Have been using online travel agencies for over twenty years, at least twice a year. First time, and last time, I used flighthub. They are dishonest, fraudulent, con artists. Complete lack of customer service or honesty. Will never use them again. Miserable experience.
Do not use this company. Arrived at the airport to find out that they booked my flight for 3 days after my departure. Had to buy a new ticket for a different airline costing me almost $900. They offered a refund only to then the following day state they weren't doing it anymore. Worse off the conversation was emailed to me with statements that I did not say and they removed the conversation of the discussed refund. This is a scam - do not use this company
Tried to get a refund as my daughter suffered a heart attack; I then 3 weeks later suffered a heart attack and stroke. They will not refund me even though I have cancellation insurance.
3 of us girls traveling together out of Vancouver. With a connecting flight. Flight hub changed the time and the flight. The change occurred months ago. Only one of us was advised of the change 3 days before leaving. She advised the us of the change ( good thing we're friends). Checking in it was discovered flight hub never advised the airline (WestJet) of the change ( tickets were not reissued). The airline did everything in their power... But it is up to the 3rd party company to issue the tickets. Flighthub did not want to help at all they said it was the airlines fault... After hours of trying to communicate with Flighthub... Several disconnects and holds... Dismissing our concerns... We became very concerned... Flights were missed by us the only other option was rebook for the next day. Flighthub still tying to put the blame on the airline. We asked an airline employee to help us. He understands the third party tickets. Nearly 4 hours later the airline employee was successful in getting the all 3 of us on a connecting flight the next day. We are all grateful to the Westjet employee that understood the the third party tickets and advised Flighthub that they are responsible for the error and need to re-book the girls at Flighthubs expense. 10stars to Westjet and NEGATIVE 100 to Flighthub. Flighthub told us they didn't have time to reissue the tickets... So that's why we missed our flight?
The issue was eventually resolved, and the flights were rescheduled for the following day, by Flighhub. A supervisor was brought in (the next day) and offered free bag check, for the inconvenience?
I stress that if the West Jet employee hadn't spent a good part of his day on the phone with Flighthub, our issue would not have been resolved.
I booked a flight with Flight Hub to an area of a foreign country which I have never traveled before. I realized that I was flying to the wrong airport and needed to cancel the flights I booked. They only have an automated system that does not allow you to type in full responses or talk to an agent. The system would not cancel both flights. I have been fighting with their automated system for days and have not been able to cancel the flight or talk to a live person. The automated system says the only option is to "buy a new ticket. The first ticket was $1400 which I cannot get cancelled. I do not want annother $1400 ticket with them.
DO NOT USE FLIGHT HUB. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND YOU CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE IF YOU NEED HELP!
This company should be banned to exist. They use "bait and switch" to increase the price of their tickets. You give all the information and are ready to press the book button. Then they inform you the price went up. They were fined 5.8M by the Competition Bureau for deceiving customers, yet they still carry on. Absolute garbage.
I would give them a NO star if that was an option. Asked them to call me multiple times. It was a stand off the person refused to call me. Best option is to book with the actual airline. Flight Hub is useless.
Went to check in for my morning flight in London and realized I had transposed two letters in my name. Airline would not let me board my international flight. Tried calling customer service and they are closed from Midnight to 8 am. Online chat said someone would help me and left me hanging for hours. Meanwhile I missed my international flight because FlightHub had to be the one to correct the typo. I had to repurchase another one way ticket with one days notice to get back to the united states. I am out several thousand dollars. Haven't heard a word from FlightHub. Will be filing a complaint.
Girlfriend and I, 3 kids each, booked the exact same flight within seconds, she got hers confirmed, mine got declined (not cc). Their site gave me a different option, 3/4 flights were still together, so I took ther suggestion. I got a confirmation, flipped the laptop close, awesome!
They sent another email saying it's not confirmed anymore… didn't see that one right away, I had the confirmation one, when something is confirmed, it's confirmed… The following morning the phone calls began with their awful customer service. For the same flights, it was now +-900$ extra. Almost a week of calls, and a couple days with no answer or call back from them, I booked with someone else.
Customer service is absolutely awful.
They won't even try to gain a customer by eating the difference because of their glitch.

Be super careful with them. The will change you crazy high when you are not careful. The customer service is slow and not helpful. They don't cancel extra charges. I have been charged more 670$ for selecting seats.
Terrible company. Always after their money and commissions and not ready to help in case of trouble. Flight hub deducted $106.26 x 2!from my credit card without my consent. I could not even get them on phone to ask questions. They only talk to you when you want to buy tickets, when they want to get your money. You will be on your own if any issue arises. Be careful with Flighthub, their customer service is zero.
As soon as an issue comes up you notice that FlightHub is a weak travel company same as others that can't stand against flight company for your rights. These issues could be flight cancelation or etc by flight company. So, what they do? They just blame flight company and say contact them. So what is your role as a travel agent or travel company. I will never use these online travel companies for my booking again
I thought I was calling the correct phone number to update name change (marriage) on an upcoming United Flight. I had just quickly googled number and it wasn't actually United Airlines. It was FlightHub. And when I asked him several times, he acted like he was part of United. FlightHub tried to charge me over $232 for what should have been free. Luckily my credit card company caught it. Cancelled card and getting a new one.
Made sure to be calling United directly and was able to change name for no charge.

They are scam! Airline gives refund but flighthub with holds your money & claims airline gave no refund so they can keep your money. They are deceivers & fraud! When you ask them for evidence of the airlines statement or conversations with them, they do not disclose. That is because they are scamming people. No transparency & they are total business malpractice!
I was using flight hub for buying my tickets and referred them to my family and friends. 3 days a go i bought ticket and called to chenge date but they canceled my ticket and gave me credit for buy another ticket after one day i called and they asked me 2000$ extra for using my credit to buy another ticket. I told if i buy another new ticket and don't use my credir (1600$) this new ticket is 1550$. Why i pay 2000 plus my credit is 1600$ for ticket that is 1550$. Why i pay extra and they sead you have to buy this ticket otherwise police willl call you.
Book directly with the airline, that way if your flight is canceled you get all of your money back. FlightHub is refusing to refund me my seat selection fee for seats that are no longer available to me. I called Delta and they said they did not charge a fee for selecting seats, so the fee is strictly FlightHub. Such a scam, don't use this service.
Very bad service. People are heartless. You will never get a refund even though you bought a cancelation protection. Never use this website to book your tickets.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
