However, one has to be careful about the extra charges being added step by step. They are transparent in terms of extra cost. Better not choose anything extra if you want to buy cheapest and click on options very attentively. For example, don't go for the paid 'Seat Selection' option as seat selection is usually allowed for free on official website (with booking number the third party website assigns to you). Their customer service is good. The representative replies to your queries patiently. Mind you, at the time of crisis only the airline will be able to help you and they will help you even if you have booked from a third party website. My Saudia flight was cancelled on month before departure. Flight Network was unable to help me in that case and i contacted Saudia Airlines. Saudia Agent alloted me seat on Turkish Airline without any extra charges.

Every thing seemed quite user friendly. Since the fare I booked was Business Class, it would have been nice to see that stated on the Travel Document and the receipt.
Their customer service barely speaks English and are hard to understand. They don't resolve issues but submit tickets. Useless. Buy from a more reliable source
I paid for a flight back to Australia. All looked fine until I received emails saying that my flight was cancelled and I was entitled to a refund minus to a refund fee imposed by Flight Network. This is illegal in Australia and although I have rejected their request to charge me a refund fee, they keep insisting. Avoid at all costs. It will cost you much more time and money trying to unravel all of the mess the make for you than what you think you save from their original price.

Avoid. Especially during covid19. It's best to pay a little extra and book directly with the Airline or a reputable Online Travel platform.

I booked a multiple trip thru skyscanner then i choose flight network as provider, when they transfer me to flight network website everything seems so easy and simple.
Thieves and dodgy operator. Will never book again. Booked flight to Nz Aug 2021. Airline cancelled flights. Requested refunds and was told to wait. Waited no response, follow up no response. Response, told to wait more. Raised credit card dispute and was outside the timeframe by bank. Call air nz and no reference of the booking. They also advise that agency must deal direct but last correspondence advised me a reference number (that air nz does not have) and for me to follow up directly... Absolutely the worst online agency platform I have ever dealt with.

Charged extra for a flexible fare and when called to make a change was on the phone for nearly 2 hours twice and no one ever answered just a very irritating hold message saying their customer service will be happy to help. Absolute rubbish. Gave u and lost my money now seeing how I can get this terrible company taken out of business.

Purchased extra insurance to allow flight changes. Called for 3 days to make a change, was told it cant be done over the phone and someone would get back to me. Received email, told to call again, when i finally got through i was told it cant be done over the phone and someone will get back to me. Never happened.
Over and hour to get through on phone each time, cut off twice. Had to pay for it through the airline. Lost my money.
I had a terrible experience with FlightNetwork. I wasted my time waiting hours to get in touch, and they kept transferring to other lines and had to wait more than 2hours. They told me to wait until their manager calls me. No returning call. I called them waited few more hours. As soon as they picked up the phone, they told me to wait. But result, No refund even lockdown period. Do not purchase any flight tickets through this company!

I had to cancel a booking due to having covid and was never provided a refund. Advised, months later that I had to go through the airline to arrange a refund.

First and foremost, do NOT use Skyscanner's suggested agents without doing research about them. I did so, and ended up regretting it. I booked a flight from Sydney to Muscat in May 2022 through FlightNetwork. The flight was booked easy but after a few days I received message from the airline and FlightNetwork that the flight is cancelled and gave me a really bad alternative flight. I couldn't take the alternative because of super-long transit time. I had to get another alternative to change the flight. I tried emailing their customer service (this is where the disaster began). Every time I emailed them it took them a purposefully-decided long time to get back to me (always and always took them 3 days to reply no matter what! Under the excuse of 'we're too busy'), saying that I must ring them. Then they provided wrong phone numbers. Their physical address on their official website in Melbourne was a wrong address. Eventually, I ended up getting them on the phone after episodes of real stress and hard effort, only to get multiple long call transfer waiting times, excuses and apologies that 'we are sorry, the airline doesn't accept changes'. At the end, I ended up taking their imposed alternative which was a very tiring long flight of an almost entire day transit time in Bangkok. I would like to voice this out to the online community that DO NOT trust what Skyscanner suggests when booking your flights. Majority of them are practical scammers with absolute zero customer service. As for FlightNetwork, they are true practical scammers and nothing more.

They miss informed me several times and finally change my intial flight (which was perfect) to a very bad one with too much transit time (around 9 hours) and also charged me for service fee. I requested a refund for my ticket since the 29th of June 2023 they sent me an email that within 48 hrs the refund will be credited to my account, now its been almost 1 month and am calling every day either no answer or long term waiting on the phone call and everytime they tell me that my previous colleague escalated for the payment and you have to wait we cant tell you when the money will be refunded and they are so rude as if am cadging from them
Please don't buy ticket with them. You can't change or cancel your flight by then even the airlines allows to cancel or change the booking. And they lied to me when they said you have credits and you booking was canceled. I contact air Canada which my ticket by them, they told me we didn't cancel your booking. We only changed and we didn't give credit. Who said that.

They intentionally list impossibly low prices, only to scam you out of more money later. For example, when I submit the order number from FlightNetwork to the airline, they say that no such order number exists, but the flight does. Then, when I try to check in online, the FlightNetwork app magically fails to do so. I'll now be spending $200 just to check in, when the sum of the tickets cost was $430 (ie., half the cost of tickets just to check in). Any money I saved with FlightNetwork, has been lost to their irresponsibility and scummy practices.

I am another poor victim of Flighnetwork.The website has been designed in a way that you have to pay first then one by one they start to add restrictions as a fine print to the ticket, no luggage is allowed unless you pay and then you have to go pick up your luggeage in each airport and re-enter the transit salon on each stop which means hours of going through each security, not only thicket is not refundable or cancellable you are not allowed even date change under extreme issues that I encounter at the end I had to buy one full ticket to come back sooner, so I lost equal to two full ticket and lots of Hassle, please be aware of these scammers
My air tickets (booked via Flight Network) to Frankfurt in Nov 2022 was cancelled due to a airport strike and I had no choice but to seek a refund. After more than 6 months, the refund is still pending airline refund. I called Flight Network numerous times to request for assistance and escalation. Flight Network claims that the refund is still pending from the airline (Luthansa/SIA)
I thought I was going through SAS's website, but ended up coming over to flight network somehow. No idea how that happened. Trying to find my flight confirmation via SAS and there is no reservation in my name or with the booking number they gave me. Not sure if I just got ripped off or not.
Apparently "Any" counts as a seat selection with Flight Network. They charged me the $64 and refuse to refund it. I have their email response to my request and it's hilarious. They reference a theoretical example, instead of using my specific example. Seems to me it's better for the bottom line to charge people for things they don't want, and then fight tooth and nail against making it right. Slimy, dirtball business practices!
I am an avid traveler and a frequent flyer. I was delighted to find good deals on Flight Network, but when a family illness prevented us from traveling, their customer service was atrocious. I verified that taxes and fees would be refunded by calling the airlines directly, but the cancelation had to be processed by Flight Network as the travel agent, and they charge exorbitant fees for cancelations, wiping out any and all potential refund for customers. Avoid them at all costs and book direct-- I will never use this company again!
