Terrible. I bought the tickets via google flights with no problem and then noticed a single letter was incorrect and requested a name correction. They said this was fine and took my money.
It has been a week and despite 10+ phone calls and emails, there's no correction. I asked to speak to a manager. Told it was impossible but one will call me back in 24 hours. I waited but no callback. Tried again and told 4 hours - no callback. The last person on the support line raised their voice at me and then when I insisted on speaking to their manager put the phone down.
Unacceptable customer service and criminal how they are taking money for services and not providing them They should be shut down and not in any way promoted on google
This is the first time I'm using your site and I find it so helpful. It lessens the burden of opening the different airlines website just to get a good deal in the flight dates that I want. It's so good to have a site like yours. Great job!
Although this was very easy to follow and I got a really good deal, I was unable to enter my Qantas Frequent Flyer number into my fare. Is there any way that this can be done, when I check into the Adelaide airport on the day of departure?

I tried to book my flight on line but it kept cutting off, so I phone for assistance and the person I was speaking to was very helpful and did my booking for me. I now have my E ticket.
Us senior are a little slow when working on line. Thank you for having a phone line and I can speak to a real person.?

I have book a flight to England for me and my family over 2 years ago, thinking that the pandemic would be over. Now the variant dominates the country, especially England. I am unable to get FlightNetwork to help me get a refund on my tickets. They refer me to the airlines and that is a joke. I have lost precious money going thru FlightNetwork. Never again.
I had a terrible experience with FlightNetwork. I wasted my time waiting hours to get in touch, and they kept transferring to other lines and had to wait more than 2hours. They told me to wait until their manager calls me. No returning call. I called them waited few more hours. As soon as they picked up the phone, they told me to wait. But result, No refund even lockdown period. Do not purchase any flight tickets through this company!
The friendly woman ( Debby) was extremely helpful and without her I would have not been able to get my ticket!
Pressed the wrong button and accidently booked a pm flight instead of an am flight. Fixed up no problem!
Only concern I have was that I had you were tracking a flight for me and when I went to flightnetwork site directly to see about another flight I noted that my flight had decreased in price. I had not received any feedback from you that there was a price drop... thought that was the whole purpose of you tracking a flight?
This company is absolutely useless, the customer service is not there to help you, basically they give you information that you can genuinely obtain yourself, whether it is a cancellation or a change they simply just have no interest in finding a solution for you just give basic information. As an ex AITA member and agent they really are at the bottom of the barrel.
They miss informed me several times and finally change my intial flight (which was perfect) to a very bad one with too much transit time (around 9 hours) and also charged me for service fee. I will never book flight from flight betwork. The agents are too unprofessional and it wrost to book flight more expensive with other site, rather than struggle with these guys!@
The best price
The one bad thing need to be taking care of is the professional on the phone. They do not give a good service. They pretend to do understand, they make you repeat couple times and they they hung up. Not only one but more of them! Please correct that issue
I used FlightNetwork once before and everything went well.
This time I used FlightNetwork, I got overcharged! I am very upset. The flight fare is still the same online for the price I was paying but when it comes to the confirmation email, I got over charged!

Terrible service! One of their agents cancelled my flight without my knowledge. I was forced to rebook directly with the flight on the day of my travel. The airline sent me all the proof showing that the mistake was made by the airline, but Flightnetwork did not want to take accountability. I will never use them again as are a complete mess!
It is always a pleasure using Flight Network. The ease with which I get to choose my flights makes the experience enjoyable. I just love the sliders for outgoing and return times. When I receive my itinerary, it automatically populates my calendar with all the info I need on the day. Well done team. Great Job.

I have been using FlightNetwork for a few years. It is excellent and makes it so easy to find the best prices. Then when you book, all your information is saved and you don't need to re-enter your name, address, etc. Everytime I have compared other sites and flight prices on other sites, I always come back to FlightNetwork.
He was absolutely great. He took the time to help me with my cancellation. Calling me to let me know the status of his progress as he had to wait for the airline to call him back. And patiently answered my questions. His service was exceptional great. Sorry I didn't get the name but hope you can track him.
Converted my ticket into an open ticket thanks to the airline, but wasnt able to book again with this agency (which was the only way to do so). Called a thousand times but was neglected everytime. At the end I was able to get a voucher from the airline but lost about $350 USD of FN commission
All I have to do is put in my information and you know what I need. Makes booking our flights so much easier now we hope that we will have seats together and we are on the same plane... John and MaryNell
I accidentally booked for 1 instead of 2 passengers, I tried again to add but the system was not responding. I called and the rep. Although thought the flight was full, check further into the system. He was able to add a person and did the reservation himself to make sure I would get a proper confirmation from the airline. Great service~
