Hey, website runs very well and the booking it no too difficult, but the catch is you have to wait until the airlines accepts your booking for the deal price. I had to do it twice, 1st time airlines rejected. But the back end support and the patience that the customer care representatives have is amazing. They are quick in response and very informative. BUT when i tried calling from india the toll free number got connected to some different organisation. I urge to increase the toll free across the word or increase the number of counties.
Over all was great experience.

So far so good

I am a month away from flying so I hope all goes well! The process so far seems to be good. Although fly far did not let me know i was being charged 25$ to choose my seat. I figured it out and decided to go through with it. However the fine print on the invoice says that the airline may not honor the selection.

They hide their fees, and project/display a lower cost up front. They did this to me, and I was only provided their $65 fees AFTER it was charged to my card. I will report them and have taken screenshots. Please do not do service with this company, especially via the Kayak ap, or any mobile device. Just don't do business with them period. Very deceptive!

FlyFar included the same information as if I were on the actual airline's site. For example, luggage requirements, etc...
Since we are flying internationally, the receipt came to our inbox in both languages we will encounter as we travel. NICE!

Booked flight, then covid hit. They would not give me a refund. Gave me flight credit, but I couldn't use. Tried for 2 years to get refund. No luck. Finally triend to use flight credits...They told me my flight credits expired WITHOUT informing me! Talked to supervisor They said nothing they can do. No credits, no refund, no alternative. $1000 of my money gone! WTF! I will be suing this website and company. Worst ever. Don't use them. I'm a frequent traveler and this was the first time I ever used them, trying to save money for our charity. They stole our money!

I had to change a flight back from Los Angeles, so my son quickly went online to find the cheapest flight he could for me. I was quoted over $1,000. For a one way flight to B. C. with United/Air Canada, which was who I was with originally. He found a $150.US flight with Alaska Airlines. I booked it. I quickly wondered if this was too good to be true so I checked their reviews and panicked when according to YELP they had a huge Warning sign that they were frauds. Long story short, I was pleasantly surprised, it was one the the best and easiest flights I had. Everything went perfectly. Also, I love Alaska Airlines, fabulous planes, and crew were great. I have lost faith in Air Canada, it used to be such a great airline, the space in the plane is tiny with little leg room. In addition the phone hold time was over 2 hours, only to find out I needed to call United. Thank you FlyFar. You saved me a lot of money, and thanks for the great service.

DO NOT book through FlyFar. They are the worst flight booking company I have ever dealt with. It is clear they are only out to deceive people and steal money through hidden fees. When you call them to cancel a flight you JUST booked 5 minutes prior, they will promptly charge you $50 to cancel, even if the flight company offers free cancellation. I didn't even realize I was finalizing my booking because there was no itemized billing- I thought it was going to be a a $98 flight, but it was $178. They charged $48 for a "seat selection" even though all I did was request a window seat, not a specific seat. After complaining enough I was able to get the cancellation fee down to $30. He then asked me if I wanted help booking another flight- yeah right.

I booked my flight through Flyfar, I am due to leave in the morning. I then received an email saying my flight was pending. I called them to ensure everything was ok, they replied stating I needed to pay a further 120 dollars because the flight price had increased while I was typing in my details i. E. passport number etc.

I asked for an immediate refund allowing me to book an urgent flight through another company however this takes 8-9 business days!? I now dont have enough money to go in the early morning.

DO NOT USE.

Thought I was booking a cheap flight, how wrong I was. I paid the $1100 advertised only to have them tell me the next day the price was now $500 extra and that in order to confirm my reservation they would need more money. Absolute scam of a company, avoid at all costs. I would not recommend to anyone.

I have never received a message like this after booking my flight... ****A portion of your flight reservation has FAILED****
Keep in mind, the company went ahead and purchased my Departure tickets while my Return tickets were apparently in limbo. I was charged for BOTH.
I called customer service as they instructed. I was told that I would receive a call back within an hour. Nothing... for two hours.
I call back... hold music... hold music... hold music... And they have no answers for me.
I tell them I would like to cancel my purchase, but they're not sure if that's possible.
So I continue to sit on hold and stew.

Because of a delayed flight with other airlines i was forced to buy a new ticket for my connection and to be refunded the first company asked me for the invoice from FlyFar. They sent it to me very quick so I could get my money back. Thank you

I also have not been refunded even though i received email conformation from airline company and flyfar that i would reimbursed. I urge all people to lodge a complaint with US dept of transportation. *
File a complaint. The Department of Transportation will forward your complaint to the airline and threaten "enforcement action" if they don't act soon.

Refunded no problem

I booked my tickets and as the process continued, I also selected my seats as the site prompted me to. Low and behold, I was charged an extra $50 which was not made obvious at all! I was very annoyed by this and called customer service immediately. The supervisor was kind and refunded me the money for my seat selection without any fuss (should arrive in my account in 3 to 5 days). Thank you.

They may give the cheapest price but make sure nothing happens where you have to change the flight during your trip. They will charge you more than half of what you paid for the round trip. Called Fiji Air to change reservations on return trip and they changed it with out charge but informed us we would have to contact flyfar.ca for final confirmation. On doing so Flyfar.ca said they are charging more than half of what we paid for the complete trip. Too bad since it cost them nothing. Spoke with a few people with the same reply. Guaranteed there will be no more bookings with them. It would have been better booking with the airlines instead of this company.

First time using this site. Didn't want all the add on's and just deleted them. Only thing that came up additional was $26 for seat selection and in the fine print, seat selection was not guaranteed. What! But the price that was shown to me actually was the price with seat selection. Hope I am in the seats selected. Lower price than airline and other sites, with seat selection. Now, just hoping I can take one carry on with no additional charge!

Big scam - hidden fees. Stay away. They added travel protections without our requesting it. They added almost $200 to the baggage fees. They will not refund it. They said we agree in a general kind of way to accept all their fees. Bull... I don't know what they would have charged if I'd added the other extras (seats and meals) through their site. Slimey. Smarmy business. Doesn't any agency patrol internet businesses? Anything above 1 star is written by their people.

Do not use!

Booked a flight, conference was cancelled due to coronavirus. Company shut their phones down and website offline. Airline cannot help with the issue. Absolutely absurd that there is no support available. None. Sat on hold for airline for 7 hours total already. Begging for help and still no further than before. Emailed Flyfar days ago and still no response, even though they said they'd respond in 2-3 business days. Poor service!

FlyFar.ca is all about the rip-off. Between reading other reviews and considering my own experiences, it would seem that their primary means of illegitimately making money is hidden charges and then overcharging cards. Luckily for me, the amount that they tried to swindle me out of was relatively small so if I had to take a loss, it wouldn't have been that much. But still, they overcharged my card, gave me the run around about getting a refund, lied, and were very rude. I ended up just having to call my credit card company and they refunded me the amount themselves and (I'm assuming) dealt with flyfar.ca themselves. They're scam artists. Don't even bother.

Do not book with FlyFar

My return flight was booked for the wrong date. I am almost positive that this mistake was not made on my end of the pipeline - regardless, customer service was rude, unhelpful and refused to transfer or refund the ticket. Despite having paid additional money for flight cancellation policy, I was told that the policy did not cover the return flight as the initial flight had already been embarked on. So much money lost, horrible customer service, do not recommend!
