J'avais ouvert un compte avec eux il y a quelques années. Je déménage. Puis le nouveau propriétaire commande quelque chose. Ils ne vérifient pas 1) si c'est bien moi (et je suis une femme et il est un homme); 2) ne lui demande pas sa carte de crédit et 3) me facture tout le montant à moi! J'ai dû les appeler à 4 REPRISES et attendre plus d'une heure sur la ligne pour qu'en bout du compte, à force d'erreurs, Fedex ne m'a remboursée qu'en partie! C'est finalement ma carte de crédit qui m'a remboursé le tout. Dans mon livre, ce sont des voleurs.
Ne faites plus affaire avec cet gang de bandit.Le livreur est passé me livrer un colis que je n'ai jamais reçu.Le livreur à sacré le colis dehors alors qu'il avait juste à le déposer à l'intérieur alors je me le suis fait voler.La compagnie s'en lave les mains et puisque je ne peux pas parler à la compagnie direct qui mon vendu le produit ne son pas rejoignable.On responsabilise le client alors que c'est le livreur qui à fait une job de merde.Je dois faire mes propres démarches pour récupérer mon argent et c'est impossible.Un superviseur m'a répondu qu'il ne ferait rien.En gros je me suis fait voler 200$.Aucun autre transporteur telle que Purolator,UPS ou Amazone donne un service aussi mauvais.Des compagnies de

- Ritardi ingiustificati!
- Customer service non e' in grado di dare delle spiegazione e infomazioni. Non sanno nulla.
- Trattengono la merce per mesi quando ci sono dei problemi alla dogana, senza essere in grado di spiegare il motivo.
- Non ti contattano per risolvere un possibile problema con la spedizione, preferiscono aspettare un mese!
- Se contatti customer service, ti vengono date informazioni diverse, ogni operatore dice una cosa diversa sullo stato del tuo ordine.
Non usate FedEx!
Jamás había experimentado una entrega tan ineficiente, simplemente mi orden la tienen perdida voy a sugerir a mi proveedor que no me mande nada por esta compañía espantosa, simplemente mi pedido no sabe en dónde está y posiblemente lo vayan a regresar a California, me ha provocado mucho estrés.
I ordered a pound of Panacur granules for my dogs. I had to get a prescription from my Vet. This costs me 489.00. I ordered from California Pet RX. It was shipped and Fed Ex said it was delivered on Feb 4,2021 at 11:44 am. IT WAS NOT! My package is no where to be found. I live in the country and we have not had any theft problems in our area. Our GPS always leads people to our neighbors. Fed Ex said they would contact the driver. That did not happen. I never received not one phone call from Fed Ex. California Pet RX filed a claim only to email me and tell me that Fed Ex denied the claim and closed it out. BULL$#*!. WHERE'S MY PACKAGE! I called Fed X and ask to speak to supervisor... no supervisor. I ask for the name of the guy that delivered the package... they cant release that. I asked to file a new claim... they cant do that. They put it off on California Pet RX. I called CPRX back and they preceded to tell me it was a prescription product and Fed Ex said they delivered it. They told me that they couldn't start a new claim. Finally she put me on hold and said she would speak to her Manager. I was still told it was Fed Exs denied claim. After complaining second time, I was put on hold so she talk with her manager. They agreed to refile a claim. CPRX did there job shipping it to m
Its Fed Ex who is the screw ups. Wouldnt you want your product especially if you spent 489.00? So now we wait. It's a waiting game
I will pay 350.00 for a lie detector test, and when I pass it. Fed Ex can pay for that and my product. If this is not resolved. I will pay them a visit in person!
Compre unos zapatos que me costaron 200€. Me los entregaron y cuando lo hicieron me dijeron que había una tasa de impuestos. Me hicieron creer que el importe a pagar por tasas era pequeño. Un mes después me envían una carta a casa pidiendo que pague 130€ En impuestos y tasas de aduanas. Más de la mitad de lo que vale el pedido.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
