1. My husband has a work trip already paid for on SAS
2. I booked/paid for the same itinerary and tried to get seats next to him
3. In process of booking, I was directed to FlightNetwork
4. Was able to select seat for outbound flight.
5. However, for the return, while the seats showed up as bookable on my computer screen, they were not in same color as my husband's available seat selection on his completed booking on his computer screen
6. I decided to complete my booking without picking seats for the return, figuring I could do it after payment, the way he did.
7. Once I paid for my booking, I tapped the link: "Upgrade your trip
Add extra baggage, seat reservations, insurance, and more."
8. There is nothing in the "upgrade your trip" link that connects to seat reservations; I cannot book my return seat next to my husband. *If you promote seat selection capability, follow through with a LIVE link.*
9. Husband's PNR: YEVWQK Eticket#: **************-93 - perhaps you can seat me next to him on the CPHIAD return leg.
10. It is very weird that I don't have a conventional PNR like with every other airline travel booking I've ever made, instead it's an "order no."
11. I keep getting Cookie Notices, despite having filled out my preferences what feels like multiple times
