I booked my return ticket through Flight hub. A week prior to departure I needed rescheduling for personal reasons and believe me when I say it, it is the worst possible travel agency to book tickets with.

Not only were they not able to reschedule my flight after 2+ hours of back and forth call, they could not book me on a weekend flight because of some silly policy and with no intent of going to airlines to make an exception.

So, I end up paying 500 bucks extra for a ticket on a date that does not suits my need at all.

Never ever booking ticket through flight hub again.

Horrible Service!
October 30, 2018

Took us all day to book a flight. Venus(probably not her real name) said their lines were down and she would have to call us back. Never heard from her. Called back after taking up our time waiting for her and spoke to another agent. I don't think Venus knew how to do multiple cities booking so told us the lines were down. Made multiple reservations, charged credit card and then cancelled- we hope they cancelled them!

These people are thieves! I booked with them a flight to palm springs which was cancelled due to weather.(not my fault)
I checked their own site for same flight a week later for the SAME price...but even though available at their own site as well as expedia and others...they said that price was "not available" and wanted a few hundred more.
So I asked for my money back. They wanted a cancellation fee equal to 33% of the price of the ticket. Then they promised to reduce it by half...but when the credit card charge came back, the agreed upon "reduced" fee WAS NOT THERE. The person helping me hangs up!

Worst experience ever
March 13, 2017

They gave me fight confirmation via phone and email. Few days later they cancelled my reservation. When I contacted customer service they kept making excuses and wanted to charge me triple the price to book another flight
I called back after work and held the phone for over an hour and never got a customer service rep. The recording said 10 calls in front of me. It dropped down to 4 then went back up to 10. I'm very disappointed because I'm considering cancelling my trip. I hate to go on vacation and get stuff.

Flighthub sucks!

They are simply terrible. Be careful! Purchases ticket and had to cancel. Asked to double check the refund amount - took 1 hr and on the next day called and informed I have to pay more fees because the agent made a mistake. The supervisor (Louie) had no regret for their mistake and says that you have pay it otherwise we won't refund the amount. She even threatened by imposing more fees if I don't agree to pay. Simply robbery. Wasted almost 2 more hours and didn't even say a sorry. Not sure how they exist in business. Should ban the license immediately. I am gonna file a complaint.

I booked an international flight and paid what they asked. Then, I get a message that reads as the action required because cc did not work but the funds were out. Then, the next message was a canceled reservation. No customer service at all and they actually hang up with short voice mail messages. I believe they know my number now. I will write my review every day until I get my full refund. In the meantime, watch out and stay away from this vendor and I will report them to the authorities as well.

Quick and easy to navigate

I always use Flight Hub simply because the price comparisons are done instantly and it's very easy to get in and out of your site to book tickets. Haven't had an issue yet and I've booked at least a dozen flights through your site

Marketing is excessive and there doesn't appear to be any way to unsubscribe. Telephoning Flight Hub and then the sales department had no effect. This is not a pleasant experience for an infrequent flier.

Easy to book

It always give me the cheapest air flight in comparison to the other sites. This site is easy to navigate and never had trouble booking through them. Great job flighthub! You are now my only 'go to' whenever I need to book a flight.

I enjoyed my experience of booking tickets at FlightHub which is very easy and clear to do.
It would be very useful if the site offered a section for special requests where you could right down your request. For example, I need a wheelchair to travel since I can't walk but there was no option to mention that. So now I have to go through the trouble of calling the airline and requesting that.

Airline cancelled 3 flights, airlines is offering a complete refund, still they charged me 900$ ++ for a 3000$ booking, I paid 150$ extra which was charged immediately. Never book with these people, I am working on filing a complaint with the relevant authorities.

Two months ago we booked a flight to and from Rome... paid extra for two seats together. I thought all well till today when i discovered by accident that (1) the airline was switched... i would have gone to the wrong check-in desk, (2) I have no seats... if I want seats it will cost me at least $220 more, (3) with the original airline, a checked bag was free... the new airline wants an additional $50 per bag per person per flight. Taken together that's another $440. I spent nearly two hours on the phone with FlightHub... mostly listening to awful music. The many agents I talked with were robotic, but tried to be nice. Because they could not help, I asked for a supervisor... three times. More awful music. One "disconnected" twice... and did not call back as promised. I am currently listening to even more awful music as I wait for another supervisor. To say the least, FlightHub is far far from "the greatest travel agent in the US." I will NEVER use FlightHub again!

I had the pleasure of booking my last 2 flights with Flighthub. They offered the most affordable flight tickets and have no hidden fees. The total price you have to pay for is displayed on the page even before you provide your personal details.

Please be aware when booking a flight with flight hub they will charge you in us $ and you don't realize it until it's too late tried to get the charges refunded but they refused. Not happy with them won't book a flight with them ever again

I'm an avid traveler and dealing with Flighthub's customer service has been the absolutely worst experience I've had in travel organization. Their hidden stipulations and long wait times leave you losing out on a lot money because of their absolutely ridiculous hidden costs.

I will NEVER book with Flighthub again. They are truly the uttermost worst travel booking company on the internet.

The process for finding a flight, selecting, and going to final payment was fairly easy and went without a hitch.
My one complaint would be that there is an insurance option that is set by default. If you're not reading carefully, you will end up paying for insurance when you didn't intend to.
Options like this should always be opt-in, not opt-out.

FlightHub is fantastic!

I visited my brother in Toronto last July and it was the first time I booked with FlightHub.

I've read the bad reviews about the travel agent, so I got curious. I know I was making a huge risk, especially with all the news about problems with their booking.

However, everything went smoothly with my week long vacation. I even called their customer support just to see if they do have an agent on the other line to help me if I needed to amend anything on my flight.

The experience was absolutely fantastic. I'd definitely book with them again.

Avoid at All Cost

Customer service is impossible to deal with. Constant contradictory information, no native english speakers. Ended up having to re-purchase the entire flight 30 minutes before it left because of Flighthub. Now have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to resolve issue with no end in sight.

Took three phone calls each of which they said they would call me back and they never did. Once I did they finally told me that they could not help me. I paid extra $375.00 to keep a credit on top of my $1000. 00 tickets. They made it very difficult and spent at least 6 hours of my time trying to get things corrected. One person even hung up. They then told me I have to pay $700 dollars on top of my already $1375. 00 to fly a hour flight from Las Vegas to LA. Looked directly at the airlines website and tickets were 130.00 per person round trip (3 people in our party) even with Additional airline fees would not come close to the original almost 1000 credit. Waited for an hour patiently while they told me they were following the process Still not helped nothing resolved. Spoke with a manager still not resolved. I never write reviews but dont want another person to go thru what my family went thru from this company. Please never use flight hub they are a crooked company.

Easy booking
June 1, 2018

Our family of 5 traveled through Chase Freedom rewards. All the mess of trying to figure things out was eliminated because there were select packages to choose from through Chase Freedom rewards points. The only issue was our tickets were select ticket seats that didn't allow carry on luggage or over head storage. Our carry-ons had strict small dimension requirements that went with our seat numbers. It was not good. We had to check all of our bags instead of the traditional small carry on we needed individually. Cost us $100.00 total there and back when we could have easily used carry on bags. I read the disclaimer before packing so we were able to get all 5 persons needed items in 2 check bags.
