Do to covid-19 my wife and friends trip was canceled. It took over 2 months to get a refund and the for some reason kept 30 dollars. I still haven't received an answer on why I didn't receive a full refund. Dealing with this company was a joke. You had to send multiple emails just to get a reply to one. The customer service sucks. I know for damn sure I'll never use their services again. I would rather pay double then deal with company in the future. I wish I would of read all the other reviews first. Shame on me for that one. I hope this saves others from the same headache.
