I tried to book a flight on line and also received support from the customer service representative simultaneously. During the process of booking the flight, the costs rose upwards by approximately 50 dollars. When confirming the payment both on line and over the phone, the transaction could not be completed. It would seem that posted offer was withdrawn or perhaps never existed. I have cancelled my credit card because I am suspicious that my card could be compromised.
