So I have been unemployed and unable to get unemployment during the pandemic. I contacted flexshopper to hold off my payments, and they said that they could. Since then, I was told to contact them by May 22 to see if I was employed again as my work is opening back up in June. Yet they took out 4 payments, 2 in one day. Yes I got it refunded but if I'm told that my account is on hold, nothing should be taken out in the first place. Tired of having to call 3 times a week to be told that my account is on hold but yet payments are coming out. I don't recommend using flexshopper.
