I booked flights with Flighthub and when my charges showed up on my credit card today, there was an additional charge of $44 per person each way. I have no idea what the charges are for. I plan to call them to find out... but based on the long string of complaints... I'm not holding out hope. Stay away. Use Kayak.com.
I'm not sure why the other customers are complaining about the customer service because based on my experience, the sales rep was kind and attentive. I've never booked my own flight prior to this so I was not aware that tax fees were included. The entire booking process was then explained to me by their agent. I will use them again.
Booked premium economy ticket to holland. This should have included the one free checked bag. When I logged in to print my itinerary at air canada it shows as basic economy. I contact flighthub and was told on my many phone calls that I had booked economy. I was able to show the screen shots that showed I had premium and they kept saying sorry man we cannot change it over and over. It didn't matter who I spoke to. Now my mother in law who is 80 on a fixed income had to pay an extra $140 dollars for her back. Very disappointed with flighthub. Will NEVER have our family business again and I will tell everyone know this story.
I honestly thought the experience would be something I'd regret, but I was wrong. I'm pretty much a skeptic when it comes to online booking. However, my booking with Flighthub from JFK back home to Anchorage was truly a breeze. I am piled with so much work that having some free time to visit the old folks during the holidays is definitely precious. Thank God I never had any trouble with my flight. Plus, their call center was also accommodating. Would definitely book with them again.
I am a paranoid when sharing my personal and credit card information on websites, but after experiencing the security and confidentiality provided by Flighthub, I learned to relax a little bit. Great flight deals too.
Missed 7 of 9 connections that Kiwi.com had booked for us. They refused to even help or refund any money. Purchased better tickets with better routes from Flighthub and had zero problems. Thank you flighthub!
Be warned, this is scam company! The air fair prices they cote are comparable. However, the price they charge on your credit card is different than the check out price they quote, $771 vs $777 in my case. Then on top of that, they separately charged my credit card another $126, which I didn't authorized. I tried numerous time to call them about it, but their automate answering menu selection is such that you can't get to speak to an agent.
As I was looking for a last-minute flight, an advertisement for FlightHub came up on Kayak and quickly grabbed my attention for offering the lowest rate! I'm grateful to have booked the ticket with a savings of at least $100.
The total arrangements were a disaster from the beginning. The person who answered the phone could hardly speak understandable English and apparently didn't understand it either. When difficulties arose the response was "I'm so sorry" but no help was given. Finally our trip was cancelled because of Canadian and US government travel warnings. The response from Flighthub was the usual "sorry" and a few weeks later my credit card was billed an additional almost $350. CAD. When I phoned about it I got the same "sorry" response again but no satisfactory help. I originally went to Flighthub because I was told they often had good prices but my experience has proven to be the opposite. My advice is go with a regular airline even if the price seems higher. In the end you will probably save yourself some money and a whole load of frustration. My Flighthub experience has been the worst I have experienced in over forty years of travelling. Fooled and ripped off once but not twice.
In a difficult year I tried to give Flighthub a pass on their awful customer service. However from the agent misleading my fiancé on the phone to the versatility of the travel credits- which voided our full insurance we purchased, to the crazy wait times to get help, its been an awful experience. Edit- 4 hours to get a rep. They admitted the price differences are crazy and tried to make up with a decent flight replacement, but no upgrades or money back. Slight bump for the empathy but little improvement for the hassle or the 700 difference in value.
Service is terrible. Stay away! Don't expect to be treated fairly if you flight is cancelled. Personally, this travel agency is not suitable to provide a safe and secure airline service In my opinion, both federal governments (USA & Canada) have to investigate about the integrity of this company.

My wife and I will be staying over at Rio Greece for two weeks and are in need of a nice (but cheap) hotel. After checking out flight hub's website, we noticed that we can filter the hotels by star ratings.
We decided to go for Florida blue bay which had 4 stars. The hotel is literally a bargain at $50 a night. I recommend this to anyone who likes to rank hotels by price.

They charged whole amount for ticket which was final amount and then they tried to take more money from card again saying that i still owe 71 dollar more.Called customer service 20 times and still nobody listened or fixed anything.Still my ticket not got confirmed even though i paid.
Only took minutes to book. Flights that are available are all shown and you just select the ones that fit your needs. Found prices were on par with other sites or slightly less. I would book my flights here again.

Better than expected. Very pleased. Price was very reasonable. Look at a lot of different flight but have always found the Delta airline is top notch in all categories. Friendliness, price, professionalism, and a great attitude. I know they are human but it's always about making sure your travel experience is top priority.
It took no time to book and prices were okay. Usually, there are so many fields to input information, but this was quick and uncomplicated. The confirmation email arrived quickly as well and I hope that when I go to check in, things will move along just as easily.
I have been booking tickets all around but after landing with flight Hub never have to look back as their Price is accurate and no surprise at the End. Generally, other site changes prices at the time of payment or goof up on Currency but not here. It is very clean and safe. Our family booked a flight through FlightHub for a quick holiday to Ottawa last February. One thing I can say about their service was that it really rocked!
Now, I know that there are some concerns about FlightHub that might raise eyebrows, but what we experienced from flight booking to the actual flight itself was the exact opposite of what they've been talking about on the Internet.
The service was fast and easy. Everything was laid out for us when we processed the payment. We didn't even have to call customer care because everything flowed smoothly.
We will definitely book again with FlightHub on our next holiday.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
