On the 5th of September he helped resolve a very difficult situation for a young boy who purchased a ticket from your company but for whatever reason the ticket was not issued and the boy was not allowed to get on the flight and was turned away at the airport. This boy was coming from Tbilisi, Georgia to Toronto, Canada. Agent Marlon spent a long time on the phone with us trying to resolve this problem and have a new ticket issued for the same flight in two days. The family of Tengiz Mekhrishvili is very grateful to Marlon for all his help, understanding and effort in resolving this horrible situation. His patience and empathy will never be forgotten!

A family emergency necessitated that I fly from Orange County to Atlanta with only a few days notice. I was able to get flights at a reasonable price.

After booking our flight I realized that one of the tickets had a typo on the name. Called customer assistance and they contacted the airline to mpcorrect the name. All taken care of in less than 30 minutes.
The reservation portal was easy to use with conditions clearly stated except for all surcharges included which I read as seats selections as well. Now I have to get that clarified as the airline system is not allowing me to select seats. Hoping that the actual trip will go as well as the booking.
Here's some things that could be improved:
When on the booking page, there should be a extra section, perhaps like 'checkout' where you can confirm the finer details of your booking. I pressed 'book' and I didn't realise there wasn't another page for me to double check. Luckily... it was all okay.
But I had a panic moment when I wasn't able to find the details of my baggage allowance, 'Contact your airline' doesn't help me much, because I am in Australia. And it was a little while before I discovered this company is in Canada (it was a pop up I decided to follow).
On that note, it probably needs to be stated a littler clearer what currency I am paying in- the dollar sign, I assumed was Aussie Dollar. But instead it was American... on a Canadian website.
I wanted to talk to someone to confirm, and something I fine extremely helpful in these cases is a 'Contact Us' button. But I couldn't find it. I could call you... but you should check out our international call rates in Australia... it's literally cheaper for me to fly to Canada and talk directly to someone for 15mins-1hr.
A few sites have a chat box which proves super effective in confirming a few things.
Lastly, I have 5 emails from you guys already, and I'm not sure which one I am suppose to use when I want to board/check in my flight. And apparently one email is still coming?

Stay away... big cheats. They will never honour the price drop. Will not entertain your calls or emails. They sent the booking confirmation but never sent tickets, when I called they said I have to pay extra to get the tickets. Beware.
