I tried to book a flight on line and also received support from the customer service representative simultaneously. During the process of booking the flight, the costs rose upwards by approximately 50 dollars. When confirming the payment both on line and over the phone, the transaction could not be completed. It would seem that posted offer was withdrawn or perhaps never existed. I have cancelled my credit card because I am suspicious that my card could be compromised.
I was booking with u guys for last 4 years, this year due to flight changes i called customer service to find different dates (plus i was willing to pay the extra amount). 5 Times customer service guys hung up on me when they said we found the date, 2 days i was on phone line for almost 5-6 hours. Personally now i will never book from you guys and will recommend all my friends to stay away.

Always find the best deals on flighthub. Quick and easy booking process makes the process worry free. Really love the flexible dates option, really good for flyers who don't need a specific date arrival but would appreciate to save a couple bucks without a ton of resetting of flight options.
The first time we booked with FlightHub was absolutely fantastic! The website was so easy to use and everything was accounted for. I've read several reviews about alleged hidden charges, but somehow everything worked for us.
We traveled to Saskatoon last December for a week long holiday and it was incredible. The best part of it was we never had any problems at the airport, thanks to our booking at FlightHub.
Maybe next time, I would be booking with them again. Since my score is a bit conservative right now, I'd sure be delighted to give them a perfect score next time.
There's many problems with this company, but trying to communicate and fix small problems is a nightmare and by far the biggest problem as well as complications due to their brilliance(sarcasm) for example they changed our departure without informing us and to correct our tickets we'd have to pay, this isn't the first time on this trip we've had to pay for their mistakes literally. I suggest you avoid them at all cost!

I accidentally booked a flight only to realize that flight hub had change my final destination. I called less than 10 minutes to alert this company that I need to change the final destination as it was a mistake. Your company policy doesn't allow any changes even for this short period of time without incurring ridiculous charges and penalty. Same goes for cancellation. Too bad. I have booked with this company on more than two occasions but I don't think I will continue to use this nor recommend it to anyone else.

While airlines are not charging cancellation fees flighthub is... taking advantage during a pandemic is shameful.
Used this service numerous times in the past... this has definitely changed our opinion of their service. No more flighthub... profit before people is bad karma.
The booking of my flight on line was relatively easy and quick. I encountered a small glitch whereby somehow seat selection was billed to me inadvertently, but the customer service people graciously corrected that and I'm looking forward to my annual golf trip to Myrtle Beach.
Schedule a call back for 7:30 get it at 8:35 rep keeps putting me on hold for no apparent reason. Then puts me on hold one last time never comes back. Worst experience ever with any customer service. Would give review a zero if I could.
Very easy system to use and best prices with the most selection on flights.
Only suggestion is notice be given to customers that the airplane carrier may be a different then list and what type of plan & carrier are being used.
Book at your own risk. This is a deceiving website. Be careful because they will let you trap by its cheaper flights but there is always something with their policy that you cannot argue with them when you ask for a refund.
So, I booked a flight from Seattle to Ktm, for wife and daughter(3 yrs old). While booking flight I paid for the seat as well which was supposed to be with an extra space for leg room just to make sure my daughter is accompanied with her mother. So, when it was time to check in at the airline counter, found out that the seat has been changed and mom and daughter had seats apart. The thing is if you have a minor travelling with you and you are not preferring a sitting except have them seat together, why even I had to pay for the seats. And they did not get one either. I do not want to give them a single star but left me with no choice. Its a money making business with disregard to traveler's comfort. Lessons learned!
I've always wanted to visit Saskatoon. They why when I had the chance to do so, I immediately booked a weekend holiday to that place last September.
A friend said that I should try FlightHub since it would be in Canada, anyways. So, I did. The online booking was fast and easy. It gave me confidence to go ahead with my short vacation. When it was time to go back home, I just went straight to the airport and flew back to Los Angeles without experiencing any hassle.
Great service and good price. I tried to call back when the price dropped but could not get through to speak to someone about getting the difference back from due to the lower price. A different phone number would have been nice. It's hard to sell the "Price Drop Guarantee" when the company is'n t really committed to providing it. Eventually, word will get out about this through blogs which are very powerful these days.
Booked a hotel with flighthub when we went to California last month. The rooms were affordable, even those that are near Disneyland. It was kinda hard to choose which one I should get, so I decided to read some of the reviews, and they were very helpful since they tell people he pros and cons of booking with a certain hotel. The trip went by without any problems and we really had a good time.
I am a single father of two and am constantly on the move due to the nature of my work. As a dad with two small children, traveling by plane is only the most efficient way of transportation I can think of. Unfortunately it can be expensive, so you can imagine my surprise when I found the discounted flights from this website.

I tried to cancel my ticket to Tanzania, I called 3 times for cancellation fee but each time they advise me different amount. From $512, $930 and $1,020. What a huge difference. Each time they said previews staff gave the incorrect information...
Total flight ticket I paid for $1360, I only can get back $340 and they will deduct another fee for 150.00. So eventually this ticked I get almost nothing... I feel so sucks.,,,

As far as reputation goes, FlightHub.com is one of the small sites that I would personally recommend. Not to sound like an advertiser but most of my flights, either domestic or international, are either booked within the airline or via FlightHub. They're just so easy to contact maybe that's why I like them.
We had been searching for flights to Europe diligently over the past few months using a lot of different search engines. Flighthub consistently gave the lowest prices and best options. It was easy to use their search process which also gave even better suggestions to streamline or the reduce costs of the flight!
Booked a ticket through flighthub. The operator made a spelling mistake. Called them back with an hour of the confirmation email I received and they told me we did it yesterday so no help after almost three hours of waiting over the phone. Pretty damn bad service. Pay more and book with the airline directly and never go through headache with flighthub

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
