Horrible to deal with. They lie directly to you. They take no responsibility and ultimately stop any form of contact knowing its a complex process to hold them responsibility. They will only blame airline.

Seat reservation and extra baggages cost 364$, Flight Network charged us 929$. Almost tripled the amount for the administrative costs of managing the seat selection and extra baggage... ridiculous! Never going through them again!
I just wasted a full hour buying plane tickets for my family and myself. When all the information is completed and we have entered the information for payment, the price suddenly increases by $2000. It's a scam plain and simple.
I accidentally chose "seat selection" when booking my flight. This resulted in an additional $185 in charges due to the carrier's regulations, not FlightNetworks. I called FlightNetwork at midnight and the employee was happy to help remove those charges and refund my card. Highly recommended!
After booking our flight I realized that one of the tickets had a typo on the name. Called customer assistance and they contacted the airline to mpcorrect the name. All taken care of in less than 30 minutes.

FlightNetwork is by far the best site to use for booking flights to Cuba. Almost all of the major travel sites either refused to show flights to Cuba, or they all had flights that were at least twice the price as FlightNetwork. I will always check here 1st for my next flights.
Found my ticket through kayak.com and then booked through FlightNetwork. All was as expected, ticket was a great itinerary and a great price. Round trip from Seattle to San Pedro Sula, Honduras for around $550 - yes please! Thanks for making booking my trip so easy!
The site was easy to navigate and I liked that you had all of the flights listed on the top with their prices, and that you have to total price listed, with all fees included.

The flight prices at FlightNetwork were so good that I decided to look further at the flights and the arrangements. Within a few minutes I had a flight confirmation and I'm as happy as can be. During my booking process I had accidently selected Seat Selection as "any available " from there a hidden charge of $24.95 appeared without me knowing at end of the transaction. Funny thing was that as soon as I selected it, the drop down menu for Seat Selection dissappear completely from the screen so you'll have no way to reverse the selection. This is the biggest scam technique. Later when I told Flight network they said sorry it's non refundable. However it's not written in term and conditions. I threatened to cancel because it was less than 24hrs before my booking and they finally gave in. Scam company using scam techniques. Lots of complaints regarding their insurance or other extra charges. I'd avoid and book with a airline or Expedia and it's affiliate companies.
The agency stopped responding when I requested my refund. Flights were cancelled and i had to buy new tickets. However, they never complete the refund. Luckily I managed to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and they refunded me. Don't buy tickets from these guys and if you bought, go straight to your credit card company for support. Big headache ahead, but hopefully they will be able to help you out. Don't be scammed, don't buy from them.
They canceled our flight because of covid-19 but when I asked them for the vouchers or refund my money they didn't do anything until my tickets expired. If you want to lose your money, FlightNetwork is the Best Choice
I purchased ticket from Europe to Toronto and back in February 2020 for travel in the second half of April 2020. I paid for the "full" insurance. Due to the crisis, all the flights are cancelled. After several hours spent on hold, with both insurance company and flightnetwork.com, I found out that the 'full' insurance only covers 3/4 of the ticket purchase price. In order to get the insurance, I would have to cancel the ticket, pay the penalty, and than claim the 3/4 of the ticket price from the insurance. The alternative is to book a flight with the same carrier, for the same person, at different time. Except every time I call, they give me different dates - first they said I have to book by end of September, and then a different agent gave me the February 2021. Just moments ago, they called and offered me to pay $250 upfront to get the refund.
You sell "full" insurance and actually provide 3/4 coverage, and then "generously" offer to "refund" even less than that?
$66 for a "seat selection" fee?! Give me a break. I don't care where I sit on the freakin plane. And what is laughable is it says "we will share your request but cannot guarantee". And its only aisle/window. Most services have you pick one and thats it. To charge nearly $70 is absolutely absurd and slimy. I didn't even know I was being charged when I confirmed and it showed up separate and the next day. Shows the ethics of this company. You are much better off with Expedia or somewhere that is not trying to scam you where they can. Booooo stay away.
I have been triple charged for flights I booked over a month ago. And as a result my bank account has been getting unexplained deductions from this website. Customer service is extremely horrible I've been on hold for longer than an hour with no consultant to assist me. I feel scammed and I am FURIOUS!
I just booked this morning - two flights to India. I didn't know that there was no enough credit in my credit card that was used. The Rep called to inform me regarding this and gave me 15 mins to check with the bank and he would call me back. Before he called, I called the office, a local 905 number! Which was very convincing! The tickets were issued within 15 mins and I found the price is the cheapest with an excellent connection. This is the first time I booked with FlightNetwork and looking forward to booking in the future too.
