I booked a flight to Paris. When an advisory come out by the Canadian government not to travel there due to high probability of terrorism I decided to look else where to travel. I chose Puerto Vallarta. Even though Delta whom the tickets were bought from had no issue and tried to change my flights unfortunately it had to go through FlightHub as they were the third party the tickets where purchased. In five attempts at discussing the matter with their reps. The final out come was that even though I had a credit of $776 the cost of the flight. They wanted an additional $800 plus to change that flight to PV. There own site advertised flights to PV for as little as $550 Canadian. Yet they insisted that I pay above and beyond the $776 an additional $800 plus... The company is a total SCAM! They also could not offer any alternate flight anywhere any time for the credit they claim I had $776. Do not ever book your flight with these THEIF!
Not recommended. Cause once you get stuck. They wouldn't find a solution. They will say the airline company couldn't give them a solution. I recommend buying tickets directly from the airline
I was sold a ticket on a day when that flight didnt exist. This resulted in me missing my connecting oversees flight. Flight LH 1411 does not operate on Tuesdays but Mondays, Wed and Thursdays. Still it was sold to me.
Flight Hub is 100% for me, my family and friends. Imposible to get on the phone to talk to a live person. When emailing them, you usually get some template responses.

Their agents will keep you on hold and keep coming up with different stories to get more money out of you every time you call. Its so frustrating. Because of it, I lost faith in them.
I booked a flight for three passengers with them for Feb. 23 to India in December 2020 and had to postpone dates to later date. I informed them well in advance by about three weeks. I also paid them extra fee to postpone dates. Now, I wanted to book in august for October 23 and every time I call their agents, they tell me that they are waiting on the airline's response. It has been more than a month now. Then I went to ask for refund and one agent told me we will get little over $700 for each ticket back in 14-18 weeks and next agent tells me that it will be just over $300 because we did not show up for our flight in feb. 2021( remind you we gave them almost 3 weeks notice to postpone the dates to later undecided dates). When I call again in a couple of days, they tell me wait for 24 to 72 hours and nothing happens. Moreover, they are asking for $700 each passenger if we want to book a flight. I have another reservation made for 2 people for the same price in august for the same flight to the same destination with no extra cost. So they booked our 1 reservation of 2 people with same ticket cost to same destination with same flight but are not booking second reservation of 3 people with same circumstances. These requests were made at the same time.
I had to cancel my flight to Victoria in May because I was very sick with Covid and now they won't give me my refund. It has been about 4 months waiting and they keep saying I got it which I NEVER did. I spent HOURS on the phone trying to talk to someone and all they do is hang up on you! Like wtf! Zero skills in customer service and bascially theives! Keep the 250. You will never ever get my business again! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!
Donot but buy a ticket from Flight Hub. They have the worse service, once you are stuck you are gone. If there were less than zero, iwuld give it.
This is so beyond frustrating, my return flight was canceled on July 22nd, they said that they would reissue a flight within 24 hours. It is August 5th, and a flight has yet to be reissued, despite phoning them DAILY 2-3 times a day, waiting on hold to be connected with an agent for 2-5 hours, only to have our "call fail" with no resolution. Despite taking my number in case the call drops, they never call me back. I have also messaged them on Facebook, emailed them, and messaged them on Instagram with no resolution, stating simply that they will direct me to their resolution team and have flagged it as "urgent" as they cannot do anything as they are a social media coordinator (as far as I'm concerned, it is to also answer customers with any inquiries when messaged)
Paid for a ticket for my daughter and I. Airlines cancelled the flight which can happen but there was no one to support me in reviewing this ticket, getting us onto another flight even though they still had the $3000. 00 dollars in hand. Absolutely no way to contact customer service except a call back in which they proceed to say sorry many times but do absolutely nothing to help. According to the airlines, when you pay for a ticket through a travel agent or service then they need to adjust these tickets and provide support to you in the case that the airline has cancelled a flight. They did nothing. A month after I was on the flight, thanks to Air Canada customer service, Flighthub sent me a message saying that there was a problem with the flight... thanks Flighthub... I will never be using your service again. And, frequently I will be posting about this traumatic incident for other people to decide not to use your fraudulent service. So, people this didn't happen just once to me but 3 times there and once on the way back. DO NOT USE FLIGHTHUB... EVER!
After receiving a message from flighthub that our credit card has not worked, we booked another plane ticket with another company. But these f... processed the booking and collected the money later in the night! When asked to refund, they charged 225$ of "handing fees". Don't touch this company even with a hockey stick.
Will never use this website again worst customer service. The sales people are so rude. My money is with them for 2 years still taking days n I don't know how many more to help..
Bought a $300 plane ticket to Seattle way back in early June, flight was cancelled on August 3rd and STILL haven't got my refund yet!

Flighthub DID NOT refund my money on tickets that I had to cancel despite purchasing their CANCELLATION Insurance. The insurance cost me $200 for 2 tickets.
They will take you money so fast but once you come into an issue they are no help at all would never suggest them to anyone. Just know if you use them to get a ticket the airline directly cant help since you are working with a third party.
I don't know why the government or banks allows them to scam people on broad day. Don't give them credit card information. They are cons.
They always have additional charges other than the advertised. When u call to ask, they put u in hold for hours.
Search for your exact dates, you book and other dates are confirmed. Try to call them wait in queue over 2.5 hours no response. Voicemails l says to contact them by email snd cancel transaction. But wait they charge you $75 non refundable when consumer protection gives you 24 hours. Sent email explaining their faulty reservation search, no refund of $75. Do not book with this non-service provider and conning website.
I have always used FlightHub and never had issues. This time was different and i'm not impressed by the level of service and the lies. I had booked a flight with a friend and she wanted to back out so unfortunately we had to cancel for travel credits. We lost $153 each for fees which whatever I ate that. However when told I could rebook solo I did and was told the price difference was $143 and the air Canada fee $200 whatever I ate that too. Check my credit card and it says $398 air Canada and $150 flight hub… how did it go from $343 to be charged to $548? Then when told they don't have an email to file a complaint she also said managers are not taking calls right now … that's when I decided this review and will NEVER use them again. (Except my travel credit) which really I'll be paying a penalty so must find a flight that's at least $300 less than my credit to I guess use it. FlightHub will be losing my business unless they can call me and change my mind.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
