So today 12/14/23 I get a text message saying congratulations on your approval application so I call the number and the financial advisor says ooh I don't know what that about so I'll transfer you to flexshopper so I get transferred to them and get a very horrible CSR who can barely speak English so I ask do you speak Spanish she says no I hang up call back and get another language barrier Representative who just lied lied and lied so I asked her let me speak to a supervisor and she transfers me but instead of transferring me she stays on line and again lies to supervisor Damicrus that I said this and that well he got fustrated because I requested a receipt of my two payments I made last week and he said look at here Mrs. Luna I'll walk you thru it we try and guess what no text code coming in and he puts me on hold and then says well I'll have to put a ticket in to see what is going on since you got a email and your concern about it saying you got approved I said no pay attention it was a text message and he went off telling me that he was done with me and he would send it to my email and I told him well I'm waiting for it he said no I'll send it when we hang up is there anything else I can help you with and I said yes retrain your employees to be assist your customer that pays their payment of which some of it goes towards theirs and your paycheck and while your a supervisor learn to be patient and passion about your job because you didn't and couldn't control the call and he said look gladys is their anything else I said no dumb $#*! and he hung up on me and I ain't received my receipts and proof of payments made I'll recommend Acima over this company

On November 21st 2022 I saw an ad from Flexshopper about a PS5 on IG. I believe the ad said the same thing I saw on their site; "90 days same as cash price", with a PS5 on it. Exactly the same device I was looking for but didn't bought because it was still over 1,000 dollars most places but this company had it and gave me 90 days to pay 710 so I thought it was a no brainer. AFTER signing the contract I got an email congratulating the purchase but it had on parentheses the VERY IMPORTANT FACT that as a resident of FLORIDA, NC or Texas I did not qualify for the 90 days SAC option! "What!" "You telling me this now?!" -remember saying to my self-. Went back to the site and CONVENIENTLY for them they DONT have NO OPTION TO CANCEL THE ORDER! My new 'early purchase option" was 1100 dollars!? I then replied the same email with the notice and they responded a day later that I had to refuse delivery or lease would start. I asked them to be diligent on the matter because I work 6 days a week and most likely I wasn't gonna be home. Wrong of me telling them that. Because they dint even responded until after delivery was made. Now, they will NOT HONOR THE '90 days same as cash' and only refund me ONE WEEK (34.95) of the lease but for that I have leave my work and ship the box to them…i must fix their own mistake they say… they even charging late fees for that week they put on hold the leasing. I told them it must be a scheduled pick up and they wont accept. Just 2 weeks ago they updated their site that Florida NC and Texas residents don't qualify for the 90 days SAC option on the site. I have evidence and will upload it to prove that on November 21st their site had the promotion of the '90 days SAC option' and on the bottom of their site wasn't the exclusion notice of Florida residents. Also, the signed agreement I have w them has no mention that as a Florida resident I am excluded from their promotion. This is "bait and switch". Guarantee you am not the only one. One of their email telling me that I had to pay regular earliest option now was ove 1100 dollars! Because their site says that I was excluded. That was ANOTHER lie. When I place order it wasn't there! Now they "wanna fix it". They did offer NO 90 days as promised but it has to be paid by February 2nd so it was now more like 60 days SAC option. After me emailing the screenshots of their site no being in compliance with the law the day a place the order. The fact that they dint have it until just few weeks ago is evidence. There is a website that saves periodically the whole internet. Web.archive.org There you can see that flexshopper had the same promotion of 90 days SAC option but NO STATES excluded yet. Even though I believe that don't matter if they added that in their site it's STILL DECEIVING ADVERTISING PRACTICES! I WILL FIGHT THEM! They're scammers in America. Hundreds if not thousands of people fall for this! Who's stopping them!?!? (On the uploads is their site back on November 2022 but if you browse through web.archive.org it was there all 2022)

Opt out from the arbitration agreement! Read your agreement and make sure you aren’t wrong. Go to web.archive.org to see their site when YOU made the purchase and look if the exclusion of your state was there! Mavis Tire & Brake and Flex Shoppers IS a scam and Fraud! They are liars

My experience at Mavis tires In Clemmons NC was Horrible, Un Called for, and Pathetic! And my experience with Flex Shoppers is worse than mavis!
Well let me start off by saying I am a single mother that works hard everyday to take care of her family and herself. A long time ago I learned to work on cars. I do my own work to my car unless it's a big job or I don't have the tools. My car was leaking oil and smoking and the engine light was on! I took my car to Mavis Tires thinking I could trust them! I also was looking for a shop to go to when I could not work on my car. They guy told me a few things that was wrong with my they only said the battery, sparkplugs, catalytic coverter, and that I needed to drain the power steering because I had metal in it! He said it would be 900, but the bill turn out to be over a 1,000. On the bill they charged me for the following things!

4. PCV hose $11.98
5. Misc shop supplie $25.00

When I ask about the windshield wipers they said they put them on for free!

Nothing on there about a catalytic coverter, did not ask for a lot of those things, like I said I could of changed the spark plugs myself, changed the battery myself, and drain the power steering fluid myself. Never did ask for windshield wipers!
They fixed my car and I had to sign up for the Flex shopper program. They told me the payments would be taken out once a month. Come to find out they take a payment out every friday!

I got my car back and a few days later it over heating and still smoking,, so I took it back to the shop when I got off work that day. The day before Easter! They were busy so I told them I was going to the house to call me when they where done. 5 or 6 I still have not heard nothing from them so I called up there. I ask about my car and they said they still have not looked at it yet and I said well yall are closing at 6 right, He said no we are staying till all over the cars are taken care of. 7 oclock rolls around and I tried to call them no answer 8 oclock still no answer. So I get someone to ride up there and the shop was closed! They did not call me or nothing and remind you it was the day before Easter so they was closed till that Monday! So there fore they kept my car without my permission and did not call me period. I had to work the next day and did not have a ride to work. I should of made a police report to where they kept my car without my permission that night! I had to go two day without my car and without knowing what was going on! That Monday I had to call out of work again so I could be there when they opened to find out what the hell was going on! When I walked in the guys could not even look me straight in the eyes! I ask them what the problem was and why they kept my car without calling me. "The guy says, we tried to call you, I ask what number he had on file and he started reading off my number and when he got to the last number he almost said four but switch it to 5 in the middle of 4. I knew he just lied striaght to my face because they had my number on file and they called me the first time to pick it up on that number just fine. He tho I should of let them have it then i still gave them another chance to see why it was over heating. I went to pick my car up that Monday afternoon cause they said they still can't find the reason it was over heating and they did not see it smoking, when it's been smoking this whole time. When I went to pick my car up it was sitting outside the shop. I picked my keys up and got into my car. Note I only live a few mins away from the shop. I came home and seen the car smoking and I'm like what the hell If it will start smoking in less then ten mins then why could they not see it smoking? So I get out the car open my hood and clearly it was smoking. I seen the fuss box lid is off, a cord was unpluged from my engine and the cap to my over fill was laying on my engine. You figure after all they have done to me you would think they would put the car back together right! For my saftey as well!
I contacted flex shoppers and told them what was going on! These people are just as bad as Mavis Tires! Mavis tire told flex shoppers that they have paid me back! No one has paid me back, so without any proof flex shoppers said that mavis tire paid me back and they took me to court! NO ONE HAS PAID ME BACK! You would think that flex shoppers would ask for proof from mavis tire that they paid me back but did they no because its a lie now flex shoppers want to charge me 2,000 for work that was not done. All my paper work is fraud and I have the proof! You would think a big company like that would check and ask for the proof that they paid me back! I have so many emails from flex shopper. This is what i get back

Mavis Tire told them I dont even have the car no more and til this day Im driving the car and I have my proof that its fraud! U would think a company like this would want to fix the mistake. Now They say I owe 2,000 and for what they did not do the work to my car that they said they did! Its been over a year and no one wants to make it right! I would strongly recommend not to use flex shoppers or Mavis Tires and I wont stop til they make this right!
As of aug 8 2022 flex shoppers has made it right with me after someone really looking into my case! As of aug 28,2022 Mavis Tires has not made it right!

I bought a Yamaha RX 385 Home Theatre System that for whatever reason, quit working. I called them to see what to do and they sent me an e-mail with information to ship it back, I had no IDEA that I would have to pay $288.00 out of my pocket. I am FURIOUS meanwhile, I am trying to build my credit, they take my weekly payment faithfully like clock work out of my bank account. While researching my credit score I noticed they have been reporting to CHEXSYTEMS monthly bringing my score down each time! They have NO REASON to report anything but good on me but nowhere on my regular credit reporting sites. CHEXSYSTEMS is the place ALL BANKS check when you try to open an account or try to get bank loans. I can't get any answer from them and just keep getting the run around. I can't believe they would do a regular paying customer like they have done me. Never heard a real honest company doing anything like this. So here it is, think before you decide with them..."I AM STILL PAYING PAYMENTS" ON A PRODUCT THAT DON'T WORK and if I don't then they will report to the credit bureaus. I have no choice but to seek legal action against them.

A very confusing place

So a few weeks back I decided that we needed a patio set. And a large format printer. I don't usually use credit and I stick with "pay in 4" places like klarna and quadpay. But this being a large purchase I decided to give flexshopper a try. I filled out their app and was approved for 1750. 00... awesome. So I used their flexwallet app and purchased a patio set from home depot and a printer from best buy. Or so I thought. A few days went by after signing the lease and I had heard nothing about picking up these items in store. So I reached out to customer service. "Please wait 48 more hours" I was told. So I did. Now being spring time people tend to be out buying these things so by the time they tried to fulfill my order at my selected store it was out of stock. They transferred it to another store where it also quickly went out of stock. Home depot then cancelled the order... great. Same thing happened to the printer. I reached out again to flexshopper and they cancelled all my leases so we're starting over. This time I decided to order the patio set directly from their website which was fulfilled by Overstock.com and I also ordered the printer from Walmart.com. I waited and waited for some kind of tracking info or shipping confirmation and. Nothing. I reached out again. They must be getting sick of me lol. I was told my printer would be delivered on April 28th. Ok cool. BUT. My patio set order was cancelled because flexshopper doesn't work with Overstock.com. What? But I ordered this directly from your site but you don't work with them? Ok. So at this point I got tired of getting jerked around and threw my hands up and gave up. I did message them one more time and asked for tracking for the printer because I didn't want it left outside to be stolen. So they gave me that and it was actually delivered on the 22nd. Now here's the messed up part. I go outside this morning and UPS has delivered part of a patio set that I was told was cancelled and wouldn't be fulfilled because they don't do business with overstock(it was shipped from overstock). So at the end of the day my orders were fulfilled in a normal time period but customer service doesn't seem to know what's going on which is frustrating. An email with tracking info and some updates go a long way.

Very sad that JB was arugmentative for NO REASON!

I called to make a change to my payment schedule, as I do when there is a day or two delay in my payment ability, only to be YELLED AT by JB! I deal with JB 9/10 times and today his disrespect, lack of patience and professionalism has made me rethink calling in my arrangements AT ALL! Which would cause me to endure the threatening phone calls about flexshopper coming to take the property after only a few days past the Tuesday payment schedule, which I have already tried to get changed to a better day of the week for my payment abilities, which is Friday. I called to change the date and was told I was on bi-weekly billing? Ive never been on bi-weekly billing. Which is odd because online it says my next payment is due August 20th NOT August 27th. I wanted to change the day to Friday. That was fine its the amount I was to be charged, I got a very sharp " So you'll be making a double payment then" I said "No, paying the amount due for the account this week and pay the amount for next week, next week." He snaps at me about the $14 bucks that THEY didn't process or notify me about it not being processed this previous week. His tone and demeanor were very intimidating and threatening. I said " Alright just charge a double payment Friday, for all of it." He says " Ok so double payment tomorrow and double payment Friday for all of the accounts? Alright, fine." Then realizing that paying more than what is due isn't what I want to do, I asked to be charged the double for the 14 and regular for the rest on Friday and resume weekly billing on the Fridays that follow. HE REFUSED, HE ARGUED THAT I HAD ALREADY SAID DOUBLE FOR ALL OF IT. At this point, YES I LOST MY TEMPER. I asked him why he was being so f***n argumentative. He yells that he isn't that its me. I then asked to speak to a manager, to which he said He is the manager and he is going to end the call if I cuss again provokly saying to "GO AHEAD". I hung up, hoping I could call back and speak with someone who was more rational. He answers and says " You want to talk to someone else?" I said " I want to talk to anyone that wont argue with me" He put me on hold and after 5 minutes I hung up and started writing reviews. If that is the truth and he is a manager then I would like to speak to his manager because the level of customer service should never be held this low! I am CURRENT and I am trying to arrange payment to stay that way! Why argue and play games!? I will be happy to deal with ANYONE BUT JB!
