My orders would get cancelled. I had no idea why. They sent a message that looked like spam that said to reply and attach a bunch of personal info to verify it was me. NO security for my information, and when I contacted an agent she/he was rude. Against my better judgement I sent all the information and now they say it has not been received and I need to speak to management by phone.
BAD! What kind of company does not have accessible website online? So I got 4 tires from NTB "Continental" ones, I purchased them through flexshopper, since my credit was low. So they begin to deduct from your bank account, every week, which is insane, but I needed the tires. So I call one day and ask well "how can I see the payment history?" and the lady said "is going to take 24-72 hours for me to send it to you", yet is been weeks have not received nothing! So I called again to pay it off, the guy told me the same, no access just with talking to them. Who knows maybe I paid more than I had too because never saw a single payment history or record in my hands. I'm glad I payed it off. Honestly don't get them, do your research first!
Have contacted customer service many times and they never respond. Found the email on their site to ask about shipping so emailed them but also never responded. Promises order ships within 48 hours but that is a lie. Dont waist your time.
Woke up to a unauthorized charge from flex shopper. $67 taken out of my bank account on a lease closed and payed off last November! When checking lease "details" my original lease of $758 for tires has been changed to state $75,800 and says I'm overdue. Please do not give these people your payment information or deal with them in any way.
Exceptional customer service and respect. I could stop there as it is enough said, but why?. I'm going to continue letting others know what true leader of industry That Flexshopper is. Every conversation I have had with the staff at Flexshopper has been pleasant, handled with knowledge and a resolution Is always found. Whether it's a billing issue or something that I'm not quite clear on, the empathy and instruction given to me by your team is phenomenal. I enjoy how quickly issues are resolved and the ease of use of your website has been a dinosaurs best friend. Product availability and variety is simply the best, bar none. Keep up the great work and I will keep up with my part by spreading the word. Last, yet not least, the family is loving our new dryer.

Over $400 was removed my account all at once a month ago. Kept giving me the run around with getting a refund. Kept saying,"It should there by tomorrow or next week" etc etc total b. S. never got my money back. And they still have the nerve to try to charge me weekly. Don't waste your time. Seriously stay away.

Best phone conversation with the billing department representative helped me out big time. I was in a bad jam at tire kingdom and had no money to get all 3 flat tires replaced talk about rotten luck lol

Total sham! If you want to pay triple for something, then by all means, this is your company. You'd be way better off to put the electronics or appliance on a credit card. If you buy $400.00 dollars worth of stuff, expect to pay back $1400. 00. That's around 220% interest, and yes those are real numbers that I have personally experienced. It's a total con! Expect to give a checking account routing number, and for them to take pretty much whatever they want out, whenever they please.
Don't be like me and create an account with this "company" without doing your due diligence and research on them... I just learned the hard way. Placed an order 3 times for pickup from Best Buy. They have the item in stock at the store and online. Each time I placed the order for pickup, it would tell me it would be shipped instead of pickup. I keep trying to call customer service to cancel and NOBODY ANSWERS. After doing research online, because nobody will answer my calls, I've learned that they normally can take weeks or months to ship an item, if at all. Read real reviews online (not fake ones they add) and you will see what i'm taking about. Best buy ships items immediately after being ordered when in stock, so Flexshopper doesn't place an order when you do with them, but tells you they do. This is a deceptive sales practice and is illegal. I will be contacting my states attorney generals office.

I've used Flex Shopper a number of times over the past two years, and my experience with them has always been great. When I moved two years ago, Flex shopper allowed me to be able to get some really quality furniture and a new, much needed laptop for grad school. The weekly payments are manageable and reasonable.
Also, their customer service is GREAT! They are extremely attentive and helpful at all stages of the process. You have an actual person to assist you throughout your lease. My account manager, Cynthia, is fantastic.
I used this service one time. For months the agreed upon payment was deducted. Then all of a sudden, multiple debits from my account in various amounts started appearing in my bank account from flexshopper. Several transactions up to over $400 and as little at $37. When I disputed these transactions, they contested but have yet to call me to discuss my account despite my several calls to customer service. They tried to say my account was past due even though I can show each month I made a payment. They won't get another penny from me until this issue is resolved and I will fight any collection attempts they try to make should they decide to pursue that. Stay away! Unless you don't value your money.

I've had a really bad experience with this website, you can't get through to stuff that should be easy to get too, you don't get any freedom of your account at all. I cancelled an order and they continued to bill me for it. Calling them now and the lady obviously doesn't know what she's doing so she sent me to customer service. Been on hold for 30 mins now.

They take money out whenever they feel like it. At the end of my lease they just conveniently took out whatever balance was left in one payment. Caused all sorts of problems and I was told I would have a refund in 3-7 days. Think I got my refund? They are a fraud, no 2 people I spoke to were on the same page. Everyone told me something different. Even the supervisor I talked to had no clue what he was doing. The other issue is no one there can speak fluent English. Bad experience all the way around. Needless to say, I'm done with these crooks.
Horrible customer service. They have no problem taking your money every week but if you encounter any kind of problem they will not help you. I should have known when it took 4 hours and 15 phone calls to even start the program… but I really needed the tires. Now, I've paid them off with their 90 day same as cash option ( even tho they charge you $50 to do so) and they're STILL charging my bank for the weekly payments. Customer service is refusing to help me, saying they aren't charging me? Not worth it, everything to do with this company is a migraine and a half. Save your sanity and don't use this option!

I got my car parts leased! First and far most the car repair company took advantage of getting approved for the flex shopper. My bill started at 360$ was bumped up to over 800$ This company will rob any bank card you have on file. They will take more than what they say, they will do multiple transactions. They will drain your bank account and accumulate many unauthorized payments. Terrible and rude customer services

The item I got approved for came in the mail fast unopened and brand new as promised. The first couple months was going good. Made my payments when they were due was late a couple times but had no problem calling and getting it paid. But this past month has been the WORST! They keep racking up random past due amounts over $100 each time and are rude as hell on the phone. I've had this happen three times now and currently at this very moment waiting for a call back to get the random past due amount of $152!

I would have given a negative 5 stars. Bought a laptop in April buy November it stopped working... completely! Doesn't even turn on. Has never been dropped or anything. That's not what I'm mad about though. I get things happen. The fact that I have been contacting the customer service department to have repairs done for 2 weeks now and still haven't been able to get it fixed. Instead I keep getting told I have to wait for someone to call me to set up an appointment for repairs. Since I have made the complaint I have made the payments (3 of them). My advice is dont buy anything that could ever need repairs. Paying $210 for a paper weight is just ridiculous.

Payments were good and taken out the same day for about 8 weeks. This past week... they have charged my twice my payment plus two more times. I've called and was told my payment would be refunded... it's now been over a week. Even with this refund, they are telling me I'm over due and late on my payments... on the same phone call. "How do you want to resolve your overdue balance" "why am I being refunded if I owe you money?" "That was a mistake but you are still overdue." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If you care about your credit and paying double the price for items then run. Flexshopper will process payments that don't coincide with pay day and sometimes won't withdraw so they can tell you, you missed a payment and charge a fee. This happened to me no matter how many times I called and took time out my day to make sure payments came out when they said they would and each time you'll be told something different and they'll never process payments when they say. They use predatory practices that will soon bring this company to an end.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
Answer: Once item is ready for pick up, you will be emailed or it be displayed on your dashboard when you log in to your account.
