Great price for the flight compared with competitor. About the same choice as other website, but better price on most flight i looked at.
The booking online was fine. The problem came when I had to contact customer service about an email they sent me regarding a change in my flight status. It is difficult to actually speak to someone and when I did, no one knew anything. I was continually put on hold while they checked my file, then transferred me to someone else where I had to start from the beginning again. They then said someone (supervisor)would call me back on a set day which did not happen. I spent many hours trying to phone to find a solution and in the end they said there was no problem with the flight we had.
There was a problem which meant I had to phone yet again. After I said I was very dissatisfied with the customer service, I was getting calls and emails about my booking and how it needed immediate attention when it was long done with.
I will say that the people I did speak with were very polite on the phone but they could not help me and just kept directing me elsewhere and I got no resolve. I will not be booking with this company again for this reason.
Flying with West Jet is always a pleasure. Convenient connections, timely departures, courteous staff. What more can one ask for?

Easy booking flight online, only thing I had an issue with was the paying for baggage separately. That wasnt as simple as it sounded. I contacted the airline I was flying with had their policies explained to me in more detail and then paid for the baggage. No delays parting from my original destination. There was a delay departing from Colorado but it was due to de icing the plane so ultimately I had no problem with that. I would use Flight Hub again.
I am traveling to Calgary 1 or 2 times a year to visit my family. That was the best price i ever get. Thank you.

It was a very easy to use site. The flight was exactly what we wanted and at the time we wanted. We were pleased with our flight as it was at a great price point.
I guess the customer service rep was annoyed or bored by my questions about baggage so he pretended he can no longer hear me due to phone malfunctions. And ended our conversation cos he cannot hear me. I doubt it cos I just got this new phone. So lame
For anyone wondering, it took me two more follow up calls before I heard from their Escalation team, which was via email. This person emailed me to ask me if I wanted to fly into Auckland or Sydney, I said Auckland as Sydney was just the layover destination. I didn't hear anything for another two days and sent a follow up email, later that night I was forwarded an itinerary for Calgary to Sydney. I could not make this stuff up. This is NOT the flight I asked for but at this point, I have been through so much with their customer service and I don't have the time to argue to get the flight I want. Now I have to book a flight from Sydney to Brisbane instead of my flight that I already had booked from Auckland to Brisbane. I also am not an unreasonable person, if I had received any type of explanation for this I would be more understanding, but there is no communication. I am so worried that this flight isn't truly booked and something is going to happen last minute when I go to check in that I'm going to call Air Canada and Air New Zealand just to be sure these are properly booked.
It's also worth mentioning that at no point did I ever receive an apology or explanation as to why this has been so difficult. I've never really written a review about a company before because I haven't experienced this many issues with a company before. Really quite disheartening, if I had received any type of apology or spoke to an understanding agent, I would not be painting this in such a negative light. I strongly encourage FlightHub to review their policies and implement a Customer Retention department. I'm not sure if this is a one-off. Sorry for my rambling, but I believe people should know this.
Despite calling Flighthub twice yesterday (May 28) and leaving message through their facebook page, I still haven't been contacted nor do I have a flight booked. I was also told by the Flighthub response to my facebook message that this was "sent to their escalation team", whatever that means. I started contacting them on Sunday and it will be Wednesday tomorrow and I have yet to receive any kind of reaffirming message that this will actually get done. They essentially are passing me around on the phone, and then putting me on hold for 3-5 minutes at a time while. I've now reached 131 minutes of phone time with this place and have nothing. They've essentially stolen my money and I have absolutely zero faith this issue will be resolved. Genuinely appalling customer service.
I booked a flight to Auckland from Calgary for the amount of $1546. 79. I cancelled a few days later and was issued a flight credit for the same amount. I called them to booked the flight because on the website you cannot choose a departure flight without a return flight. I explained that I only wanted the departure flight because I am staying for more than 6 months. I was then transferred to a supervisor so she could inform me whether this was in line with their policy. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was told I could only use my credit when I book a return flight. After stating my concerns the woman put me on hold for 10 minutes to "book my flight" and then she either hung up on me or we got disconnected. Regardless she never called me back so I called again. Gave the same information and was transferred to an agent named Jesse who I then again explained the situation to. I explained I simply wanted my flight booked. After being on hold for twenty minutes I was told he would look for a return flight and give me the difference between that and my credit which apparently I would owe even though I already paid for a round trip ticket! He asked if he could call me back because the flights were taking too long to search. I expressly told him that I knew if I got off the phone I wouldn't hear from him. Two hours later and I still hadn't heard anything. I called back again and asked to speak with a supervisor. His name was Daniel, who after another half an hour of my time has told me that they need to check with Air New Zealand for non-business class seats and that I would get a confirmation within 24 hours. So after speaking with all of these agents, 3 hours of my time and an indescribable amount of frustration, I still don't have a flight booked! Do NOT use this service it legitimately is a scam and I don't know how they haven't been shut down yet. This is the first and only time I would ever use them.
Booked a flight Phoenix--Osaka through Flighthub and had to transfer in Beijing. To my surprise, I didn't have enough time to transfer, and the plane took off without me. In retrospect, there was no way I could've made that transfer in time, so why did Flighthub offer it? Or was the airline (China Air) responsible? No one would take responsibility, so I'll assume they're both to blame.
I was very happy to find such a great priced flight for France. I had no problem & enjoyed the great service
They are trying to cheat your money without letting you know. Will never book ticket from this website anymore.
Had one little problem getting our e tickets but it was probably due to our computer knowledge or lack of it

Connecting flight time is not enough especially if we have to change airplane. My luggage did not make it to the connecting plane. The airline is so very accomodating to arrange my luggage to my distination.
Easy, good customer service. Made it easy to book, change flights. Did change my flights on me once and didn't email me, I only noticed because I checked the website. Other than that I've booked with flight hub numerous times with no issues.
Flight hub was a painless site to go through. I got to my destination smoothly and without hassle. I will definitley use again as flight deals are super cheap compared to other sites.
Both flights, from Boston to LAX and back, were mediocre at best. The planes were pretty well kept and clean, the staff and flight attendants were kind, and there were the occasional snacks and drinks. The snacks were the basic goodies - pretzels, cookies, etc. Overall, my flight experiences were okay.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
