I've worked for travel and booking industries before but never have i seen such stupid people.
1. There is no way you can directly reach the cancellation team.
2. If a flight is cancelled due to bad weather the airways will return the money to Flighthub and not to the passenger. And this is very basic information that none of the flight hub support staff understand.
3. They have no proper ticketing tool/Support tool. Every time you call you have to go over all the information/explanation that you gave the last time. So basically they are not noting down any information.
4. Waste of time. Every time you call
With most of my family living in Colorado and no direct flights in my home town Flight Hub has given me a great option to visit at at a discounted price! So until we get a flight here or close by I will book with Flight Hub again. The flights were on time, comfortable & didn't have a long wait time between connecting flights!
We booked flights through this company and had to make a schedule change to our flight. They say it takes 24 to 72 hours to do this. A week and a half later we are still getting the run around. It's like the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Stay away from this company! They now get zero stars from us ( had to give at least one to get the post to go up)... and we will never use them again!
Worst customer service ever, no proper response. When u want to book ticket they were so polite and call u back again n again, when there is any mistake in booking and fault from there side also, try to ignore us. Never ever book with this company, just waste of money and time. Will end up being in trouble since u book the ticket.
They charge booking fees, which I could deal with... but... the 24 hour change / cancellation policy they do not honor. They wanted full price of ticket that includes 3 flights... they would not change one leg of the flight per my request without charging me the entire ticket price $943 plus an additional $75.00... I was within the 24 hour policy... BUT... they have a policy that it has to been within the same calendar day... I called the airlines that the flights are booked with... BUT... don't bother... because FLIGHTHUB is in charge of making the decision... yes... decision... it is well within their "rules" to have made the change without charging me full price... DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!

Not a single issue everything went flawlessly plane left on time landed a lil early everyone was really friendly the site was quick and easy to use found what I was looking for right away will use it again for sure. Will also suggest to others that they should use it I have absolutely no complaints
This is my last and final time with flighthub. I got no help from flighthub at all. Whenever I called them all the employee just gave me different information and for that I ended up paying more money. What I really think flighthub does not think about customers, they just know how to take extra money from customer's pocket. I will never recommend any of my friend to book their flight from flighthub.

Not reimburse me at all. And the cancellation fee was more then my ticket. It was a mistake and they just are keeping my hard earned money and I dont have a flight. I am disgusted by their business and they havent heard the last of me yet. I plan on layering up to make an example out of them.
Scammers thieves liars I despise them with passion. Loss money no refund although I had insurance. I'm sure I will never see the so called refund I paid $659 and was told I am only entitled to a $239 refund. Then they have the nerve to charge me another $150 fee. I'm furious.
My mom and aunt who are both senior citizens booked a flight for 2017 with FlightHub for the first time. They didn't notice or were unaware of the Best Purchase Guarantee as the option is pre-selected. They had no intentions of cancelling flight same day as the flight is for 2017. When they contacted Flight Hub, they said they could not do anything for them. So ridiculous that two seniors on a pension have had to pay this charge for no purpose or benefit to them. Flight Hub would not offer any other options to credit the charge back to them. I will never book with Flight Hub in the future and mention to friends who plan on booking through this site.
They charged us CAN 500-600 for changing the flight Look at their terms and conditions it says max 200 They cut the phone calls too and never send us a voucher We paid for another flight and no itinerary still in our email. Read the articles and close them down.

Straightforward and clear cut information as it should be when booking flights. I like the layout of all the flights when you search. Also easy to change travel dates and getting updated flights without having to navigate through to many pages a d waiting time. Also easy to read and all important info on one page. Got the confirmation email right away. Overall, good booking experience.
Horrible client experience! They ALL should be trained in customer service and client experience. Was on hold for almost two hours with dead silence after my agent said he would "stay on the line". Also why would a simple inquiry result in two individuals having to call in and the other individual gets a service agent and I don't? Will not be using there services further.
I had no issues 5 years ago. I was able to speak with with 2 customer service staff last week but recently I was talking to someone who wants me to do their job. The company is only good if no issues or changes but if you have changes they make you pay more and not giving satisfactory assistance at all.
Everything went well, only hiccup came when I wanted to choose my seat and for whatever reason it just went to a blank white screen but other than that small glitch I was extremely happy with everything and how easy and intuitive everything was on the site... may have been my first time but it certainly will not be my last
When I called to ask if the KLM flights had baggage included, I was told yes. But then I ordered the tickets and found out baggage was extra. Word of Advice for FlightHUB: Do not obscure your info of "total price" for flights. Make sure that if the 1st check in baggage is not included the customer knows that by being "verbally" told prior to ordering, instead of telling them they should have read the terms and agreements link on the bottom of the website footer. Have your baggage pricing links updated so that customers know how much more they will pay for baggage when the link goes to actual price on the airline company site and not to some generic link with no INFO! This is ridiculous! Since when is 1st check-in baggage not included? Since greedy greed that is when! What is next? Will I have to pay extra for Oxygen? I will not order from you guys again because I am afraid of hidden costs.
You can't call their phone and there is no way you can contact them. I booked a ticket to Vietnam for $1500 and I cancelled it unless 24 hours I received $800 back. I also received a penalty from the agency for $200. I tried calling them but they don't pick up. If you want to travel, book directly with the flight company. They might buy reviews for their site as well. Keep far from this agency if you don't want to lose your money.
This the worst ever people we have had to deal with. They booked a flight ticket for us without informing us about any transit visa requirement and when we asked them to cancel the ticket within 24 hrs as well they are not doing that. The agents with them are hopeless not able to help the customer is any way. Recommend everyone to stay away from such cheaters.
I booked my ticket to go back to Saskatoon through flighthub which I needed up stranded at the airport for almost 12 hours. I called them to find a solution they picked the call after 1 hour and spent talking to them for three hours in order to tell me that my ticket is done and have to book another ticket and also the money is not refundable Bcz of their policy. So guys not a good place to buy a ticket from. Try Expedia.ca
Easy, good customer service. Made it easy to book, change flights. Did change my flights on me once and didn't email me, I only noticed because I checked the website. Other than that I've booked with flight hub numerous times with no issues.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
