Booked my flight through them, the agent made an error in my last name as she entered it as initials, question her procedure she said that's what they do, told her that I am gonna call the airline to confirm that, anyways my concerns were right contacted them to figure out a solution told me they are gonna give me a call after 4 hours, waited 14 hours and got nothing, came back with a solution today either I pay 100 dollars to change the name or they cancel the reservation and I pay the cancellation fee and both of them are not acceptable. Talked to a supervisor just kept saying it''s my fault mocked and made fun of me.
They cancelled my flight without telling me. When I got to the air port they just bounced me between servers (flight hub to airline I was flying with). Everyone was saying it was not their fault and in the end it cost and extra $360. This was a horrible experience and I will never use the site again. Be careful when using multiple services to book your flight. They all just point the finger at someone else if there is a problem.

Booked four flights for a holiday in Portugal. Had to cancel for health reasons. I was quoted 150.00 dollars each for my wife and I for cancellation. They reduced it to a hundred dollars each. They carted me 200.00 for EACH flight. What a scam. When you call they will not tell you where they are located. Their agents all speak English as their second language. I have called three times asking for an email telling me that our flights have been cancelled and that they are not refundable. I am still waiting. I have never been so frustrated in my life. This experience has cost me three thousand dollars! Do not use flight hub.

They will give you a run around, give you bull$#*! lies and the supervisors and management knows and with their blessing. All these complaints are true have experienced it personally and this makes me ashamed to admit I'm Filipino too.
I had to cancel my ticket which was originally for $1800 round trip.
The flight hub charged me almost the amount of ticket $1300 for cancellations, the airlines just cancels it for $400
BUT they told me cancellation each side is $300 and i got back only $500 as refund. They just put you on hold and direct you to another agent.

Flighthub usually has the lowest prices! Really appreciate that they send notifications as to when prices drop for the trips you're looking at. Jumped on it and was really happy! (You can opt out of the emails whenever you want).
The trip was cancelled by TAP Portugal, the tickets were bought from Flighthub. TAP insists that Flighthub is to refund me. Flighthub refused to issue a refund and today their wonderful rep named Jenny simply hanged up on me. Flighthub is a scam. Stay away from it. If you are in the same boat as I am, file complaints with Better Business Bureau, go to press or even to the small claims court.
Prices on Flighthub were $150 - $200 cheaper than other websites. I received my confirmation numbers to view my tickets through the airline websites immediately after booking, and I can vouch that during CST business hours - you will get an American customer service agent. Even outside of business hours, the Indian call centre is fairly understanding, speak clearly and do their best to help.
Flighthub always finds exactly the same flights as other search engines, at a few dollars cheaper. I fly often so those few dollars add up. I like the fact I can choose based on price, airline or duration of flight. I think it could be improved by refining the search filters, which don't always work, and by not hiking the price up if I search a given itinerary a few times (I've noticed this happen on many search engines. Switch computers and the original, lower price shows up again)
Charging random fees that I didn't choose. Called them to change name and the first guy didn't even help me he said he would change it and to call back in an hour to see that it has been changed. Call back and nothing... wow. Unnecessary charges. Robbery. And you can not understand any of the employees and they don't answer questions. Never again. Doesn't even deserve one star
Got covid. Was told no refund just fly with it! While I don't subscribe to all the covid hype I believe this was wrong. I even paid for extra insurance to cover this. They also told me my choices were to eat the money or fly with covid. I did the right thing and ate the money myself. It was as heavily discounted seat, I knew in advance. Seat could have been filled at higher rate. The fact they wanted to expose 2 flights full of people to covid instead of refusing $85 is mind blowing. They could have sold seats for double or triple
I was on hold for 4 hours to talk to an illiterate agent, he then hung up on me. I then Spoke with the airline directly they were little helpful and told me that FLIGHTHUB was trying to screw me to keep my money. Extremely disappointed. I will continue to make reviews everywhere on social media. Flighthub refused to help at all. Now purchasing another ticket to get home.
Spent a total of 1300. 00 for three flights and still have no reservations and no tickets
They double billed me and then cancelled booking. Money raked out of my account in 30 seconds or less and takes forever to get refunded.
Customer service clerks sounded like robots and no one could tell me why they double charged me
This was my first experience booking flights with Flighthub and I would like to warn everyone to STAY AWAY from using this company!
First they made a "mistake" on the ticket that I purchased and decided to cancel it, while still charging my credit card. Then when I asked to book the same flight, they raised the price! Even though on their website the ticket was still at the original price that I found. And when I asked to get my money back, they said between 24 hrs to 10 business days! This entire journey took 2.5 hours, 3 people hung up on me, including one of the supervisors (Rachel), while I've kept my patience and have been polite and respectful.
I've learned my lesson, and I hope this review saves someone from going through what I experienced.
It's ok but not so great, would have rated 5 stars if there are more flight rates options with affordable prices. Just wondering why you guys bother to send out survey forms to customers when you guys would not do anything about your customers request so whatever.
Most important thing to look for in flights. Will update review if I have to go through customer service or anything like that. But the site was easy to use and straight-forward. And the price for the flight was lower than on other sites, which is great.
The first word I thought of when I visited Flighthub.com was "meh". It looks just like any other travel-related website. But when I used their flight search services, my reaction was as far from "meh" as possible because compared to airline agencies, their prices were significantly lower.
I love flying with Etihad but usually, their tickets are too expensive for my budget. When I found an Etihad ticket that costs nearly half the original posted in FLighthub, I knew I had to go and book. Nice seats? Check. Great food? Check. Cheap ticket? CHECK!
I booked my husband flight with flighthub the airline is swoop. I received a email from swoop advising me that flight is cancelled both side and click on the link to receive my credit. As of today I only receive one way money from flight hub. Flighthub advise they can't get the other side on my money until swoop send them the refund. I ticket was paid to flighthub not swoop. People please don't book any flights with flighthub they have the worst customer service agent. You can't speak to a supervisor. Flighthub service is the worst. Never again.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
