on my emails and they are clicking on 'not read' and deleting them

Today i sent an email to the airline and CC Flyfar in. Telling the airline about the problem and Flyfar is profiting from the airlines during this time. I hope to get a reply in the next few days from Icelandair. Don't give up. Keep emailing them and CC the airline in so they know Flyfar is profiting from them

I booked a few flights from them, then they emailed me 2 weeks later said my first flight has been rescheduled 3 hours late, which means that the following two transferred fights won't make it either! So I had kept calling them, and emailed them for a solution, they said they will find a solution for me within 48 hours, but after two weeks, no one has called me nor emailed me! They simply ignore me!

This company is a complete joke. They farm
Out their customer service and provide no help or sympathy at all - it's all on the customer to deal with any issues that arise. Avoids the "VIP" service help and just book directly through the airline. After being on hold for 40min I was finally sent to a supervisor who was so unprofessional and rude that I recorded our conversation. She was unable to help or give me her name or transfer me to her manager. When I asked what their agreement was with the airline that would allow for cheaper flights, she was "not at liberty to provide information on proprietary agreements" as it was confidential; however when I asked her if she would use flyfar she hesitated and said it depended. This company is a joke and more of a headache than they are worth.

SCAM

Careful booking with them, they charge you credit card before checking if the flights are still available at that price. So they'll tell you that your booking has been completed but then you get an email, that looks like the normal booking confirmation with flight details, but if you read carefully it says that your booking wasn't successful because the rate you PAID for wasn't available anymore, so you need to call them and request a refund, that takes up to 7 business days! It was over $3.000 ticket!

It took me less than a minute to fill up my information, it's not that I left the search and then came back.

Don't risk it!

The fee is ridiculous. Charged per person per day!.? Thought it would be 10.99 and was 154.94 plus $30 additional fee. Called to question the charge and was told that it was all perfectly clear in the box where I made the selection. Obviously, it was not! Want that fee back. Won't use FlyFar again. Feel ripped off.

Booked a flight through Flyfar that was supposed to happen April 2020. The flight was cancelled by the airline and per the terms and conditions I am supposed to receive a full refund. The airline (Norweigan) refunded Flyfar over 6 weeks ago and I still have not received my refund from Flyfar. This company is a scam, every time I call they put me on a 2 hour hold, each time a person picks up the phone they say they need to transfer me to a different department and I have to wait again on a 2 hour hold. No refund at this time.

Awful Customer Service

Due to changes in my flight times I have been trying for three days now to cancel my flight. I have been on hold for over six hours and am still not getting anywhere with these people. I have been transferred to Multiple individuals and all of them have agreed to help and then just place me on hold for hours at a time. I will never book flights with them again.
