If you have a chance to cancel and book directly with the airline, I suggest you do it! I have found this company disreputable, please see my review.

Hi i have been trying to contact flyfar/flight net work on the contact number and no one is picking or returning my call. the line keeps breaking.

I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.

They charged me $64 for seat selection of "any seat available" and won't refund it. Bad business practices.
