I bought two tickets from Vancouver to Orlando at Flight Networks.
After a couple of weeks I received an email from them saying that the company had cancelled my flight. They offered me a terrible second option with layover of more than 10 hours. They said I could also request a refund.
I requested a refund (it's been more than a month now) and they never pay me back. I spent hours calling their terrible customer service and all they say is I hav to wait.
I had to buy ANOTHER ticket more expensive with another company and lost the money I had paid previously with flight networks. I do not recommend this company and I am considering processing the company.
Booked my flight on the last minute on a defined route in India from the US. The site gave me all the options and I decided my flights based on schedule which took longer to decide on my part than the process time on the site. The system processed the payment very quickly, confirmation was sent to my email first, followed by the ticket and other payment information within few minutes. Overall I was happy and it took less than 10 minutes to complete the transaction. Whoever is running the site for the airline really did a good job.
Be careful! This Flight Network site for booking flights is very misleading in their prices. After accepting the price per person for my family of seven people, entered all their information, along with my credit card info for payment, a pop-up screen appeared stating the total price had now increased by over $100. It's so ridiculous how the price can jump in such short time, appeared to be their scheme to lure you in first with the low price and jack up the price after you have spent time entering all your personal info. Very disappointed with this travel site.

I was working on a reservation and it timed me out and when I went back in all of a sudden the price increased. Also I don't think it's right to have to pay more to have SMS updating on our flight status. I think it the duty of Icelandair to give us courtesy updates.
Unfortunately I have booked a ticket through this so called site on first week of February. I made a mistake in my month selection. Instead of March 17 I booked for February 17. I started contacting them Immediately after I made the booking and they were asking me date change fees more than the money I paid for the ticket. Then I asked them to cancel it and refund the money. I have contacted this people few times for follow up but they are telling always that their technical team will contact me. But nothing happened. I was waiting for that till February 16 and still they didn't cancel it and I was worrying that it will go as a no show and I will loose my whole money. Then I called air India customer service they asked me to pay Qar. 200 for changing the date and paid directly to air India and they issued the ticket for March 17. On March 17 I went to the airport and check in people was telling me that my ticket is not valid. Then I called airindia and they told me that my travel agent cancelled the ticket and they can't do anything. So again I called this travel agent and they said it's cancelled. So I couldn't fly on that day. I lost the ticket money and also the date change fees. Today is April 5th and there is no information about refund or money. The terrible customer service from this so called site called FLIGHT NETWORK. So I request everyone to be aware of this and try not to book from this site. I have all the communications with me if anyone like to verify. I am going to file a complaint in the authorities related this. SO PLEASE BEWARE
There is no way to cancel the flight even though it is in 24 hours. They just make you run in the circle without result. I already called credit card company to dispute it.
Highly not recommended. No service at all. No confirmation at all, not able to see my reservation on airline site.
The additional fees are ridiculous and go on forever! Was super frustrated by checkout and mad.

Many improvements are needed. Egypt Plus is not working, and too many questions to add extra.
Try to contact SwissAir about my reservation and discuss wheelchair accessability and the order number that you provided does not seem to be of any use. Could make this process a bit easier.

Traveling today is very expensive and the airlines and associated vendors are just nickel-diming customers with just additional costs.
I was directed to the FlightNetwork via Google search as being reasonably priced booking website. The process went pretty smoothly until hitting a snag with my bank requesting my confirmation of the purchase. Will book through FlightNetwork in the future.
Booking was easy. It was hocking tho how you charge for so many little things like $6 to set updates by SMS. I would expect such things to be included. But at least the overall price was good. I haven't flown your airline before so I am hoping for the best.
I typed in Scandinavian airlines website somehow ended up on flight network website. I felt deceived. I was so sure I was on the correct carrier website I realized after finalizing the booking that I was on the wrong website. I called Scandinavian airlines they could not locate my reservation. I was sure I was scammed. I called flight network, and they refused to issue me a full refund. They charged me $88 to cancel. I asked to speak to a supervisor and it was refused. Their airfare was more costly than booking directly with Scandinavianairline. I really felt tricked as a travel agent myself. I would never go to a third-party vendor. I cannot recommend this company.
When a customer requests to speak to a supervisor, they should have transferred me instead they refused.
Easy to book. Convenient web site and that is all I have to say.
