It was fairly straightforward to seek best rates and book the flight online, which didn't require further assistance. The proof will be in the putting, when I actually take the trip and all goes well.
Book a flight for my family. Spelling error. They issued a another ticket removing the name which was spelled wrong. Now have to purchased a new ticket double the price. Hopeless service. Thinking of sueing.
I entered the dates I wanted to fly. Then picked my flight (like any other website). Received an email confirmation and realized that the return flight date was not what I had picked. Tried to call to correct it. No answer. Had to cancel the flight which cost us $75 each ($150). I'm never using this site again.
I've been looking for weeks to book flight to Paris in August. I've attempted to book several times on other sites. By the time I enter in all my info and hit confirm, the price goes up by $4-500. Flight hub was seamless! Really took my anxiety away. Now we are booked and ready to plan our outfits.
My experience went pretty well I had to really think if I wanted to fly at this time considering what is going on in our country. Hopefully this will all be in the past by the time I leave. I booked a ticket through flight hub for water airlines, I looked for a number at their page and it directed me for Qatar number. I cancelled my tired and now it's above 45 days I have no clue about getting a refund. Every time I call them they ask me to call some other company to ask for my refund. Worst customer service.
March of 2020 my flights were cancelled, June of 2021 I opted to credit my credit card the fee, now Jan of 2022 I'm still waiting for my 900$ that was to take 12-16 weeks is still not back. Absolutely ridiculous.
My father used Flighthub to book his tickets. But when he tried to change flights or cancel within 24 hours they told him they would charge him lots of fees. Then they said 24 hours just passed and gave him a credit, but then told him he would have to pay an $200 for each flight he re-booked. Stay away from flight hub, its a scam. They will get you with the fine print.
Awesome site and great deals. I wish there was an option where you can see a full calender month and see the cheapest price on each day and select your departure and arrival that way, like the WestJet website.
We have always booked flight through Flighthub for Local and International travels, They have been flexible to work with. Best prices are available when compared to other sites.
Can't wait to fly again when things get normal and book through Flighthub.

Friends who I booked the trip with had to cancel but thankfully purchased the proper insurance and everything they needed was covered. So on my behalf and theirs, it was an easy experience!
Was very easy to do the booking. If only the option for seat selection and its price was on top, that would be better - then I don't have to go through the selection. Just got annoying with multiple connections.
They are a scam. When you notice a slight pain, you are expected to foresee that it will get worse and could be cancer. You are not allowed to wait for the pain to disappear which is usual. You don't run to a doctors for any aches or pain right away. How ridiculous the flight cancellation policy ….
They say that I can get a return flight for 99 dollars. So when I look at the flights it's over 500.00 what the hell. Don't put this $#*! out there if it's not the truth. 36.00 dollars one way. Never found one. This is all miss leading info. Don't trust anything from this company. If you can get a flight for that much they should post that you have to book 6 months down the road. This is all bull$#*! and absolutely miss leading.
My 1st checked in luggage was considered as Free and it was written in my confirmation ticket. Once at the counter Eva Airlines tells me that I have to pay $140 USD. Apparently they system does not match Flighthub! The information provided in my confirmation ticket from Flighthub regarding baggage allowance and what is included is not reliable. I would not recommend using Flighthub nor Eva Airlines - they have a poor customer service.
They booked me a bad ticket and when I called in for a ticket less than $1500 both ways, they decided to charge me almost $2500 for one way since there was a wrong booking on my ticket. Long story short they banged the calls on me, even after the booking I reached out to them but as usual they banged calls on me. They are an opportunist company and want to always ripe clients off. I have just started my reviews and I will work hard till I get results or apology. I wish I can get a negative (-)5 star rating
We were afraid to change or cancel our flight after reading the reviews here, but were pleasantly surprised that Flighthub actually processed our cancellation and refunds in a timely manner. That said, the fees were indeed high, but it was something we were aware of right after we bought the tickets (which we regretted immediately) and we were just happy we got some money back. BTW we didn't bother calling after reading the reviews so we messaged them on Facebook and continued via emails.
Bottom line, don't but your tickets here especially if you foresee you'll need to make changes but if you have bought it and want to make changes, don't be put off by these reviews as there are actually successful cases.

I got e-mail alert from flight hub about flight to Portugal for $745/per person & I booked two tickets. But when I got the receipt the price became $1,049.10 plus insurance for $205.20. When I called customer service I was told that probable airline changed the price during my booking & nothing can be done. If I want to cancel this booking I will be charged $75/ person, but as a favor the charge will be dropped to $50/person. I would never book anything from Flight Hub & never recommend dealing with you.

This was my first booking with Flighthub, a friend recommend them. The website has operated as I would expect with a booking progress email followed by confirmation and itinerary emails. The emails give me the information and assurance that everything is moving along smoothly so far.
The website offers better deals than booking directly. The ease of booking and reserving the travel was excellent. However, if adding an extras (I. E. Insurance, seats, etc) then be sure to read the fine print. The exclusion list didn't support the purchase of additional services.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
