My $400 flight was canceled due to covid and I was given a credit (of less than the cost of the flight) and paid a $50 cancelation fee. When I came to use the credit they demanded more money towards the flight, despite the flight price on the website costing less than my credit. I arrived at the airport to find my flights had not been booked, despite confirmation emails, etc. Had to pay $870 to fly that day. I'm outraged at their lack of empathy, they have no desire to reach a conclusion or refund me. Do not use, it is not worth your time, money or energy
Booked two flights, they spelled my first name wrong, charged me in American money when it was clearly done in Canadian,, did not give me cancelaton insurance and will not return my call. Said 72 hours been a week. Do not recommend flight hub for anyone.
On 11/19/21 I purchased the round trip flight (through FlightHub) for 11/27/21, from CLTC to PRG Booking #201-601-…. For $1506. 00. In addition, I paid extra $293.67 for the Cancellation Protection. From 11/20/21 I tried to cancel. Finally, after I got through I did cancel on 11/24/21, I thought. But it turned out to be a scam. This agency did not cancel the flight, did not return money and did not offer to rebook. The FlightHub is a front for obscure US agency in Fl. Downtown Travel Agency (DTT), who does airlines booking. It is impossible to talk to anybody. You are switched to automatic answering which advises you to use internet. Every airline referred me back to this Downtown Travel, since they do not cooperate with discount fraudulent agencies. My advice is never deal with anybody, but the airlines directly. Ivo D

Attempted to contact customer support regarding a change in flight with extended layover. On hold multiple times, twice for over an hour, when call is just conveniently dropped. Beyond frustrating-will never book through them again!
Flight hub offers terrible customer service. The website doesn't allow you to cancel yourself and it's impossible to get an agent on the phone. If you are owed a refund they take 12-18 weeks to refund!?!?! 3 months to get money back from them? It's crazy. Terrible, terrible customer care if something goes wrong and you need to change or cancel a flight :(( ((((
Do not book through this company! This is the worst organization I have ever interacted with. Miserable customer service, near impossible to get a hold of and they change your flight dates all the time. Save your money, go somewhere else, they suck.
How does one talk to an employee of flight hub seems to be impossible why is that they were able to sell me two trips but I'm only using one nobody is able to explain
BEWARE! STAY AWAY from flighthub. They are thieves, scam artists and horrible to deal with. The whole design of the company is to steal your money. You can't cancel or rebook. Our refund is being pushed off and you can't get in touch with anyone. If I could give less I would! We can't even rebook our family vacation $2000 donated to horrible scam artists! Save yourself time and money. Over 30 emails and 9 hrs of phone conversation. Save yourself!
This is the worse company ever. We are trying to change our true flight. Flight hub refuses to help us. All I can say is never use flight hub they will take your money and run. Did report them to the BBB.
BEWARE! The worst of all the flight service provider. Extremely horrible customer service, and absolutely no regard for COVID cancellation. Or any other matter for their mistake. They auto cancelled my flight due to their internal issues, and did not even bother to inform me, i had to wait for 4 weeks to and after three follow-ups they informed the flight cancelled and they FORGOT TO TELL ME! And on top, they charged $1,500 to book the same flight for their mistake. Stay away unless you don't mind paying an extra couple of thousands of dollars for their mistakes.
I booked the flight tickets for my parents (who are senior citizens) from Kochi, India to Winnipeg, Canada via New Delhi through the Flight Hub. There were no warnings while booking the tickets about the COVID test requirements by the destination country or about the risk of missing the connecting flights with a short layover at New Delhi. This in itself is really bad as the flight hub is supposed to provide travel information to the customer as a responsibility as a travel agent.
Only after booking the tickets, I saw the notice on the Air Canada website, which mentions "In order to process your results on time, you must complete your COVID-19 test no less than 10 hours (RT-PCR test) or 6 hours (rapid PCR test) before your scheduled departure time".
I called 3 customer service agents at Flight Hub who were all ignorant about this & told me that it was my fault that the tickets were booked this way & were not willing to help. They said that I should contact the airline directly for changes. I then contacted airlines & they clearly mentioned to me that it was the flight hubs' mistake that they booked tickets this way & they should be the ones who should help me to change the flight ticket.
After repeated calls to different customer service agents & luckily one agent agreed to help me out. He said that he will forward to the backend team at Flight hub to make requested changes to the booking & said that I will get confirmation about the changes after 3 business days.
I contacted flight hub multiple times in the past few weeks regarding this & customer service agents kept saying that they helpless now that the booking change is transferred to the backend team. I must continue to wait.
Now, there is only 1 week left before my parent's flight & still have not received confirmation from the flight hub so raising this complaint against the Flight Hub.
If you enjoy waiting 20+ weeks for a refund they told you would be issued then keep using flighthub. Customer support team is absolute trash. Avoid at all costs.
I never seen unprofessional people like these people. They don't know how to handle customers complaint. Every time you call they will ask you to wait for 48 hours for your problem to be solved and then weeks and weeks and nothing. I lost mine 1700 dollars to these people. Book flights from airline direct or you just gonna loose your money. I wish I would have read reviews before I book from these people.
I have been attempting to speak with a manager for almost one year.The employees there lie and say that they never have anyone that I can speak with. THE COMPANY IS CROOKS. THEY TAKE MY MONEY AND HAVE DONE NOTHING TO HELP ME BE ABLE TO USE MY CREDIT. PLEASE DON'T LOSE YOUR MONEY TO THESE DEMONS!

Never use FlightHub
This company should be shut down for racketeering and larceny. I was looking for a good deal on last minute tickets, found them on FlightHub, and purchased them, along with insurance that was supposed to cover cancellations. Unfortunately, due to health concerns, the trip had to be cancelled. I was told that I had to pay a $75 fee and that they needed an alternate credit card for a method of payment, even though there was nothing wrong with the first method. Are they phishing right over the phone? Bold. First of all, I could hardly understand anything the customer service (and I say customer service with the utmost generosity because just because it's a title doesn't mean that's actually what is taking place) representative (a. K. a. Criminal in this case) and the guy almost had me spending another $200-300 to rebook a flight without taking into account the insurance I paid for to avoid having to pay for any other fees. I can't get any confirmation for anything, no guidance without having to pay extra money. They are complete scammers. I wish I would've seen all of the bad press and trouble they've gotten into for the unfair business practices and deceptive actions they brought upon unsuspecting customers. They are not in the business of travel. They are in the business of lying, cheating, and stealing. Stay far away from them. In fact, book a flight using another service, and fly far far away from FlightHub.
Also, I'm not really sure why I'm bothering writing a review. They don't even attempt to fix anything. There are simply no decent people working at FlightHub whatsoever.

They are running a company on fraud. They take people's money and cancel their flights. They give the misinformation, then TURN AROUND and say they gave you another information. They blame the customer and $#*! them over! I spent over 10 hours on the phone with them, the promised we flight but never sent me confirmation. I called them every day and they lied to me every day! Saying it was confirmed and I didn't have to worry. I went ahead and spent money on hotels and made my arrangements, and 2 days before the flight they called me to say that the flight is canceled. And that I have to pay 5 times more for the flight. They blamed me for not knowing better, they even said they advised us to cancel before (apparently it says on their system) WHICH WAS A LIE! They are THE WORST experience I have ever had. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! Unless you want to give away your money.
ATTENTION! Stay away from this Travel Agency and Travel Protection Insurance named, Flighthub, CSA Travel Protection, Generali Global Assistance, all the same company from hell.
This company is dishonest thieves, the worst travel agency in the world, this is a group of fraudulent, scam people. This group stole a lot money from me on plane tickets and travel protection insurance, I paid a lot for a trip from Brazil, Rio, RJ. To Toronto Canada, with 2 stops one in Panama Another in Cancun, Mexico, the flight from Panama to Cancun delayed with technical problems, causing passengers to miss the next connecting flight to Toronto, neither the airline nor the Flighthub travel agency didn't arrange another flight for us, thus forcing passengers to purchase another ticket to our destination. So we pay twice for the same disgusting service from this agency.
I paid dearly to this CSA Travel Protection Insurance, I made the claim trying to receive part of the money since I paid very expensive for the flight ticket with protection insurance.
But this company... (CSA Travel Protection, Generali Global Assistance) It's a thief, steals our money, I was treated like a dog and then they told me we don't owe you anything, your claim is closed!

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
