Terrible. Charged extra to cancel flights during covid when government mandates meant that I would not be allowed into my destination. The airlines offered to do it for free but flighthub insist on making money for the change. Trying to take advantage of a pandemic is a really disgusting thing to do. I'm out money as I only get a travel credit from the airline, the airline is out money as I cancelled my flight, and somehow flighthub is making money through all this? Just unethical. I know of other travel companies that did the change for free. Just saying.

Ridiculous and Frauds
SCAM! Horrible service, do not book with flighthub. I paid for my original flight On June 9th $232 which was scheduled to leave on the 28th then decided I wanted to change my flight so I called Wednesday the 17th and paid $210 to change it to Wednesday the 24th when they told me the charge would only be $150. Whatever I didn't say anything about the different in price I was happy I changed it. I never received a confirmation so I waited a couple days and still nothing so I called back over four times with just being put on hold for over an hour EACH TIME finally the 5th time I called the representative told me my flight was not actually changed even though the charges on my bank account have went through. He told me I had to give a week advance before my new flight in order to change it (didn't say that online) WHICH I DID, Wednesday the 17th to Wednesday the 24th. He couldn't tell me why when I gave a week notice it didn't confirm. He said that I don't even have my original flight confirmed anymore because I tried to change it and if I wanted to be put on a flight for Wednesday the 24th it would cost me another $248 BECAUSE I DIDNT GIVE A WEEK NOTICE... even though I did. So I've paid over $440 and don't even have a flight. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. Even if I paid the extra $248 AGAIN I probably wouldn't get a confirmation. So brb while I book with a different company and pay more $$

They will just keep on transferring your calls and nothing is resolve. Do not believe what they write in their website, they won't honour it and make a horrible excuse like: "sorry but policy keeps changing all the time! Free yourself from trouble! Book somewhere else or directly from the airlines!

Had economic fairs and rather fairly easy to book flight.
Due to Pandemic, Delta Airline is offering ecredit to be used up to Sept 2022 and Delta Airlines told me that I am eligible for refund, but Flighthub is telling they cannot give me refund and ecredit is going to be given only to be used up to Nov 2020.

Booked a flight as suggested by their representative. Was charged in US dollars, from a Canadian site without prior knowledge. After over ONE MONTH I am still waiting for a resolution to this issue. Their 'managers' apologised over three weeks ago about the time their 'review' is taking. STILL no closure on this. THIS IS INTERNET FRAUD! And Flight hub don't care! ***BEWARE*** ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR $$ YOU ARE NO LONGER OF INTEREST TO THEM.
Called flight hub was on the phone for 1 hr explaining to this lady that I am not able to book online or change my reservation she was going back and forth telling me to wait and then never came back I called back and was told she documented that the line got disconnected what a way to waste 1hr of my life/4$ minute when I am in middle east

Very bad service! To apply for a refund I have to pay a penalty of $900 for each passenger! Also to discuss regarding that subject, no manager or supervisor is available! And i have to call the airline air canada to discuss this with them. Then what are you guys doing there? Very bad service, very bad English speaking employees, no one can understand your customer service employees! Put someone there with a proper English!

Agency scams people in the middle of the pandemic
I do not recommend this travel agency as they are truly evil as they are taking advantage of people's suffering to make more money for themselves. I had some flights booked with them for July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 world crisis, my flights were cancelled. The airlines were saying on their own websites that there would be no cancellation charges, as they understand the extraordinary circumstances. However, FlightHub take it upon themselves to charge $70 cancellation fees for "handling" the refund process. Literally all they'd have to do was put in a request. Not only that, but they don't take their fees from the refund, which according to them takes over 18 week (airlines are saying 2 months). They immediate charge the $70 to my card. Clearly proving that it's just their own sort of scam way of profiting from the crisis. Will never use them again and recommend you don't either.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
