It is kind of a harsh customer experience from amazon, they are rigid and not that customer friendly or flexible to relate with. I guess the way they take security with their business is to the extreme.
They are just outstanding in the way they treat customer, with courtesy and respect. Any one wants to relate with this company another time.
I feel the agent customer service is not that bad, can still be improved upon. For today with the agent, It was alright, clear and understandable.
