Hello everyone I am not good at making reviews so please bear with me.

My son and I had planned to go to Las Vegas to celebrate his 21st birthday. I wanted to save cash so I asked my friends about cheap airplane tickets and they told me about this site called flighthub. Their prices are low and I was also able to reserve a hotel room for two using their site. I highly recommend that you use this website because one - they offer cheap flights, two - its very easy to use.

After paying extra for flexible flights to change my return date, I tried changing my return date since I'm on exchange and I didn't get the job back home. It didn't work and Flighthub wouldn't reply my emails, calls, Instagram DMs (they block all comments now btw but if you scroll down, you see everyone commenting my exact situation. Don't support fraud, buy elsewhere! I now have to cancel my return flight and buy a new one for $1000+

Never Again

I will likely never again attempt to book a flight through Flighthub. I understand I made a mistake while booking on line. I clicked on the wrong departure time. I called right away (within 30 mins) when I received the confirmation EMail. All I wanted was to get an early AM departure and not late evening. To be charged $ 150.00 to cancel the original booking is grossly unfair. Instead of trying to just change the departure time. Other agencies allow 12 - 24 hours to change or cancel for free.

Tried calling Flighthub to change my flight to another date due to a family emergency and after 20 minutes and 3 transfers to different people they told me that it would be cheaper to purchase a whole new ticket. They said that changing the date would incur a $175 fee compared to West Jets $75 fee and that I could only choose certain flights that were inconveniently priced at double the cost that I paid for my original ticket! Very unhelpful customer service, never going through them again!

Easy to navigate, very impressed

This was my first time booking a flight and it was so much easier than I expected. The site is very well organized, and all the information you need is readily available. Very impressed with it! Such good deals on flights, best that I could find.
Will definitely go through flighthub in the future!

I compared Flighthub to other quotes offered by the competition and the site was comparable, if not better than the others. I was given many choices and found your site to be easy to search, to see all pertinent details I needed without having to continue to different and numerous pages and received almost instant confirmation of my booking even though the rates quoted were on a "Black Friday" sale date which is considered one of the busiest online dates of the year!

Fair price easy to deal with

There was flight time available that better suited me then what I could purchase directly from air canada or westjet. The purchase went smoothly and all information was emailed quickly. I will be dealing with flight hub again

Its ok

Easy to book but just be sure you dont have to make any changes. Flighthub gives lots of options and they are normally cheaper than the airlines options online. Not bad if you dont mind using different carries.

Affordable

FlightHub helped me find an affordable flight to see my grandsons in Calgary. The alerts on a watched flight are very helpful since some sales only last 24 hours and without FlightHub in would miss a great price.

When I first booked a flight on this site, I was surprised at how well their online rep was. They have nearly perfect rankings on most major reviews sites, which is quite rare for an online travel agency.

Good service though UX could be improved

I like using FlightHub, but there are certain things that could be improved for an improved user experience. The booking interface, for instance, is a bit unwieldy and cluttered, and could benefit from a cleaner design and multi-window booking process perhaps. It was also difficult to find where to enter Frequent Flyer information, which was frustrating as this is key to many flyers.

Not perfect but pretty good

Had a few glitches while trying to search & book flights, but was overall pretty pleased. I liked the fact that it had the option for Multi-City which many discount sites didn't have, so thanks for that :)

FLIGHTHUB IS A SCAM!
October 26, 2016

Flighthub is the biggest SCAM - stay away from them. I spent the WHOLE DAY trying to sort out an issue with tickets due to a flight change. I still don't have my flights. They are a disaster! Anyways, with all the extra fees they ask for, you end up paying more money for your tickets than with other suppliers. Sylvie

Unhelpful

I submitted a request to flighthub over 2 weeks ago for assistance with my booking. In that time, I have spoken to 3 different people over the phone, have been put on hold for nearly 25 minutes each time, without being able to resolve my request. I have sent numerous emails as suggested from the customer service agent on the phone, only to receive a generic email each time telling me they have not heard back from the airline and that my flight is not until next year so I can wait. (It is 2 months away). All I have requested was a simple name correction on the ticket to ensure my mother who's traveling alone for the first time does not have any issues at the airport. I'm a frequent traveler and have not had bad service like this from any other company I have used. Extremely disappointed with FlightHub's lack of service and will not be using them again.

Don't use this site! I was quoted one price, then as I checked out flight hub added an extra 30 dollars. Later that day, I received a cancellation email from flight hub. So after all my searching, I didn't even get the flights I wanted. Stay far away from Flight Hub and book with someone more trustworthy or the airline.

Fraudulently overcharged my credit card for 45% more than the advertised priced shown on the booking and credit card payment confirmation form. I immediately noticed the receipt showed this major overcharging, and called immediately while the FlightHub's system said the transaction was still pending. They would not refund the difference, and wanted to charge an additional $75 per ticket for a refund for the fraudulent overcharging. Scam. Not willing to do anything else to resolve this issue. I have screen shots of all the steps in the ordering process.

Please book elsewhere and save yourself and your money. Flighthub is a professional robbers. Company's Customer Service is the worse! They will just keep on transferring your calls and nothing is resolve. Do not believe what they write in their website, they won't honour it and make a horrible excuse like: "sorry but policy keeps changing all the time! Free yourself from trouble! Book somewhere else or directly from the airlines!

Horrible company of scammers! Stay away!

Horrible customer service! I was buying tickets on their website, after I entered all the information and clicked the buy button, I got a page where it was written Unfortunately, these tickets are no longer available and offered to look for new ones. I went to another site, (not FlightHub)I found the same tickets at the same price and bought them. When I opened the email, I found an email from flighthub with confirmation and tickets that were previously written that are not available. Since I had already bought other tickets with another company, I immediately called flighthub Explained the whole situation and asked to cancel these tickets,(because it was written that these are no longer available). They talked to me very rude refused to cancel the tickets and return the money. Terrible company of scammers!

Bad customer service. Applied for the refund and it was never received. We were told our refund was rejected without any other explanation and were charged $100 processing fee. If you call their number you can not get to the life agent. Never, ever use this travel booking website again.

I had a horrible experience trying to change my return flight date Kolkata to Toronto. The customer service rep Ashley kept me on hold for hours while manually calculating the fare. She initially told me I would need to pay CAD 489 for a change of return date, and after I gave my credit card details, she got back saying that she had made a mistake and actual fare was CAD 735!, which is almost the price of a new one way ticket! I wanted to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold for ages before the line got connected to a voice message from China Airlines! Horrible service. I will never use Flighthub again.
