Girlfriend and I, 3 kids each, booked the exact same flight within seconds, she got hers confirmed, mine got declined (not cc). Their site gave me a different option, 3/4 flights were still together, so I took ther suggestion. I got a confirmation, flipped the laptop close, awesome!
They sent another email saying it's not confirmed anymore… didn't see that one right away, I had the confirmation one, when something is confirmed, it's confirmed… The following morning the phone calls began with their awful customer service. For the same flights, it was now +-900$ extra. Almost a week of calls, and a couple days with no answer or call back from them, I booked with someone else.
Customer service is absolutely awful.
They won't even try to gain a customer by eating the difference because of their glitch.
Might have to update if my girlfriend and kids have any issues
