The line was so bad and the employee was kinda lost but at the end she gave the right information and thats the most important
Overall the booking through FlightHub was very easy and practical to use! Would give it a 10/10 all the time in my opinion!
I paid $1150 for tickets through Flighthub before anything to do with COVID was announced in Canada, or it was any kind of public knowledge. The tickets were for mid-July with Air Canada, so this was months ago at this point, and Flighthub will not let us see a dime back without docking $40 for criminally mis-advertized "cancellation insurance" that was apparently only good for cancelling within a day of booking the tickets, and $70 for "handling fees."
We cannot physically go on this trip without a government mandated 14 day isolation period upon landing at out destination and again upon return. 14 days is longer than the entire trip! And still all they will do is dock 10% of the ticket cost for a "Future Travel Voucher," and yet they insist we are "good to travel." Absolutely criminal.
When I called the help line, which took me 2 hours to find because it is nowhere on the website and the number Google gives you loads a completely different number into your phone when you click on it that takes you to a robo-voice flight status checker rather than anywhere useful, I was told after an hour wait to go to hell in the most canned, corporate way possible and that there was no one else I could speak to about even getting a full credit. That the managers "were not taking ANY calls" regarding refunds or dissatisfied customers.
-5/10 never use Flighthub unless your hobbies include lighting hundred dollar bills on fire.
First of all - they never told me my flight was cancelled. Nothing to do with co-vid. Second of all, I tried to amend what's going on, and try talking to someone on the phone - THERE IS LITERALLY NO POSSIBLE WAY. I have a credit with WestJet now, but I had to pay a large fee to get it, and I literally can't use any of the WestJet flights. If there was any possible way to be in contact with a human, I'd give it 2 or 3 stars.
Never. Use. This. Site.
They changed my flight from a 7 hour trip to over 20 hours with a 14 hour layover with a child. Air Canada said flighthub could fix it with no fees but they kept lying saying no then they would hang up after being on hold for over an hour. Then they changed return flight but did not notify me. Avoid them at all costs
I bought 5 tickets from Flighthub in February 2020 and my flight was scheduled to start end of June 2020 however three weeks before my travel date I have received official emails from the Airline company advised that our flight has been cancelled due to COVID-19. When I contacted Flighthub to get a refund option they informed that there will be a cancellation fees/penalties of $250 per ticket and another $35 per ticket as processing fees. I tried several times to speak with a manager but they refused transfer the line and advised that I will get a call from Flighthub manager but never received this call as of yet.
I don't recommend dealing with Flighthub even if some times they have cheap prices but there are hidden fees and penalties. Also they are unprofessional dealing with the escalation calls.
My flight gets cancelled and I'm required to pay fee for the change. $140 fee charge for something that I am not responsible for. I called Flighthub to sort this out. I was on hold for 30 minutes then after speaking to an agent I was disconnected. I called back and was told nothing can be done about the fee. I am a repeat customer but this left me speechless. Poor customer service,
I was suppose to travel yesterday but due to COVID i cancelled my ticket a month ago because it stated on their website that the airline (Air Canada) will be giving out refunds due to COVID. I called today to follow up on my refund the representative said that
1, the info on the website is incorrect
2, The airline (Air Canada) is not providing any refunds
This does not make sense to me because when i had submitted my cancellation they sent an email stating that my refund request has been submitted to Air Canada and it will take 4 weeks to process the refund. It's been more than 4 weeks and they haven't sent any updates or status. I had to find out from their customer rep that they are not giving me the refund when states clearly on their website that i'm eligible for a refund by Air Canada. FlightHub give me back my money.
Flight Hub was actually recommended to me by an old friend who's been an international flight attendant for 25 years. They send me updates & special price-drop-days... and the prices actually ARE what you pay. Of course, I don't like the dings on seat assignments & a million add-on solicitations, but for a quick flight to anywhere, it's a literal click away.
First time I used this site to book a travel - and the last time. Finding a flight and booking it was easy. The "fun" part was later.
When plans changed - the site indicated that there were a cancellation fees - that's understandable.
Then they said that there would be an available credit for future travel, as long as its booked with the same airline. Ok, that's fair.
Trying to book later - holding time are in excess of 1 hr, plus half of the calls either dropped immediately after they answer the call, or some technical issue happens and the representative is "unable to assist, please call tomorrow".
Finally I got through to them, they were able to book another flight. But- asked me to pay an additional $1057 for the tickets as "they couldn't book at the advertised price, it was needed to be a next price tier".
Tickets were promised to be emailed within 24 hrs. NOTHING. Not in 24 hrs, not on 48 hours. Caked back - was promised to have the issue resolved.
4 days later - no refund, no tickets, no resolution. Then spoke to another sales associate - abs when she told me that I needed to pay an additional $399/ticket - I just couldn't believe it. Over the two and a half weeks of trying, $6400 out and no result. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDING THIS SITE. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
I always book with flighthub and doesn't give me any hassle.
This was our 2nd time using flighthib and we're truly happy and satisfied with your site and the prices you ordered. We'll always think of you & book our trips with you in the years to come. Thanks again.
Me gusta estoy muy agradecido con la experiencia y sus atención gracias
The section to fill in the passenger names askes for [middle name], not middle initial. Yet, at the bottom of the web page it specifically states the passenger names MUST match wherever ID you're going to use. My ID only has my middle initial NOT full middle name. But it won't let you change it, even though there is a link for you to change it, but it has zero effect after I changed the name to match my ID. FIX IT!
I called into to inquire about a refund for a cancelled flight due to COVID-19 and after 24 minutes on hold I was hung up on. Called back in again and another 17 minutes of holding and was hung up on again. Can not get a hold of anyone and their online self help is an endless loop.
It's fast and very easy booking the fight with you but I appreciated French site
Easy to use and reply with e-mail right away with itinerary
Flight hub gave me the best deal for my flight and was very easy to use!
Answer: Hi Kristina, We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with your booking. Could you please send us your 9-digit booking reference number by private message? Our Escalations Team will look into your case and contact you to help resolve the matter. Kind wishes
Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
Cheap Flights is what FlightHub.com is all about. Save big on airfare, airline tickets and hotels. A great way to get cheap deals.
