В службе поддержки уверяют, что посылка была доставлена и предлагают походить по соседям, поспрашивать! Кому и куда доставали мой дорогостоящий товар так и не сказали. Это не первый раз, когда возникают проблема с Fedex. В будущем буду обходить эту компанию стороной.
Belachelijk service, heb mij pakket moeten ontvangen al vrijdag, toen door een of andere interne reden mij pakket is gebleven in Frankrijk, op eens bel ik naar klanten service, en krijg te horen dat ze kunnen helaas niet leveren binnen termijn dus mij pakket word pas maandag geleverd tussen 9-18:00. Vervolgens een medewerker in kantoor voor eerder ingepland, die wacht netjes voor heel belangrijk pakket, extra kosten opgelopen. Op eens komt een bericht dat helaas chauffeur was wel geweest maar er was niemand op kantoor, wel verbaasd om dat ik zit hele tijd voor de deur, camera beelden bekeken, blijkt toch niemand te zijn. Ik bel naar klanten service dat pakket moet met spoed per direct geleverd worden, helaas blijkt het niet mogelijk hoewel hun medewerker zit te liggen dat er was niemand op kantoor. Als antwoord van medewerker of ze zien niet eigen auto's route krijg ik te horen dat ze hebben helaas geen GPS in auto's. Ik wilde dan als oplossing een pakket bezorging voor bepaald uur bestellen zo dat ik hoef niet derde keer kosten maken wegens geen service, krijg ik te horen dat ze kunnen niks beloven. Ik kan wel zeker zeggen dat ik raad het niemand aan om te zaken doen met dit fantastisch bedrijf die kan niet eens eigen klanten behandelen en geen normaal oplossingen voor door hun veroorzaakt problemen vinden. Als dat is hoog kwaliteit service uit VS dan ben ik blij met Nederlandse PostNL - geen zakken doen!

We had important documents that were not replaceable. I don't know what FedEx was doing with the package but the envelope and documents inside were burned, melted and torn. The package was also delayed. It's obvious that someone in transit saw the damage and inserted it into a larger box to conceal the damage as the outer package is completely intact. It appears that no attempts were made to contact the sender or ourselves explaining the level of damage. This is not what we would expect from FedEx and are very disappointed in their service.
We had something shipped 2 day and now in its 4th day they have no idea where it is. From now on we will ask who the shipper is and if they don't use a common sense company we will shop elsewhere.This company should be out of business.They don't have a good customer service that even cares. You would think someone would wake up and fire the CEO.
Item released by customs on 28th Feb 8 pm, Got a customs payment request on 1st March 1 am, payment processed at 7 am and received the email confirmation too, its 3 days not my consignment is on hold even after making the payment and have a confirmation email from fedex. All efforts were made to get the consignment, hopeless
After an unsuccessful delivery, I was still charged for the service. I have been emailing the invoice query team for weeks and still haven't even received a response other than the automated reply that falsely promises a response in 5 - 10 business days.
I wish I could have a choice on who gets to deliver my item. I find that FedEx gives very poor service. Originally my package was supposed to to come on Feb. 20. Then it was delayed until Feb 24 and now they are saying that they don't have an update on when I will be getting my item and that is why I gave them only 2 stars
Long story short, FedEx has not managed to keep up with it's competition nor promise to deliver within a specific window. My driver Darius had a 4 hour plus, window to deliver and after 7 hours I called to find out where he is, and I was told by Jenny they don't know where their drivers are until they scan a package. So, I can track in real time a $20 order of food but I can't track an item that's worth over $1000? I used my PTO for the four hours and that turned into me taking the whole day off. I remember when FedEx was looked at as the safest and most reliable way to deliver high value items and now, they're a disappointment if you want accurate updates. GPS software or tracking devices would be a cheap investment with the reward of better reviews and more satisfied customers, but I guess that's asking too much. -Seems like a simple request.

FedEx gets 1 star (if I could give less, I would) because they NEVER EVER follow delivery instructions. They deliver to me a dozen or so times a year and it's always the same. My FedEx profile explicitly says, "Please go through the gate and leave the package at the back door", and their drivers never even make an attempt. It's like 20 steps further to the back door. I have camera footage of their lazy (possibly illiterate) drivers leaving packages on the front porch. I also have 2 signs on my front porch instructing to take deliveries to the back door. I have footage of three of their repeat terrible drivers tossing a package onto the front porch, but this site only allows video if it is 15 seconds long. FedEx has been lucky so far that nothing has been stolen, like I have had from other deliveries. Because of how terrible FedEx is with deliveries, I happily pay more to use other shipping services.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
