Don't go with flight hub. I m trying to extend my ticket from 5 days but they don't have a perfect answer. Someone saying you cant change your ticket. Someone saying its done wait for confirmation for 24 hr I didn't get any confirmation then I call back after 24 hr new answer was it didn't went through I can check again and after 2 hr they telling me that unfortunately system not showing any availability in your month. If you go with new one we can book and no discount. So basically making chicken to ticket is impossible.
I used to switch for one website to another to find the most affordable deals I can get since travel budget is often limited. I only stopped doing that after using flighthub a few times. At first, i compared them with others but most often than not flighthub has the best offers especially in flights and hotels. My favorite part about booking with flighthub is how easily i can book a flight and make room reservations without spending so much time and effort in trying to find good deals.
Your ticket purchase process is not flexible enough to allow multiple persons to take different types of flights on one ticket. Ie: I needed a minor to go one way while I took a round trip. It was a disaster that cost me 2 hours on the phone and the price of 2 cancellations. I will be sure to share my unpleasant experience with everyone I can. Oh! Not to mention the nearly unintelligible call center personnel. Good thinking there

I booked a flight to Europe with them and there were extra fees making my excellent price not so excellent. Also if you get the "extended insurance" for booking this is only for 24 hours! If you find a better price after that you are charged nearly the entire amount of the ticket to get out. Because of their inflexibility it is good to get the booking insurance option at $5.40/ per person / day, this adds up to quite a bit. Overall will never ever use again

Just booked a flight to Calgary through Flight Hub, price posted for trip $716.54 this included all taxes. After the transaction was through Flight Hub charged $941.00. I got a hold of customer service, nothing but a run around, good luck getting my money back. Truly a terrible experience.

I usually like using Flighthub but the last time I bought a ticket I checked no for insurance but was charged anyway. It increased my ticket by 25%. I tried to call both Flighthub and Manulife on their 1-800 numbers and they were not valid in Europe. No other contact info given so I had to eat the charge. Pretty upset with that. Probably will not use the site again.
Our flight was cancelled by airline, flighthub would only give us credits and then charged us $25 pp for the cancellation even though our flight doesn't exist anymore! Asked to talk to a supervisor and they said they are all busy and they hung up on me!
Definitely showing their true colors during these times!
We were not notified by flighthub of a 2 hour earlier time change on our return flight and missed our flight. Flighthub said the American airline never notified them but American said they sent them an e mail 3 months ago. My husband and I had to get a hotel and spend an extra night in a seedy hotel. It was a classic take no blame when my husband called and he asked to speak with a supervisor at flighthub and got the run around no one from the United States horrible experience do not use flighthub not worth the aggravation for the low price
Don't get fooled by their attractive prices.! I clicked on a flight scheduled earlier in the day and I get a confirmation of a flight much later. Tried to cancel with out any penalties and I think getting a bill passed in congress is easier then dealing with this company. If you think you will get your issue resolved- NOT! And be prepared to stay on the phone for at least an 1 1/2 hours. They have cost me hundreds of $$ and aggravation.

I will never go with this agency ever again, agents seems so clueless with the information they provide.It took me 2 hours talking to the agent, had to call me back wasted my time only to find out that she needed to charge me extra again. Worst customer service! You should hire people who knows exactly what they are talking about!

We have booked to San Antonio for 2016 and now again for 2017. Both times we are very happy with the trip you have described and within 2 or 3 weeks we get an email stating the itinerary has been changed to a less agreeable schedule. It is difficult getting routes out of Regina SK and really wish we could get a better experience.
I find it incredibly dishonest for them to be charging people a separate $25 without mentioning it anywhere when you buy tickets through their site. It doesn't even show up on the receipt. I only knew about the charge through my credit card statement. I will not be using flighthub again.

I spoke with 3 separate customer service agents on separate days to refund, change the dates, get a credit, or anything for a flight I could no longer make. Each agent told me different options and different prices, and the third agent took 15 minutes every time she put me on hold to look up flight information that would have been easily accessible. Finally she advised that I call the airline (who I was later told could not legally make any changes to the booking, or provide any credits), culminating in 3 hours of wasted time.
Would not book with them again.
Flight prices were extremely favourable in comparison to other sites.
I liked the fact that there were many dates, times and options available to choose from and all at convenient locations.
Once the details were decided upon, booking the trip was quick and easy.
No hidden fees or surprises at checkout and in my opinion, one of the better sites out there.
Overall, a pleasant booking experience, very affordable pricing and I will be using flighthub again in the future.

My father in law passed away and we needed to cancel our flights for the funeral. Because of the extenuating circumstances they helped us get as much money back as possible. They were really amazing and such a relief during the difficult time.
My husband and I were looking to book a last minute flight from Ontario, Canada to Alberta and we saved 400.00 by booking with flighthub. I contacted them by phone and the staff was very good. We received our e tickets by email and also reminders to check in on line. We will use them again if the price is eight. We did read some bad reviews but I guess we were lucky as everything went smooth.
I have been a loyal customer of flighthub over the past 5 years. Since I do most of my overseas travel in business class, I have rarely encountered any problems except for this time. I bought my ticket several months in advance for a trip to Asia at the end of November. Yesterday, I received an email from flighthub advising me that my itinerary had been changed by the airline, and asking me to contact them. I have tried to call them several times and have spent several hours waiting on the phone. I got passed from one department to another, and the issue is still unresolved. I give up and will contact my lawyer next week. Sad.

Had to cancel a flight recently. Had purchased the extra cancellation insurance of $200 dollars. When attempting to cancel, even with this insurance, they would not refund me my total as it was restricted by the airline itself. They offered me an air line credit for the value of my ticket, BUT wanted to charge another $200 in administration fees per person. I called the air line directly and the cancellation fee is actually $150 per person. Simple math shows that they con you out of this insurance of $200 PLUS try to ring you for another $100 to make a call that i made on my own. ON TOP of this, they also told me that the return flight airline does not offer a credit or refund at all! I called that airline directly and was helped by great reps that gave me a credit for the full ticket with ZERO admin or cancellation fees. Serves me right for using a middle man. Terrible service. Take the time and book flights yourself through the air lines, lesson learned.
My short vacation to Ottawa last summer was made even more delightful by FlightHub. Everything was laid out perfectly, I have nothing to worry about when I finished booking a ticket for the family.
Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about their service. However, the moment we came home after the vacation without encountering any hassle with our tickets surely sealed the deals.
I'll definitely book with FlightHub again in the future.
I have been booking on flight hub for years now and am very happy with prices, available flights and customer service (got great support when Lufthansa went on strike a couple of years ago). I wish they would not try and charge people extra for seat selection at time of booking. It is very deceiving because it looks like it is free until you check the total flight price again before you hit "complete". This is unnecessary.
I will continue to book on flight hub and recommend it to others.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
