I am extremely frustrated with the service I received from Flight Hub. My original flights were cancelled by the airline, and as such I had to change the flights. I made the change with Flight Hub on Nov 13 and was told that I would receive new e-tickets within 24 hours. It did not happen. Since then, I have called them back 8 times, and every time I got the same reply Our ticketing department is processing it. You should be receiving your new ticket within next 24 hours. Now theres only three weeks left before my departure date and I still dont have the e-ticket. Would definitely not recommend this service to anyone.
I had to change by few days the departure of my trip and they gave me hell before I could even talk to person. After finally reaching an agent they tried to charge me up to 700$ on fees from that tiny change.
You should stay away from this website by all means and look for competitors or even better straight from the airline. You are going to lose a lot of money.
Book directly with the airline, that way if your flight is canceled you get all of your money back. FlightHub is refusing to refund me my seat selection fee for seats that are no longer available to me. I called Delta and they said they did not charge a fee for selecting seats, so the fee is strictly FlightHub. Such a scam, don't use this service.
I have been trying to contact flight hub during this time of Corona virus and they have not been cooperative at all. I was told to check the original airline (air canada) to see if there were any change fees etc. When I checked the airline (air canada) it stated that there were no change fees associated with my flight. Up until now I have not received an answer from flight hub. They have cancelled schools, flights, closed theme parks, community centers, and still, we have not been able to change our flight because we do not want to travel (young children and elder grandmother who lives with us). We are trying to avoid the spread of the Corona virus and flighthub is not cooperating and not even answering us (being on hold for over 2 hours with no answer). How can flight hub not respect what the airline is respecting?
We are "Winter Texans" so we fly regularly to South Texas. I've used a lot of sites for flights back and forth from Toronto, I find flight hub to be the best because the site is very easy to use, the prices are all in so there is no extra fees and the pricing is very good. Us "fixed income" retirees love that!
Stay away from this business. We had to cancel our cruise and subsequent flights. Celebrity and Delta very accommodating. Flighthub will cancel with huge fees even though the airlines are doing the right thing and rescheduling with no fees. You can't even talk with a person. Waited on hold for 3 hours and finally gave up. No place on site to email request for service. Want everyone to know that this is not a company to do business with.
We used Flighthub, my flights I purchased for the way there was in Canadian so when I book my second round of flights, I thought we were getting a great deal assumed it would also be in Canadian as I presumed it would be the same as before. Ended up costing Us a lot more than I intended. But my own fault for not double checking. Other than that booking through flighthub was fine. They got all our flight information correct and the first set of flights we got a good deal.
I had a flight from India to Calgary via Newyork where I had 3 hours of layover. And this was the first time traveling and no where on the ticket it was mentioned that I will have to do a self-transfer of the luggage in new york. It took a lot more mental peace and caused discomfort as the layover time was less. There is also a huge security check-in line and if you can find your luggage before doing that then it's your lucky day! It was not helpful at all for me and I will rethink before choosing a flight hub in future.
I booked with FlightHub when I traveled to Vancouver. This is the first time we booked with this agent. I had my reservations, especially after reading some articles on certain issues about their services.
However, I really didn't expect that it would be this easy. We had no problems booking our flight and heading off to the airport a week after that. When we went back home to California, the same thing happened.

Cancelled my flight with Flighthub having the intention of re-booking using travel credits while in Costa Rica. When calling back to re-book I was left on hold for over an hour on many different occasions and then hung up on several times. I ended up having to book a flight home using a different company. Will never use Flighthub again!
Stop purchasing flight tickets from Flight Hub. They are out of business. I have more than $1200 credit with them. The credit will expired on March 31,2022. However no matter how hard I tried to rebook the tickets using my existing credit either online or phone them, it all failed. Online booking doesn't work, phone line is out of service.
I booked a flight from Toronto to Florida last night and when I received my confirmation the wrong price was quoted. Their customer service refused to credit the difference.
So beware if you are booking with this company. The price we tried to book for is still advertising today but they will book the higher price. What a sketchy company.

I did not like that the airline TAP wanted at the counter $110 for the first checked luggage. They said that you bought some discounted tickets and luggage was not included. Until then I have not heard of airline charging for one regular size luggage extra fee. I hate last minute surprises.In five emails I was asked for an extra insurance but not once informed about the luggage police which must have had changed since September when I had taken a similar trip.

If you read the responses from FlightHub to the critical reviews, they lead you to believe that they ask for your booking number to investigate the situation. I've spoken to several others who have left messages with the booking number, yet there is no follow up. Look up this company in the Better Business Bureau ratings and you'll understand why their "F" rating is appropriate.
I booked through cheap o air last time and they changed my 3 tickets without any fees in 24 hours.
But yesterday when I booked through flighthub and I thought lay over seems less to catch another flight, I called flighthub call center within few min after I booked online and they refused to cancel or change it, asked for $75 cancellation for each ticket.
I purchased a flight for my husband on your site for Toronto at $252 but later had it rejected as the price had given me up to 266. While this may not be a great difference Flighthub should have honoured the advertised price.
Otherwise I have been pleased with the service.
Overall I am pleased. Something not helpful, in fact irritating, is they continued to send emails offering lower rates for the same flight after I had booked. Nothing I could do about it at this point. I don't need to know I could have saved a few dollars had I waited!
I selected seats on the initial purchase from Chicago to Dublin. When I got to Chicago, my seat per the agent was not selected and they wanted to put me in the middle row for a long international flight. They said it was the travel agent's fault not theirs so I had to pay an extra 55$ to get an aisle seat. The connections in Germany were a nightmare, and I had to pay extra for one suitcase. (thank goodness it met the weight requirements)There was inadequate time between connections, the connecting flight was in a different terminal even though it was the same airline. I think the program could note/ warn customers about inadequate connections, distance in airports, when it appears on its face that the selected connection is wrong. I had never traveled internationally. I accept as my fault because I used an online program. I think these considerations could have been subject to an alert to avoid extra costs and potentially missed planes. Some instructive language.

I booked 9 tickets for a flight in March 2022. I bought the cancellation protection that cost almost $300. I canceled 2 tickets and have yet to get any money back. I been trying to call and get foreign people I can barely understand and are clueless about what my situation is. The flight for cancelled in July by the airline - 8 days before my trip and I was suppose to get filled refunded and I didn't. I am missing about $644! This is a scam! Be don't waist your money.
I contacted them several times. Agent came up so late. They don't have any message notification in chat (sound/audio notification). You can not hold with screen always. Suddenly, you will see that, are you still there, then hang up the chat session.
That happens 5 times today with me. Just frustrated.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
