Bought flights through flight hub for xmas present. Airline cancelled fight and flight hub wants to charge $900 for something I didn't cancel. This is Not Right. Hung up on multiple times. I can't believe this company exists. They ruined xmas for my family for no reason. No one should ever use these people!
Well, I was visiting my family last winter in Vancouver when something went up at the office and I had to cut my vacation short. I already booked a round trip ticket so, I tried calling FlightHub's customer support.
They never let me down. After a few minutes, I was booked to the next flight that day and I was able to report to our office at Columbus, Ohio and help my team with what they're fixing. I'd surely book my flights again with FlightHub on my next vacation.
They know what they're doing and I sure won't settle for anything less.
Every time
I call for a price that; s advertised for my flight the price has gone up by the time I try to book it. Nobody on this website speaks clear English and the phone static is terrible. I have lost three flights due to sudden increases in the past two days and finally got one booked only to find that the return date was wrong and if I want to change it to what I asked for I have to pay a cancellation fee. Don't go here...
I've used Flighthub numerous times. It's an incredible source of quick information on who flies where and when. And the prices are always good to great; sometimes incredible. It's one stop shopping and I love it.
My wife and I booked a flight to Canada from the US. We paid the "extended cancellation policy" fee of $20. We reason to cancel and was told United did not refund for the flight. Flighthub told me the policy only covers the first 24 hours. No where is it stated on their site.

My husband and I went to Prague to celebrate our 5th anniversary last month. Prague is such a romantic country and I can't wait to visit again! Lol okay I got a little sidetracked.
Anyway, i chose flighthub because it's got literally the cheapest ticket I found among other flight booking and airline websites. Booking process was fast, the website was easy to use. Overall I've got no complaints about their services.
I love how you can trust companies with your personal information, and Flighthub fits exactly in that category. No information leaks whatsoever, so I am confident that my details won't be put in the wrong hands.
Unlike my experience with other travel agencies (or online businesses, for that matter), talking with the customer service agents in Flighthub turns out to be a delight. They know how to look for the cheapest flights and will gladly inform you in case you missed a promo that offers a lower fare compared to your selected one.
I must say that I find Flighthub to a competent and competitive player in the market, they've got a great staff supporting their operations and word is out that they are very particular and focused on their people. Communicating with them is made easy by their consummate friendliness, they're always willing to lend a helping hand; as I said people are a priority of theirs and I hope I can say the same of others in their industry. Don't waste your valuable time with their customer service, you won't get help, they are there to help themselves and do the thinking on there own convenience not the customer

Purchased the round trip ticket from and to Asia back in February/2023. But before the departure date in April 6/2023 they sent me the no re-ply email said that we don't have the come in back tickets. We called and talked with so many different managers and they were all empty promises. We end up pay for the last minutes tickets(one way, so expensive) back to Canada. Very disappointed with the services.

Stay away. They took $1300 from me. When Turkish Airlines cancelled the return flight, Flighthub did not refund me a penny. They gave me one excuse after the other. Its been 2 months. They are scam artists. Buy directly from the airline.
Worst company ever. We changed the flight dates and only after that was informed there were additional charges. Customers service are referring to each other and nobody wants to be responsible for made mistake, instead asking us to pay charges to complete the ticket.
My flight was cancelled. I have been waiting 3 weeks to get a refund. I spent multiple hours on the phone, speaking to several employees who all required me to give them the same information, and all of whom passed me on to someone else. None of those employees was of any assistance. When I am actually refunded for my flight your rating might move up from a 1/5 to 2/5. Very disappointed in my experience.
Please be aware that I booked a flight, and the agent put the wrong name. I called them back they suggested contacting CS. I wasted time calling CS just to give up and ask me to cancel the flight, or I had to call Eva AIR with an additional charge, of course, by myself if I wanted to fix my name. What kind of service did they provide that we have to pay $87/per person for the Travel agent fee if they can't fix the problem they made? Right now, I have to wait 5 to 10 business days to get my money back and rebook the flight, and the price won't be the same anymore. One thing ruins all my plans, is it professional?
FlightHub will not issue my refund even though they have been bailed out from the airline I booked with. Their customer service is a joke at best. I have no solutions from them. You cannot reach an actual person on their phone line and they won't respond to emails.
Save yourself and book directly through the airline to save yourself the headache.
Then maybe you should have a disclaimer that says you have exactly 30 seconds to select, confirm and pay for your reservation or it might change. Not happy at all, and obviously I am not the only one, read all of the other negative comments. Screw a customer they will never come back, take care of a customer, you will have a customer for life. I have 4 more flights to book before December, guess who I will not be using. Just beware everyone.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
