I used this service one time. For months the agreed upon payment was deducted. Then all of a sudden, multiple debits from my account in various amounts started appearing in my bank account from flexshopper. Several transactions up to over $400 and as little at $37. When I disputed these transactions, they contested but have yet to call me to discuss my account despite my several calls to customer service. They tried to say my account was past due even though I can show each month I made a payment. They won't get another penny from me until this issue is resolved and I will fight any collection attempts they try to make should they decide to pursue that. Stay away! Unless you don't value your money.
I've had a really bad experience with this website, you can't get through to stuff that should be easy to get too, you don't get any freedom of your account at all. I cancelled an order and they continued to bill me for it. Calling them now and the lady obviously doesn't know what she's doing so she sent me to customer service. Been on hold for 30 mins now.

FlexShopper is awesome, I love every item I've purchased from them. If I ever have any questions about payments or anything my account manager Greg Roy is always there to answer them and keep me laughing while on the phone. He's a joy to talk to, great customer service! Keep up the good work guys!
They take money out whenever they feel like it. At the end of my lease they just conveniently took out whatever balance was left in one payment. Caused all sorts of problems and I was told I would have a refund in 3-7 days. Think I got my refund? They are a fraud, no 2 people I spoke to were on the same page. Everyone told me something different. Even the supervisor I talked to had no clue what he was doing. The other issue is no one there can speak fluent English. Bad experience all the way around. Needless to say, I'm done with these crooks.
I got my car parts leased! First and far most the car repair company took advantage of getting approved for the flex shopper. My bill started at 360$ was bumped up to over 800$ This company will rob any bank card you have on file. They will take more than what they say, they will do multiple transactions. They will drain your bank account and accumulate many unauthorized payments. Terrible and rude customer services

Horrible customer service. They have no problem taking your money every week but if you encounter any kind of problem they will not help you. I should have known when it took 4 hours and 15 phone calls to even start the program… but I really needed the tires. Now, I've paid them off with their 90 day same as cash option ( even tho they charge you $50 to do so) and they're STILL charging my bank for the weekly payments. Customer service is refusing to help me, saying they aren't charging me? Not worth it, everything to do with this company is a migraine and a half. Save your sanity and don't use this option!

The item I got approved for came in the mail fast unopened and brand new as promised. The first couple months was going good. Made my payments when they were due was late a couple times but had no problem calling and getting it paid. But this past month has been the WORST! They keep racking up random past due amounts over $100 each time and are rude as hell on the phone. I've had this happen three times now and currently at this very moment waiting for a call back to get the random past due amount of $152!

I would have given a negative 5 stars. Bought a laptop in April buy November it stopped working... completely! Doesn't even turn on. Has never been dropped or anything. That's not what I'm mad about though. I get things happen. The fact that I have been contacting the customer service department to have repairs done for 2 weeks now and still haven't been able to get it fixed. Instead I keep getting told I have to wait for someone to call me to set up an appointment for repairs. Since I have made the complaint I have made the payments (3 of them). My advice is dont buy anything that could ever need repairs. Paying $210 for a paper weight is just ridiculous.

Payments were good and taken out the same day for about 8 weeks. This past week... they have charged my twice my payment plus two more times. I've called and was told my payment would be refunded... it's now been over a week. Even with this refund, they are telling me I'm over due and late on my payments... on the same phone call. "How do you want to resolve your overdue balance" "why am I being refunded if I owe you money?" "That was a mistake but you are still overdue." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
If you care about your credit and paying double the price for items then run. Flexshopper will process payments that don't coincide with pay day and sometimes won't withdraw so they can tell you, you missed a payment and charge a fee. This happened to me no matter how many times I called and took time out my day to make sure payments came out when they said they would and each time you'll be told something different and they'll never process payments when they say. They use predatory practices that will soon bring this company to an end.
Of the many lease to own sites and local stores I have used, Flexshopper.com makes it very clear on the leas amounts, the early pay off option and benefits, and any issues I have had were clearly and kindly resolved by customer service and the billing department.
I recommend this site for their direct clarity along with their kind and helpful customer support. Greg from the billing department was very friendly and provided clear and concise answers to my questions. He even informed of any possible issues that might happen with a pending payment and how it might reopen a paid off lease. I'm grateful he was upfront and forward about that information!
I've been a customer for a few months now. Been able to get my electronics with a small weekly payment has been such a relief. Be sure to pay them off within 90 days! They also have great billing agents like Cynthia R who are always happy to take care of you! Enjoy!
This is the worst company ever I purchased an item and I was charged 1495 by the time flexshopper got my account the item ended up be 1673.54 and then they say their is nothing that they can do I paid taxes on the item at the store then flex shopper turns around and charges me taxes again on top of that the customer service is horrible please do not use them at all if you see them please run far away..
My wife ordered a mattress and frame years ago. The mattress never shipped yet they kept trying to bill us for it. They would not separate the bill and allow her to simply pay for the frame. After having an impossible time of trying to work things out over the phone she eventually gave up. Flex shopper spent a few months harassing my wife via text about wanting to repo the bed frame, to which she replied go for it we don't particularly care for it anyway. Years later, earlier today, a $500 charge by flex shopper pops up on our bank account somehow. Our bank has refunded and is investigating the charge. Clearly Flex shopper must be financially struggling and looking to fraudulently and illegally collect old debts, that in our case are not even owed as we never received the $300 mattress that we are being charged for... This company is hot garbage.

The item I ordered was sent via FedEx with No signature required for some reason. They claim they left it at the front door, nether I nor my landlord have seen it. Flexshopper is handling the rest and letting me re order without issue.
Told one thing on Jan 19. Finished paying it off. Today charged again from my bank account. Unable to speak with a supervisor. Find another way to pay for tires... Mavis Tires, you might want to use another company

These are some unusual times and of course there are many of us that have experienced some pretty intense financial hardship due to this pandemic. Stressful not only because you don't know what's next but also stressful because of some of the very unkind ruthless calls from bill Collectors that many of us have been and continue to be bombarded with. However when I spoke to a customer representative with Flex Pay, he was very personable and very professional and went above and beyond to find a solution. An actually human... go figure!

This is a top notch place. Yes by paying per week. Makes the stuff more expensive. But for the credit challenged its a great place to get high quality. I have bought several name brand electronics. And never had a issue. I used flexshopper to buy everyone Christmas presents. And as of tonight i paid them all off. The 90 day same as cash is awesome. Highly recommend this place
This is the worst decision I've ever made when it comes to credit! I missed my 90 days by about 7 days. I ended up paying $400 for a $200 purchase! People get busy they could have at least sent a message saying your 90 days is approaching. Then when I went to pay on it the balance went up after the customer service person told me that my balance would stay the same that no more fees would be added to it. Well that was a whole lie! I paid it off and closed the account. Never again!

They are hard scammers. Felt good to get the items so easily. Then they made up stories about insufficient funds. Doubled the payment + changed it so it would come out every week. This morning, they took 3 payments out and lied to me saying they initiated it days ago.
And boy do the people they hire have 0 class or education. One woman called me ridiculous while transferring to a supervisor who had even WORSE manners and asked a question and spoke over me.
Do not do it. They abuse desperate people.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
