Once they noticed you visited the site the price continues to escalate over the amount of your spending limit always record conversation with these ppl because no one takes accountability.
I placed an order at bestbuy with flexshopper. It was for store pick up, they said one to two hours and it would be ready. Waited all day and never got a conformation or anything and bestbuy said they had no information on it.
So I just canceled the order.
They refunded the initial payment and two days later took the same payment again.
The only thing the flexshopper billing person told me was to send them screenshots of my bank account or they want help me.
My bank told me not to worry about it and they're gonna file against them for fraud.
This is my second time I used flex shopper one time to buy tires and the second time for electronics. The customer service/billing department works miracles even during a pandemic. Thanks no complaints
I ordered a 3 bunk bunk bed from this company with payments to be automatically taken out. They take out the payments each week never on a certain day or date, whenever they decide to pull out the payment they do. Then they charge you late fees even though me the customer has automatic payments come out and has no control on when Flexshopper.com pulls my payments out. This company will not honor your contract, they try to make you pay for their mistakes. Stay away! And customer service does not help at all they try to make excuses for themselves and don't care about your contract! I would give a 0 star if I could.
I would stay clear of this company, I paid my product off in January of 2022, then all of a sudden in April they charged me two weeks straight for the item that I paid off. Everytime I called them it was your money will be credited in 7-10 days. I called again today as its been 5 months. Now I'm told my account is closed and I am not owed any money. They owed me 98.22, just imagine doing this to 1/2 of their customers. I would avoid this company at all cost.
I guess someone has to pray on the unfortunate this stuff is priced over double the service is horrible I bet they are good at taking payments but cant answer a question with out sounding so clueless that was every person I spoke to one fell asleep on the phone when she woke up and realized I was on the phone she hung up how sad is that if im paying three times the price for the items spend some of that money on good help. That's all im saying

I've been a customer for at least 5 years and never had any issues until the week of 1/6/21. The rep. I've been dealing was not on point taking care of my account. But after speaking to Elsie Supervisor in billing all my concerns was handled and account was corrected. I have no doubt that whenever I have any questions I will ask for her. Customer service skills and her personality is beyond expectation. I really enjoyed the conversation we had during the time I spoke with her will fixing the mistakes someone else made.
Cynthia Rodriguez address my concerns about my payments and the pandemic thats going on and took care of it for me. She was very professional and ensured I had nothing to worry about. Overall excellent experience so far.

I have lost my debit card so the bank sent me a new one and I have too many bills that I pay with my debit card and thank you to flex shopper for calling me and letting me know that I did not pay on time otherwise I would have never known the customer service agent was very nice... very polite and she also offer me the option of paying early which that save me over $200!

Easy easy and pretty fast delivery too. Not painful at all. And very great selection of things to choose from..
Flexshopper was a needed service to fund Christmas for all of the children in the family. I like the option to purchase from online stores if Flexshopper does not have the product in their Marketplace. The customer service is excellent and always willing to help when they can. People may complain about the prices but with less than perfect credit, the service is worth paying for. Much better options were available than rental stores.
So they advertise that they have vendors with items and you lease to own it.
It sounds like a good deal, until you get into it! I have made a few purchases from them, and will never again. What you get is sub par product for top of the line price. I am paying out the butt for furniture that arrived with missing pieces and I cannot get returns on, and a computer that was sold to me with no proper windows licensing or installation!

When i needed it the most flex shopper was there it is truly a blessing to all those with not so good credit... As for their customers service it is super my account manager Cynthia was a beautiful personality with an understanding nature they really are there to help people flex shopper keep doing what your doing my experience so far was wonderful and i hope to continue to use them... Do not work with them. At all. We paid our leases off back in Dec. They wait until 4 months later to tell us our leases were never paid off. We told them multiple times that they did not have our permission or authorization to take out a payment that doesn't need made, but yet they still did it anyway. They are HORRIBLE to work with. They are rude, ignore you, and STILL try to tell you you're lying about everything even after sending them proof of every single payment made.
They've billed me the past 3 weeks being "late on payments by over double what I pay weekly. I'm never late on my payments and they don't pull anything out on the days they claim they will. I don't recommend this business to anyone honestly because they'll drain as much earned money out of you as possible.

I had a bill of 500.00... I kind of let my payments go and just ignored it for a while... after checking my bank account... flex shopper took over 2500. 00 for my 500.00 bill! And the day I called in to ask for my money back the woman on the other line says " oh congrats your loan was just paid off TODAY!" Yeah bull$#*!! She refused to give me my money back stating i had outstanding fees... F**K THIS COMPANY

In a bind and desperate for tires and brakes, I let NTB convince me to use this service. The total purchase price was only $1455. 78 ended up costing me $3250 and I exercised the early payment option, only "leasing" the equipment for 25 weeks. The terms are difficult to understand and customer service is not helpful in explaining the early payoff during the initial process. Unless you have no other alternative, you should avoid this financing option.

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
