Separate flights/tickets for seats permitting carryons is new and unwelcome. Yesterday the system said there were no such flights, today it sold some. Some explanation of this on the web page might help those of us familair with flying US domestic airlines. And now I have tickets but no flight numbers.
I recently booked a trip through Flight Network, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. They were the cheapest option on the day I booked, which initially made me a little hesitant since I hadn't heard of them before. However, their website turned out to be very professional and easy to navigate. The filters and sliders made it simple to customize my search by destination, preferred travel times, and exact dates for departure and return. I appreciated how clearly the information was laid out—especially details like luggage allowance and the different types of insurance available. It was also straightforward to accept or decline these extras. One of the standout features for me was the payment process. I liked that they didn't tack on any extra fees for using Apple Pay or a debit card, which is becoming rare these days. All in all, a smooth and efficient booking experience. They were the cheapest on the day, and I would definitely use them again.
It was the fastest and easiest way to get my tickets. The information required was the regular one, and it was nothing complicated; moreover, it was available as soon as your itinerary was available on the airline.
I used the system to book a flight on Icelandair, thinking I was on the Icelandair website, only later I found I was on flight network. I found the system difficult to navigate and at the last minute, it changed the price on me
I was all the way to purchase and "something went wrong - you can refresh this page". I did my purchase for a much lower rate disappeared and I had to start over. Same info and I purchased a flight almost $400 more than my original cart. In my original purchase attempt, my seats were $5 and $15. In the new purchase they are almost $81 total. Gads. Initially my1 bag was included in my fare; oop the final purchase the bag was $203. Feels like a scam.
Just what I was looking for, and getting it done quickly is a good trick. The experience was exactly that. In no time I had the reservation made and paid for.
Many separate charges for very ordinary tasks that are included with other packages for ticketing...the process was lengthy and not customer friendly in my view...but it worked to get tickets so it's OK
I booked a flight, thinking I could get a full refund within 24 hrs. If I changed my mind. They were happy to provide a full refund for the ticket but charged $100.00 for their own company. I will not book with them in the future.
Tried to cancel a reservation less than 2 hrs after it was made. Representative was very hard to understand and they eventually charged me over $122 for a reason I still don't understand. I won't use them again!
Booking my flight online was incredibly easy. I just went to the airline's website, entered my departure and destination cities, and within seconds, I had multiple flight options to choose from. The website was straightforward, letting me filter by price, layovers, and departure times, which made finding the perfect flight effortless. Once I selected my flight, entering my details and making the payment was quick and seamless. I received my confirmation and e-ticket instantly, so there was no waiting or hassle. The entire process was smooth, convenient, and stress-free—definitely the easiest way to book a flight!
Can't figure out if I actually got what I paid for. I was directed to Flight Network from the Finnair website. Bought business call cross-Atlantic tickets, which were about 4X the economy class. Nonetheless, my dealings with Finnairs AI chatbot left me insecure (it spouted nonsense), so I called the customer service number on my ticket confirmation in an effort to confirm the business class amenities Finnair advertises on its website, This turned out to be Flight Network, whose representative ultimately told me that she had no idea with my tickets would get me.
Wow! You think you reserved a plane ticket, then you get asked if you want to pay to have your flight information texted to you, or pay to be able to speak to someone on the phone a bit faster, and then pay A LOT more to actually get your seat (what was the ticket price for?) - this is not for an upgrade, it's for the seat you just paid for (business class)! I've never experienced such nickel and dime-ing, though it cost way more than nickels and dimes to complete the purchase - hundreds of dollars extra to get what you supposedly paid for in the first place.
I was called and told that I would get my tickets in a little while. I still have not gotten my tickets plus I'm not sure if both my requests went through my card was declined on the two of us going, but they were able to get us our two tickets and now I had ordered separately one ticket and I need to cancel that
Was trying to book on Scandinavian airlines. Instead this site pops up as the first site on a search and I mistakenly went into it. I have no idea if I paid more or less that Scandinavian airlines, or picked extras that would have been included on SAS. My fault, yes, for not having read more closely but feels like a scam to have an alternative site appear when you are trying to get to the airline. Also, the booking feels incomplete as I was not asked for my known traveler number or passport. When is that suppposed to be done? Hat this site.
I went to the Allegiant web site. I have booked through them many times. I did not realize I was re routed to you. I thought maybe this was something new with Allegiant, until I saw that all of my cousins confirmation emails were coming from Allegiant. (She booked the same flight.) It is too late to do anything about this now, but I am not pleased at all about this. I ONLY want to deal with airlines themselves, no outside trip managers.
Your website and seat pricing is a fraud. $25 to pick a seat is ridiculous. In the future I will avoid flying with you whenever possible. $450+ for 2 people for a 55 minute flight is atrocious.
This is starting to look like a scam. Where are my tickets? It has been 4 days since I paid. Why isn't the My Bookings page available on your website? Not happy at all.
We've booked a few flights here over seas! No problems at all! Easy to navigate and great prices! We recommend to others. For easy travel and great prices- don't hesitate with this network.
Overall I had a good experience, however, I couldn't understand the billing part! It was also frustrating to get so many other offers costing extra money.!
The Site was pretty easy to use but you had to pay for everything- even if you wanted to get your information texted to you was an extra $6 charge. Not sure I will use them again.
Answer: I have the same experience on 07/21/2021. I was on hold for 1 hour for two times and then it got disconnected.
Answer: Hi there, the promo code box is under the insurance section on the final step of the booking process. We can certainly add the code to your booking however, I will need your booking number. Can you provide? Once we have that we will issue you a refund. Have a great day. / Courtney
