Update:
I called them a second time (after writing this review). Talked to an agent much nicer than the first one and he reduced the changing fee $50 to $375, which is still too much. Due to this, I update their rating to three star. Still do not recommend them.

I need to change my flight dates and I find out that the minimum change fee for a flight is CAD$ 425 with no cancelation possible. Even the agent says that changing the ticket would cost around buying a new one.
Sad thing is the company's bad reputation was mentioned while I was referred to their website
By a third party. Will take this notification more seriously next time.
I suppose the technology has helped us to shop our tickets online versus through agents, but then we have to be careful to get our tickets from trusted websites, so skam companies like this one do not rob us off.
Last but not least, this one liner 5 star reviews are most probably done by the company itself to bring up the average ratings in search results. Can't trust them at all.

SO SO SO SO bad. I can't even explain but would be happy to. NOTHING of what I was told over the phone was accurate (they told me I HAD to call back later to get best price even though I found a better one while talking, and then when I called back woman said HAD TO DO IT THAT DAY, and was rude). This was my second time trying to deal with them and I tried to stay away from that but had to and am sick from this interaction again. I actually loathe this company now and we have dealt with other booking agencies for this trip and had no such trouble. ITS A TERRIBLE COMPANY, and when they reached out asking me for review, I left detailed feedback and got no response. ACTUALLY PATHETIC, could ruin your trip - you'll save time, money and stress avoiding!

I cant begin to express how satisfied and happy I am for this web site bailing me out of the mess I got myself into through another web site called Gurufaretickets, they had gotten me a tkt to fly out of ORD to stop and connect in Atlanta originally on the 30th of July 2015, a ticket I had bought well in advance for a trip scheduled for NOV 29th 2015, Alas! I came out on the website Delta.com to print my itinerary to see a change for my connecting leaving a day before... I was astounded! To say the least, so long story short I hopped online this morning not alone did I get a good deal but a direct connecting from Houstin TX and not through Paris where I was going to be faced with a transit visa... Kudus to you guys, I have saved your site and will be purchasing in the near future. Thanks again.

I booked the same flight on another website. It was a horrible experience. After I rec'd my e-tickets they told me the price had changed to higher and they didnt honor the initial cost, I had to cancel. Booked same flight with flight network, it was quick and easy.Rec'd my e-tickets no hiccups. Love the price drop option. Wish I could have the seating option while booking.So far so good, I will definitely book on this website again.

There was some strange stuff in my edocs, so I phoned to learn what it meant, but I was put on hold for 45 minutes, and then gave up. I then phoned again, pretending that I wanted a new booking, as that often gets a call priority. But after 20 minutes, still no response. Your phone lines are impossible to reach -- don't you have a single customer service rep? I'm now beginning to wonder if you exist at all. I did check my reservation with Iberia, and it seems to be there. I only wish that you were.

Calling (11:45PM) to isue my ticket, which was not possible to book online due to the expired page.
The lady officer was ourteous, professional and knowledgeble. It took a few minutes and I receive my ticket confirmation number.
I am very satisfy and with no hesitation I can recommend your service to my friends and all potential customers Thank you.
