If I order something online then they tell me it's being delivered by FedEx I cancel immediately FedEx is the worst
FED EX is the worst delivery company ever! We ordered something from Wal-Mart and was supposed to have a 2 day delivery. FED EX has been horrible about delivering our package and it is almost a week later at this writing. We have been messaged from them: "Your package will be delivered today", "Your package could not be delivered today, but will be delivered tomorrow", "Attempted delivery but no one was home" (a total lie, by the way. Home with door open, cameras to prove no attempt was made at all). "Your item will be delivered tomorrow", "Your item is on the truck and will be delivered on the next business day" AND as your waitng that morning, another message saying "your package will be delivered tomorrow" ETC.ETC. ETC. Lots of excuses and still no delivery. From now on I will make sure who my delivery is coming from! If any company tells me they can not send it through a company other than FED EX I will cancel my order and find somewhere else to buy it, even if it costs more!. Know that if you use FED EX you will NOT receive your package on the date it says. Instead you will be at the beginning of a daily, weekly, or maybe never, NIGHTMARE regarding receiving your package. Customer Service is just as bad. Talk to a recording that makes it very hard for you to speak to anyone. And if you by chance do get through, you will still not really get any answers regarding your package or when it will be delivered. Just excuses and I'm sorry's. It took 12 hrs. For our package to come from the warehouse, in another state, to Fed EX warehouse, and almost a week later we still have not received our delivery. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING DELIVERED TO YOU THROUGH FED EX. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
My particularly important package (my brother's Car title valued@ $36,000 minimum) has been sent on January 17th, 2021 from location 2413 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn NY *******. The FedEx Tracking # is 7827-0072-6887.
I spoke with customer service and international FedEx department at 5:35pm on 1/23/2021 and she stated on the line that have no tracking of the package and someone will call me.
Then we went to the FedEx location at 2413 Flatbush 5:45 pm, they said they are not sure what is going on. So, they put us on the line with number *******747. They said the package is with US Customs and might receive the package on Tuesday.
After 15 min later at 6:11pm FedEx called me and said the package is lost and emailed me the form to fill out and file complaint. Phone call received at 6:11 pm spoke about 26 min. This is the number +1 *******339 "package could be lost or shedder". She had also mentioned thin mail like checks and one page mailing sometimes get shredded in the conveyor belt if not in the appropriate conveyor belt. I have stated this was a car title, particularly important paperwork, and have paid accordingly.
The customer service rep also mentioned that FedEx employees routinely lie about the status of packages, sometimes knowingly knowing the package is lost and telling customers that they are not lost and are on track to be delivered.
My brother, who works for the US Government, a Patriot, working to keep terrorists at bay and protect American citizens, was not able to get a simple, business as usual package to be delivered by FedEx, a car title that he needed to register with the government of Canada on behalf of the USA.

I want my full refund, in addition to the fees for getting my brothers new title, and expedited fee, and pain and suffering and wasted time and effort of myself, my brother, my sister and her husband. Our average salaries are $100k each and we demand retribution. I will be reaching out to ALL blogs especially with UPS, USPS, and DHL to express my horrible experience with FedEx.
On February 19,2018 We were traveling on the freeway in California, and a FedEx truck intentionally cut off our vehicle (we have a Honda, versus a large FedEx Delivery truck!) as we were trying to change lanes, causing us to swerve violently OR RISK BEING SIDE-HIT AT 65 MPH BY THE FEDEX TRUCK which caused other vehicles to also swerve and slow. We had signaled properly, and had enough room, and the FedEx driver was blatently laughing at our car, as well as flashing us the middle finger for about a mile after the incident. The vehicle number ******* was and the plate number was *******W. We immediately called FedEx to complain about this unsafe delivery driver in their fleet, and customer service said that they would "look into it" and would call me back within two days. This happened over 4 weeks ago now, and we never got a call back. I have video of the driver laughing and brushing it off like it was nothing - of course he stopped flashing the middle finger as soon as he saw I flipped out my phone to record his sorry driving actions as I'm sure he wants to claim he was 'innocent' of all actions like lairs always do! At this point, I am demanding that driver be FIRED. Not 'warned', not 'disciplined', not 'written up', but FIRED because we never got an apology from EITHER FedEx or that lame delivery fool. It's too late for an apology FedEx. You need to be more careful who you hire as drivers - this could have caused a major accident and is NOT a laughing matter. Don't expect me to EVER choose FedEx as a delivery option if I have any choice in the matter EVER again. I would rather have a package shipped Media Mail by the USPS than choose an unsafe company like this one!
They just about on every delivery to my house, change the delivery date when they promised it the day or more earlier. HATE THIS COMPANY!
Very horrible delivery service. I paid for an overnight priority express $120. I paid for it on a Tues. It was to be picked up and delivered to us on a Friday. We had a family gender reveal planned for the next day. Family coming from out of town, food, photographer etc. it was all ruined by our package not coming. We had to spend hrs and hrs on friday night trying find our package with Fedex on phone. We would explain the whole situation and the rep would sound like a robot and say sorry for that and could never explain where or why we did jot have our package. Some would say due to weather, some would say truck trouble then put on hold and drop the call! Or say transfer to someone else and drop the call! I even went into town to store and she could not find it as she said it was first scanned on Friday afternoon in GA! It was to be at our place by then. So they completely ruined our family reveal. We had to come up with a plan B and wasted the over $450 in products that are now useless. We can not use them and could not get a refund. The package then came on Monday 5 days later! Fedex dishonestly put another label over our priority overnight express label. We have video of us peeling their label back. So they tried make it look like it was on time. They do not let you explain on website and takes forever to get a real person. We were told file a claim. We just got that back that they denied staying we received our package! They do not have common fellow feeling to understand we purchased priority overnight express for a pickup on thurs and deliver on friday. The package was picked up on thurs. The people we made purchase from has proof of that. Where it went from there appears did not leave GA till friday afternoon. Fedex denies that driver must scan package at pick up and someone did not do thier job and package just sat in GA all that time. Noone ever is responsible and fedex may think they are a global company this doesnt matter. But I will no longer ever use them again and I will share my story with everyone. Large companies have gone under by lack of customer service. Then they had the nerve to be calling me every day to try sell me business shipping since I had to make an account. No I dont want that I would of liked my package delivered on time, instead they ruined our family gender reveal and threw out over $575 of our hard earned money right out the window. With fuel and groceries at record highs we cant afford to waste this. We were trying to help throw a nice gender reveal for our kids who have been thru alot.
FedEx from delivery to online customer service is the worse shipper ever!
I was supposed to receive a package from chewy yesterday. Stayed home to accept it. 11:46am I receive a text message "package delivered". Interesting, because the only way to deliver it would be for me to buzz in the delivery person into the building, I Ran down 4 flights, perhaps it was left in the street. No, it was not. Called the shipper and FedEx. The picture on my FedEx account showed a completely different lobby, not mine. FedEx left my package in the wrong building, somewhere in New York City. I opened a lost package case with FedEx. I was told that the driver could not go to retrieve the package right away because, different stories, he already went home, he was delivering other packages, make your pick…Later in the afternoon I got a call from FedEx to find out, unreal, what color was my building and how many floors were there? FedEx loves to waste peoples time apparently.
This morning I called customer service to find out where was my package. I asked for a supervisor. 4 times I was switched to a "tracing unit", they refused to switch me 4 times to a supervisor. No idea where they left my package. It takes 24-48 hours to have an update.
FedEx offers NO delivery window. Tracking only says "out for delivery, will be delivered by 8pm". So you can sit at home all day long, then FedEx delivers your package to the wrong address…
The replacement package the shipper claims was picked up by FedEx, something not showing on FedEx site. It shows "label created".
This is not the first time this happened. Not a long time ago Fedex claimed they could not deliver because "no one was available", while I was at home all day long, fedex claimed "delivered package", then dropped it off 1 hour later…
I put a large hand written note addressed to FedEx to buzz my apartment, so they do not use the wrong buzzer. Of course dies not work whe they go to the wrong building…
Horrible company, horrible customer service and incompetent delivery people. I would like an explanation How can they deliver the package to the wrong address? Can they read? Site jabber should have ZERO stars for companies Like fedex. Absolutely dreadful.
Companies such as FedEx should financially compensate customers whose package is lost for all the time and aggravation customers had to spend dealing with their incompetent customer service. In my case hours! $100 per lost package. Perhaps then they would lose fewer packages. Why should the customer be penalized and not the company that caused the problem?
Ps. Fedex just called me to see IF THE PACKAGE WAS STILL MISSING? Should they net be the ones to know about this? They are asking me? Unreal!
I have used fedex several times.The shipping is quick and the price is cheap.

I purchased a set of 5 Infinity TSS-750 Home 5.0 Theater Surround Sound speakers at Auction on eBay on the 9th of December 2021, and paid the shipping to be delivered on the 12th of December 2021 I Live in Shasta County Just 3.5 hours North of San Francisco or 222 miles.
Package information sent to FedEx at 12:43pm December 11th 2021, The order was picked up on the 11th of December 2021 in South San Francisco@ 7:14pm, Arrived at FedEx location@7:56pm, Left FedEx origin *******@11:53pm.
All of December 12th ******* FedEx was saying Out for Delivery between 8:30 am -11:45am. Then the site said by 8pm, And after 8pm then, No delivery date Available,
Delivery Date was *Yesterday, the 12th of December 2021*. The package traveled a whole 1.5 hours traveling distance 95.7 miles from San Francisco to Sacramento in reported 19.5 hours that it was missing from Out for Delivery.
It's Currently Saying "Again" Out for Delivery even though it is still in Sacramento. 2 hours South of my Address, 18 lbs package to travel 3.5 hours in 3 days *Great Job Idiots ~!~* They used to be Great recently there getting Undependable!

I order online for 95% my shopping as I have cancer and cant lift much. I have a shunt in my brain and Im not supposed to lift over 5 pounds but my local FedEx man decides he will not carry my packages to my door no matter the white or sat there for at least me doing it and then was in the lap in the hospital over at my daughters staff was dropped and cracked needless to say I havent had a chance to open the rest to make sure it wasnt messed up have a very lazy FedEx man very upset and aggravated mad with FedEx FedEx is a sorry excuse for a human being place if you cant lift over 5 pounds you order dont have that shipped FedEx if you have a local FedEx guy like you have please for your health dont do it I live in West Virginia Im not trying to badmouth our FedEx gas there are some great guys out there and ladies but one I have I dont suggest ordering if you live in McDowell County of West Virginia because you would do his job because he just wants to stand there and look last Im sorry for being like this but I am so mad and aggravated and her cancer is no joke you hurt you stay in pain you live in pain I want to 33 radiation and 148 Kemos six brain surgeries go through the California three then you see how it feels to have to do somebody elses job what if the tumor in my brain bust? Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
