Overall great experience and had cheaper cash prices compared to the competition. But what makes this option very appealing is the online portion where you find ya item, submit the deets, then sign an agreement. Unfortunately, i was told that THAT feature no longer works since the top of the year and that's very disheartening. If that feature was revived, 5 stars 10-of-10.
I was hoping flexshopper would help me with a few household purchases but my experience hasn't been great. When I had trouble with a payment not being processed correctly, i had to jump through hoops to get a response from customer servce. They were unhelpful and I felt like I was just another number to them

I used them to get tires for my car. Was making payments on time because things were going good in my life. Got into a car accident, lost my car, lost my job, and I lost my apartment. Since that happened I'm currently staying with and alive to write this because of family helping me. I still have no transportation, it's just under a 6 hour walk one way to the nearest populated area to potentially get a minimum wage job if I'm lucky. Been putting in applications on indeed nearly everyday. Getting another car would open up many more job opportunities for me so I can actually pay towards debts and such that I have no way of paying right now. There's no public transportation where I'm at. Getting a car right now is my top priority. This company is a "kick em while they're down" type of business. If you can do business with another company, for the love of god do so. I'm fairly confident this business has ties with mafias from the way they threaten you. If it were legal for them to cause physical harm to you, I'm confident they would.
Please stay away from this company by all means. I have a suitcase of clothes and some personal hygiene items currently to my name, yet they're demanding a lump sum payment of over $2,000 within 30 days, otherwise they'll do everything in their power to destroy what little I have left to my existence. I have nothing to give right now, and I truly feel like they're trying to kill me off as legally as possible.
In my experience and opinion, this company values money over human life.

I bien with Flexshopper for more then 10 years at first no problem you order the product wean you receive it you start paying now you order and the first payment you take it out of your bank and now the app or the website is a mess they give you one price and it's another and customer service they don't even know what they're doing they don't even know what's going on and second when I don't no why I'm always owing them they put you like you never paid make you feel bad very bad thy change policies I don't know what's going on

I know places like this are pricey. There's always a price to pay for getting something now and paying later, but this company will just take money when the want. If I make a payment with my card, they will immediately attempt to debit any other card or account on file for more money. The payment amounts changed from initial purchase and have tried to charge ridiculous fees. I thought I was cose to payoff and the amount still owed is like similar to when i started the payments for purchase.
I had surgery in December, so I didn't work as much, and thought I could use Flexshopper to purchase Christmas gifts and boy has it cost me!

Just finishing up my first year with Flexshopper. Finished paying off 2 of 3 items. Flexshopper has been with me thru changes in my payroll (weekly to bi-weekly) having my purse stolen (had to get a new checkbook and credit cards) and answered any and all questions when I have called. They are patient, knowledgeable and were there when I needed them. I would use Flexshopper again. Thanks guys
I got a response from them on trust pilot. I didn't order through personal shopper so I don't understand why they're telling me this. Also, the total price for my order is different than what I'm being charged. Why was my stuff placed through amazon and not best buy? Why say you can get it and pick it up where you want if that is not the case? Is my account going to be credited for the price difference?

Last year I order a dell desktop and a monitor. They were separate items. Paid them off about a week ago. Had to call to make sure how much i owed and they rep stated my account was paid and she put in a note for my account and the next day I got a an email stating so. About 2 days ago I ordered a dyson ball animal 2,2 jlab wireless earbuds, and a rug doctor carpet shampooer. The only problems I have with them so far is that if you change your payments from weekly to monthly, you have to pay in advance, before you get the order and their website doesn't reflect payments when you do that and currently their website doesn't even reflect the fact that my new order was shipped from amazon (was supposed to be best buy) and says tracking numbers pending but usps sent me notifications today that my stuff would be delivered today.
Edit: I added the screenshot for how much each item is. I pay about 38 usd a week for all items.

FlexShopper is a wonderful way to make purchases. My 2012 GMC (bought in 2011), needed 4 new tires with a four wheel alignment and a tune-up to include an oil change. I just didn't have enough funds available and FlexShopper was there to help! Thanks FlexShopper!
I've stayed on hold for 58 minutes to speak to a Supervisor that never came on the phone. They won't work with customers during this Pandemic & Tuff times people are facing. If you don't payoff the payoff amount due by the 90 day's you will be paying twice or triple the amount of the item purchased! It seems like they all have the same attitude!
I have been using Flexshopper for several years. I love MOST of their products. But their billing system is very screwy. I have auto pay and all of the sudden it stopped. They claim it was all up to date, but in reality, my account became passed due. They do not always honor their "second week free" either.
Buy their products, but only if you plan on using the 90 days same as cash method.

Flex shopper is great when you are in a bind and need tires brakes ETC, It's easy and works great... However, make sure you read the contract carefully, there are 13 payments in the 90 days same as the cash weekly option and the balance will equal out to be more than your 90 days not by much but never the less more, it's not right they take extra money when it's not owed. Like I said not much in my case 19.05 but that's lunch for my kid at school for a week.
So I have been unemployed and unable to get unemployment during the pandemic. I contacted flexshopper to hold off my payments, and they said that they could. Since then, I was told to contact them by May 22 to see if I was employed again as my work is opening back up in June. Yet they took out 4 payments, 2 in one day. Yes I got it refunded but if I'm told that my account is on hold, nothing should be taken out in the first place. Tired of having to call 3 times a week to be told that my account is on hold but yet payments are coming out. I don't recommend using flexshopper.

With the holiday crunch, my orders weren't properly tracked and I had cancelled an order, but it still showed up! So I ended up with two items. I spoke with multiple people at Flexshopper and the experience was friendly but not very helpful. Until I spoke with Sammy. She was great and really took care to make notes, follow-up and make things right. She is the reason I am writing this review.
As for me, I'm an executive that operates and runs multiple companies. I'm fairly busy so the fact that I'm writing this review says Sammy did an amazing job! Flexshopper itself could improve in some ways but it's also the holidays during 2020 so grace needs to be given.
FlexxShopper is legit cool. They work with if you on payments. Set payments that fit well with finances. 90 same as cash gives you time to pay before all the fees but. Good thing to have during these trying pandemic times.
It's great for buying items when you don't have all the cash upfront and I was able to secure a decent spending limit. But the interest rates are high, and if you don't pay off in time, it really adds up. I had a decent experience with their customer service but I think tyhey could improve their communication on payments.
I regret using flexshopper. They make it so easy for you to get what you need but the hidden fees and high cost were unexpected. I paid much more than the original price and theiur customer service didnt seem too helpful when I had questions about my payments. It's better to save up and buy outright if you can

Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
