I have to wait for 3 hours to speak to them and sometimes they simply disconnect in between and drop an email saying technical issue over phone. Also, it's hard to get response from the on time, and every service is charged regardless whether airlines charge flyfar or not.
Turkish airline suddenly canceled a segment of our return ticket that was booked on this flyfar who "prohibit" airlines to change their tickets so you have to wait for hours on phone for their answer! I'm waiting and still waiting and it's been TWO HOURS no answer yet! Besides, they rip off for changes even airlines' mistake or even if airline forfeit change fees, they don't! They don't care for pandemic or anything they just want take advantage of people's need; very cruel stay away pay little extra for pronounceable booking website not at all this one!
FlyFar steals them passengers!... so better if you know it, before buy a ticket from them. We bought two tickets from them one year ago, Colombo - Dubai, Abu Dhabi - Budapest line. Transfer was prohibited for us due to the viral situation. We canceled our tickets with them 5 days before the trip.

Do not buy a fly with gotogate.com or flyfar (is the same company) no service and they try to steal your money. My flight got cancelled to Israel and they sold me 2 different ticket to go there (my final destination was no the 1st one) and even when they sent me an email saying that my second flight got cancelled they did nothing to cancel the 1st flight. I booked a flight with Tap Air Portugal. I had a family emergency and needed to cancel that flight. I spent hours on the phone with Tap Air Portugal, which ended with them stating that the only way I can receive a refund or voucher is through the FlyFar. Tap air Portugal specifically told me I was eligible for a 100% voucher, given the dates I booked. FlyFar has refused to even acknowledge these statements, or assist me in any way to get this voucher! Unbelievable! I have spent the past 3 days trying to speak to somebody who can help me! They don't help you rebook denied flights and charge you obscene prices to do so, when I asked for a refund they said they don't do refunds. They hung up on me more than 3 times. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with.
They have the worse customer service representative. I waited on the line for 3 hours to talk to an agent after was transferred to another agent and still was not helpful at all. They play tricks and games on people and just lie and make up excuses. One of my segments was suddenly cancelled and I bought the ticket off of Flyfar and they kep making up excuses and blaming Air Canada and Lufthansa's end for their own mistake!
The biggest rip-off scam company in the business. I would give -5 stars if I could. I booked 2 tickets and had to change because of covid. After 21 calls they refused unless I pay the full fare again. The company is a fraud and a scam. STAY AWAY. Customer service -5. I booked a round trip from Vancouver to Halifax. The flight company cancelled some of my flights that I can't either fly from Vancouver to Halifax nor from Halifax to Vancouver. Last year I booked a Spirit flight through Flyfar. Because of the pandemic we didn't go on our trip, so I had a credit (through Spirit). I used the credit a couple of months ago to book another flight. Spirit cancelled the flight one month before our trip. I then asked for a refund, which the TSA makes clear we are entitled to. Spirit agreed to a refund and I received an email saying that the refund was applied to my credit card ending in ****. The problem is that I DON'T HAVE a credit card ending in those numbers and I have not received a refund. Spirit told me that only Flyfar can fix it. I have now spent two hours on hold with Flyfar and just sent them an email. I hope they can fix this but I'm not very hopeful.

I booked my ticket to India thru fly far. Unfortunately i have to cancel the flight during covid. Air india has refunded full money $5760 CAD but after months of struggle to catch these basterds. I got an email from Dildar S of flyfar mentioning as per air line rule flyar will deduct $140 per passanger and $91 CAD service fee. If you agree please reply us or call us. I replied them okay. Since the call waiting is very very very long sometimes 5 hrs. I decided to send them email confirmation. Still I haven't got my money and same email is being sent to me from multiple agents causing me trouble. They purposefully want to irritate the customer and keep the money. They are lairs and big time basterds. Mother $#*!ers. DO NOT book tickets with them ever.
Everything went smooth. Didn't need to talk to anyone at airport, did it all with phone and kiosk. Don't know what else to say. Would definitely use again. Don't fly often but this was super easy. Would gladly tell other people about FlyFar.com.
